Syria: IDF hits targets in Aleppo area

Syria: IDF hits targets in Aleppo area

Israel confirmed separate strikes in Syria earlier in the day in response to rocket-fire on the Golan Heights.

Israeli strikes caused “material damage” to sites near Aleppo in northwestern Syria on Saturday, according to official Syrian media.

“At about 17:20 p.m. on Saturday, the Israeli enemy launched an aggression from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea, west of Latakia, targeting some points south of Aleppo city,” the state-run Syrian Arab News Agency reported.

Israel has reportedly struck the Aleppo and Damascus airports multiple times, in a bid to prevent Iran from smuggling weapons via Syria to its terror proxy Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Earlier on Saturday, the Israel Defense Forces confirmed it conducted strikes in Syria after two rockets fired from the country fell in the Golan Heights.

“Two launches that were identified crossing from Syria fell in an open area. The IDF is striking the sources of fire,” said the military.

On Wednesday, an Iran-backed militia in Syria launched a suicide drone at Israel’s southern Golan Heights.

The explosives-laden unmanned aerial vehicle impacted near Eliad, a moshav east of the Sea of Galilee.

Also last week, Iran threatened Israel with retaliation after a senior Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps officer was killed in an airstrike in Syria on Monday.

The Islamic Republic News Agency reported that Maj. Gen. Razi Mousavi “was killed during an attack by the Zionist regime a few hours ago in Zainabiya district in the suburbs of Damascus.” Hebrew media reported that three missiles hit a weapons depot south of the Syrian capital in a targeted attack.

Considered one of the IRGC’s top Quds Force commanders, Mousavi was responsible for coordinating the “military” alliance between Iran and Syria and was reportedly involved in Tehran’s efforts to supply its terror proxies in the region with weapons, including Hezbollah.

He was a longtime confidante of Qasem Soleimani, the Quds Force commander killed in a U.S. drone strike in Iraq in 2020.

Israel has hit hundreds of terror targets in Syria in recent years as part of an effort to prevent Iranian military entrenchment in the country.

Did Ukraine Cross The Rubicon In Belgorod Attack?

Ukraine crossed the Rubicon: Blind attack with NATO weapons and cluster bombs against civilians and children in the center of Belgorod! Carnage…

Ukraine launched an attack with NATO weapons and cluster bombs on the Russian city of Belgorod, even hitting the Christmas market in the city center. There are over 14 dead and 108 injured including children.

Russia is talking about a terrorist attack against civilians and holds Britain and the US responsible. It should be noted that Kiev violated the agreements with the West which provided for the non-use of NATO weapons against Russian soil.

Ukraine tried to retaliate against yesterday's major Russian missile attack but rather killed itself.

Everything indicates that the Russian response will be fierce.

Russia: "This crime will not go unpunished"

The Ukrainian army's "criminal" and indiscriminate shelling of the Belgorod region was designed to distract from its failures on the front and will not go unpunished, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.

"By committing this crime, the Kiev regime is trying to distract attention from its defeats at the front and provoke us to similar actions ," Moscow said in a statement.

According to information from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the strikes were made with cluster bombs launched from Vilkha, as well as Czech-made Vampire MLRS rockets.

Air defense systems intercepted most of them, but cluster bombs fell on the city of Belgrond.

"In the event of a direct hit by cluster munition-equipped Vilkha missiles on the city, the consequences would be immeasurably more serious," the Russian military said, describing the attack as an attempt at an "indiscriminate combined attack."

"We emphasize that the Russian Armed Forces only strike military facilities and infrastructure directly related to them.

We will continue to act this way.

This crime in Belgorod will not go unpunished," the Russian Defense Ministry said.

The attacks took place at approximately 3:00 p.m. local time (14:00 Greek time).

Emergency services responded, blocking off a city center intersection where several vehicles caught fire and several buildings were damaged.

Moscow: Britain, US and EU behind Kiev terror attack in Belgorod

Britain is behind the "terrorist attack" in Belgorod and in coordination with the United States is inciting the Kiev regime to commit acts of terrorism, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti.

"Behind the terrorist attack is Britain, which in coordination with the USA is inciting the Kiev regime to commit terrorist acts, realizing that the counterattack by the armed forces of Ukraine has failed ," he said.

"London (…) has forbidden the Kiev regime to negotiate with the Russian side, betting on "victory on the battlefield". In the absence of the slightest possibility to improve the sad situation of the Ukrainian army "on the ground", the Anglo-Saxons have turned to the tactic of carrying out terrorist attacks against civilians" , Zakharova pointed out.

"The responsibility for the attack also lies with the EU states, which continue to supply weapons to the terrorists in Kiev, who use, among other things, cluster munitions against civilians," she added.

Ex-UK PM Blair eyed as mediator on post-war Gaza, including resettlement of Palestinians

Report: Ex-UK PM Blair eyed as mediator on post-war Gaza, including resettlement of Palestinians

Former British prime minister Tony Blair is reportedly being eyed by Israeli leaders to serve as the mediator between Jerusalem and moderate Arab countries on post-war Gaza and a controversial Israeli aim of having other nations absorb residents of Gaza who leave the Strip.

Blair arrived in Israel last week and met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and war cabinet minister Benny Gantz, Channel 12 news reports, without citing a source. The report says that if the plan materializes, Blair will be in charge of checking the option of countries receiving Gazan refugees.

The reported development comes as the government is yet to discuss the fate of Gaza after the ongoing war, as planned discussions have been delayed by Netanyahu, for fear of sparking a coalition crisis.

Far-right coalition parties are pushing for resettling parts of the Strip and encouraging Palestinians to leave the enclave, and are flatly ruling out any post-war plan that includes a governing role for the Palestinian Authority in Gaza. This puts the government at odds with demands from the United States and other international allies.

Xi Jinping warns that 'all Chinese on both sides of the Taiwan Strait' will be 'reunified' in sabre-rattling New Year message

Xi Jinping warns that 'all Chinese on both sides of the Taiwan Strait' will be 'reunified' in sabre-rattling New Year message

Xi Jinping said in his New Year's speech today that China's reunification with Taiwan is inevitable as he addressed the nation less than two weeks before the Chinese-claimed island elects a new leader

Chinese president Xi Jinping has warned that 'all Chinese on both sides of the Taiwan Strait' will be 'reunified' in his sabre-rattling New Year message.

He said today that China's reunification with Taiwan is inevitable as he addressed the nation less than two weeks before the Chinese-claimed island elects a new leader.

'All Chinese on both sides of the Taiwan Strait should be bound by a common sense of purpose and share in the glory of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,' Xi said according to state news agency Xinhua.

The January 13 presidential and parliamentary elections are happening at a time of fraught relations between Beijing and Taipei. China has been ramping up military pressure to assert its sovereignty claims over democratically governed Taiwan.

China considers Taiwan to be its 'sacred territory' and has never renