More Lies and Distortions in the Last Days

I post this mainly because of being somewhat freakish about the truth. This story represents one of the most obvious examples of lies and distortions being perpetuated by the MSM. Additionally, by using CO2 as a political point, the EPA has been allowed to impose draconian measures against U.S. companies, hastening the decline of America. And it is all based on lies and distortions.

As mentioned before - if human generated CO2 is responsible for "global warming" - then why did earth's temperatures decline from the 1940's to the 1970's, while CO2 skyrocketed? Additionally, why has there been no warming during the last 10 years, as CO2 production has also increased?

If the "CO2 model" doesn't even work for this brief period, then why should we believe in this mythical model?

And this isn't even mentioning the lies that were discovered by the email release which revealed that the now infamous "hockey stick" graph was a complete distortion and completely based upon fraudulent data?

A few recent articles if one is interested in the truth:

Earth may be headed into a mini Ice Age within a decade

What may be the science story of the century is breaking this evening, as heavyweight US solar physicists announce that the Sun appears to be headed into a lengthy spell of low activity, which could mean that the Earth – far from facing a global warming problem – is actually headed into a mini Ice Age.

The announcement made on 14 June (18:00 UK time) comes from scientists at the US National Solar Observatory (NSO) and US Air Force Research Laboratory. Three different analyses of the Sun's recent behaviour all indicate that a period of unusually low solar activity may be about to begin.

This could have major implications for the Earth's climate. According to a statement issued by the NSO, announcing the research:

An immediate question is whether this slowdown presages a second Maunder Minimum, a 70-year period with virtually no sunspots [which occurred] during 1645-1715.

Breaking - major AAS solar announcement: Sun's Fading Spots Signal Big drop in Solar Activity

“If we are right, this could be the last solar maximum we’ll see for a few decades,” Hill said. “That would affect everything from space exploration to Earth’s climate.”

The American Astronomical Society meeting in Los Cruces, NM has just made a major announcement on the state of the sun. Sunspots may be on the way out and an extended solar minimum may be on the horizon.

In fact, some scientists are questioning whether this drop in activity could lead to a second Maunder Minimum, which was a 70-year period from 1645 to 1715 when the sun showed virtually no sunspots.

30 Years of Global Cooling Are Coming, Leading scientists Says

From Miami to Maine, Savannah to Seattle, America is caught in an icy grip that one of the U.N.'s top global warming proponents says could mark the beginning of a mini ice age.

Oranges are freezing and millions of tropical fish are dying in Florida, and it could be just the beginning of a decades-long deep freeze, says Professor Mojib Latif, one of the world's leading climate modelers.

Latif thinks the cold snap Americans have been suffering through is only the beginning. He says we're in for 30 years of cooler temperatures -- a mini ice age, he calls it, basing his theory on an analysis of natural cycles in water temperatures in the world's oceans.

A mini Ice Age is in the offing

The latest long-range space forecast predicts a prolonged drop in solar activity after the next peak in 2013 — and scientists say that might cool down temperatures on Earth, msn.com reports.

In the past, such periods have coincided with lower-than-expected temperatures on Earth. The most famous example is the Maunder Minimum, a 70-year period with virtually no sunspots from 1645 to 1715. Average temperatures in Europe sank so low during that period that it came to be known as ‘the Little Ice Age’.

The forecast is based on three indicators thought to be tied to long-range solar activity, the comparative rise and fall of sunspots over the activity cycle, as well as the brightness of those sunspots; patterns in the sun’s internal ‘jet stream’ of superheated plasma; and the pace of migration in the sun’s magnetic field toward the poles, as seen in the sun’s corona.

Climategate - a 'Hockey-Stick of Errors'

On November 20, 2009, an unnamed climate scientist released more than four thousand private e-mails and climate-related files on the Internet.

Most of these highly embarrassing internal documents came from the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom, headed by Professor Phil Jones.

Those of us who long suspected that the CRU and other anthropogenic global warming (AGW) alarmists had ‘cooked up’ falsified historical climate data to support a predetermined conclusion, were finally able to look at the scientists ‘hidden agenda.’

More FACTS:

My own exhaustive climate research shows that the earth does not maintain a ‘static’ climate. It’s always changing. Our sun is the major influence on our planet’s climate at any given time, as I pointed out last week.

Many of these ‘Climategate’ e-mails exposed Mann’s statistical errors in his hockey-stick graph. He completely ignored the 11-year cooling period between 1998 and 2009 that almost wiped-out the warming cycle of 1981 to 1998 in the mid-latitudes.

Canadian climate scientists, Ross McKitrick and Steve McIntyre, have completely discredited Mann’s ‘hockey-stick’ graph. To me, it’s just a "cracked puck in the weeds."

Only a few dozen climate scientists still support the AGW cause. At least 32,000 climate scientists worldwide, approximately 9,000 holding PhD’s, now believe that the ‘theory of catastrophic global warming’ is not supported by scientific evidence over the ages. Carbon dioxide does not heat the planet.

More truths below:

Anthropogenic global warming is a huge costly fraud

There is no peer-confirmed scientific research that establishes a cause-and-effect relationship between increased atmospheric carbon dioxide and higher (or lower) global temperatures. This is a clever deception put forth by those attempting to impose a centralized, worldwide socialistic form of government headed by an empowered United Nations.

This far-reaching global warming industry, already making huge profits at taxpayer expense, has been given credence by most governments, the news media, political interests, fear-gripped citizens of the planet and much of the scientific community.
Some of the key scientists in the AGW movement have falsified historical data to make it conform to their agenda, which is decidedly anti-American (Western), anti-democracy and anti-capitalism.

Their methodology is to completely ignore the climatological facts that, since 1998, we've been in a pronounced cooling trend on a global scale that has completely wiped-out the warming that occurred from 1981 through 1997 that followed directly on the chilly heels of a prolonged colder period that began during World War II. Remember all the talk of a NEW ICE AGE at the doorsteps in the mid to late 1970s?

Warming? What Warming?

If there is one question, in my experience, that many climate scientists will avoid it is, “how long does the current standstill in global temperatures have to continue before you question some of your assumptions about global warming?” The question is a pertinent one. In the past decade there is evidence that atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased more steeply than before, so why hasn’t the temperature gone up faster than ever before?

When it was first noted some years ago that the post 2001 global annual temperature was at a standstill it aroused considerable passion. Though it was a simple description of the data often those who pointed it out were severely criticised, and their motives questioned. Even today some deny there has been a standstill, although it is now accepted as fact in the scientific literature that the Earth has not warmed at all in the past ten years.

One could call that an "inconvenient fact".

SPECIAL REPORT: More than 1000 International Scientists Dissent Over Man-Made Global Warming Claims

More than 1,000 dissenting scientists (updates previous 700 scientist report) from around the globe have now challenged man-made global warming claims made by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and former Vice President Al Gore. This new 2010 321-page Climate Depot Special Report -- updated from the 2007 groundbreaking U.S. Senate Report of over 400 scientists who voiced skepticism about the so-called global warming “consensus” -- features the skeptical voices of over 1,000 international scientists, including many current and former UN IPCC scientists, who have now turned against the UN IPCC. This updated 2010 report includes a dramatic increase of over 300 additional (and growing) scientists and climate researchers since the last update in March 2009. This report's release coincides with the 2010 UN global warming summit in being held in Cancun.

This issue IS important. Despite the fact that massive data now exists which completely disproves the myth of man-made global warming, the EPA continues their efforts to shut down coal plants, necessarily driving energy costs up and irreparably damaging business and economy in the U.S.

And it is completely based on lies and distortions - lies which have been proven over and over.

Meanwhile the MSM continues with the myth and a gullible public, refusing to dig further than the headlines, allows it to happen.

Lies and distortions. The hallmark of this age.

Hi Scott~

A friend of mine told me about this NASA "family" warning that went out on U-Tube. The timing of your post is amazing. I am not sure if you had seen this. He also mentioned something about that in the future one may not be able to upload any more videos to u-tube without being held accountable legally. U-tube will not be responsible but the person who posts such things will. At the same time he mentioned talk of legislation coming down that will limit the verbiage we will be able to use on the internet that remotely sounds like we are bashing our government. Have you or anyone heard anything on this?

Have a good day!

I haven't heard about that, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit!

If we are here much longer, we will begin to have persecution as Christians. I pray for the Christians in other parts of the world that are severly persecuted. We are so blessed here in US..but our freedoms are being taken away. Christian freedom will be targeted before long more so than ever.

I pray we as the body of Christ will remain strong in the faith, trust our God, our Lord and be willing to die if need be for the truth of Jesus Christ. We have no clue what persecution is like. None.

Hi LM~

Nicely said. Not to minimize those who may be suffering in America but I do agree our levels can't even compare to other nations. We are a blessed nation but you wouldn't think so by the way people act sometimes. I pray too for the Lords return. I guess this is one of those moments one can say would you be willing to lay down your life for the Lord.

Have a blessed day!

Scott, maybe I was asleep last week, but were you aware of a Senate resolution passed on Thurs., June 9th, opposing forcing Israel to conform to pre-1967 borders?

Gary Stearman highlighted it on yesterday's (Wed., June 15th) PIN daily update.

I'm humbled by the persecution suffered by brothers and sisters in other Countries.

Living in a coal producing state I am like wise irratated by Obama and radical enviornmentalist phony hyped-up lies regarding man made global warming. Their lies were outed over a year ago but the MSM continue to carry the "water" of this agenda. grrrrr

Dylan said...

Instead of physical persecution, in North America we have more psychological persecution. We're told to stay quiet about our faith and if we say anything that offends someone, it can be labelled as racism or sexism or bigotry. Yet the president of the USA can threaten to withdraw help from Israel if they don't move back from the 1967 borders and it's "politically correct". I realize it's not as bad as in some countries where brothers and sisters are tortured and executed for their faith, but society is still biased against our faith.

Scott said...

Thats a good point Dylan - we have an abundance of persecution here in the US, but its a more subtle form. But it is growing worse and by the time the Trib rolls around, we'll be as bad as the rest,

GG - I am hearing the same thing..Sadly. This whole "cloud" thing will ultimately be used to control the internet. Infowars.com has been covering this extensively - I just haven't had time to post on it yet

So Scott >>>> you mean they will
take away our freedom of speech ??

If so, I can't imagine anything more antichrist motivated then that.

Taking away basic freedoms like that goes STRAIGHT BACK to that
book I read in 1972....when I was
19......they even had a song
called 1984 back then, do u
remember it ??

Hello Scott

Do you know ought of the World Council of Church's and Ecumenism? By chance, we discovered last night that they are to celebrate 25yrs at Assissi in Italy this *October*.

I don't have time now, but all denominations are involved with the Pope leading - along with the world's major religions like Muslim, Judeaism, Hindu ... including Anomists sp?such as North American Indians etc. Its hard to get a list of names as it is accessd by membership only. I remember seeing it all on TV in the 70's (I think?)

As the One World government of A/c comes together, so does the One World church of the False Prophet.

I am going to be off-line for several days, so if you want to know any more I can tell you later.

(Our comments on this is on Nathan Jones' blog a Lamb and Lion at the moment on why prophecy isn't being taught in many churches)

'Thing's are speeding up on all fronts! I may be very wrong - but I sense an urgency about getting this info out as quickly as possible.

Interesting thought about the *cloud*....it will serve as another means for the one global dictator to control the masses. A cloud for the prince of the air.

gearedup2go said...

Sue, I believe this is the link you are referring to regarding the church not teaching prophecy:

http://www.lamblion.us/2011/06/rosado-interview-why-churches-ignore.html

I have been a church member for over 40 years and have had memberships in several churches across the US. I can honestly say in that time not ONCE did any of the pastors teach bible prophecy. Some pastors claim they didn't understand Revelation but I think their silence on the subject was to not cause divisiveness within the congregation, just as this article suggests.

Scott said...

Sue
I didn't know that - and thanks for that link
geared - wow...Things are happening so fast now, its really hard to keep up. Joel R has a fascinating post I am getting ready to put up which is equally as significant. I may put this one up as well, as it sounds pretty significant.

Scott said...

Geared - I couldn't get that link to work - could you please double-check that? I'd really like to see the article, if possible! Thanks!

Scott said...

Opps- OK, I got it to work ! Sorry!

Hello gearedup

That’s exactly right – don’t teach the truth because it causes divisions.

That’s what the Ecumenical Movement is all about, uniting ALL faiths. Bible Prophecy and the return of Jesus to earth contradicts Rome’s stance. Must keep Rome happy, so leave out divisive prophecy. If the people don’t know about it, they won’t make a fuss. :(

Hello Scott
The article is very good, but it is E.I. and John Chingford that are making the connection with the World Church in the comments section. Basically the U.K. is much further down this slippery slope than the U.S. is - we have been living under Rome's influence for a good few years.

U.S. teachers such as Roger Oakland and Dave Hunt are exposing Ecumenism, so its not just us daft Brits that are saying it. :D

God willing I will see ya in a few days time. Take care.

Maranatha!
God bless

Interfaith Service at St. John’s Parish in Montclair

This Sunday morning, May 22, at 10 a.m., the sounds of the adhan — the Muslim call to prayer — will ring out in St. John’s Episcopal Church Montclair.

While there’s no minaret at the church, the words of “Allahu akbar,” (God is greater) will none-the-less invite both Christians and Muslims to worship side by side.

During the interfaith service, verses from the Holy Qur’an will complement readings from the Holy Bible, including during Communion, embracing the traditions of both religions.

Reverend Andrew Butler, Rector of St. John’s parish since September 1, 2010, decided to have this service in order to demonstrate that both Islam and Christianity stem from Abrahamic roots, as well as to dispell negative stereotypes about the Muslim faith.

“I’ve grown concerned about the demonization of Muslims. I want Montclair to develop an understanding of the religion.” Reverend Butler stated.

In addition to Butler, speakers will include Anisa Mehdi, a scholar and journalist who will describe what it means to be a Muslim in America and Abdul-Alim Mubarak-Rowe, an assistant Imam at Masjid Waarith ud Deen in Irvington, a media consultant to the American Muslim Alliance and a journalist.

The Reverend went on to say, “We are trying to find ways to blend our community through religion. It’s hard, but we can accomplish it through this organic event and working together through outreach and other ministries of compassion.”

This interfaith service isn’t only trying to blend religions, is also a way to invite the public to visit St. John’s Episcopal Church. After the service, at 11am, conversation about Islam and Islam in America will continue.

Good Morning All~

The amount of inter-mingling that is taking place lately is eye opening to say the least. I was driving home this morning and heard something about Atheist working to rebuild churches. I found that interesting so I looked it up this morning. Here is the link I found below. I thought they didn't believe in God? Could the Holy Spirit be working on them or is it for another purpose we yet do not understand?

Have a blessed day!

That sounds like the blind leading the blind and of course for us what fellowship can light have with darkness? In their case it is fellowship of the dark.

I post some on a secular board some and last year was chatised for denouncing ecumenicalism. The guy deriding me thought it was a good thing and could not understand why I did not see it that way.

There is no comprimisng on the gospel message of Jesus!

Just another sign we are in the last days of the church age.

EI, that is shocking!!!

I feel like I need to bookmark some of these "Ecumenical", "Interfaith" and "Chrislam" links just to be able to show people when they doubt that it's happening... And sadly, they doubt... or, sadder still, they just don't see the problem with it...

Here we sort through the mess daily while having Christ as our great navigator. How hard it must be for non-Christians to see things clearly because everything is getting distorted at a rapid rate. I can see how many will fall away following the wrong church. I will focus my prayers on the lost. I pray daily for a swift return home.

EI, what an eye opener! Muslims and Christians worshipping side by side whilst quoting the Quaran. As if that's not shocking enough, Tony Blair stated recently that he reads both the bible and Quaran daily. Funny that it broke on the 13th. Hmmm.

Prince Charles also tried to convert GWB to the Quaran. Signs, signs, everywhere are signs....

Dr.No, I'll not resort to using your fancy hyperlink secret code bracketed demo deal to post the links. : )

Expected Im, will miss your presence here and take your time but hurry back. :-)

Scott, most of the churches I attended had affiliations with the Southern Baptist Convention. Seems that there's some unspoken agreement about non-prophecy teachings in the church. I do remember a couple of churches in which the pastors were pressured to teach on certain subjects as dictated by the generous tithing of the elite.

Scott said...

We have to remember - the world is unwittingly preparing for the Tribulation. And we will have a false religion for the first half - which I believe will be a weird hybrid involving Islam and pseudo-christianity.

I wish I could think of the name of that DVD Perry Stone has on this very topic - but it is excellent - probably his best. I would urge everyone to see this. There are MANY commonalities between the RCC and Islam, and 'worship' of Mary is includes, not to mention the 'apparitions" (sp?).

If anyone is interested I'll dig around and get the title...Maybe its on utube
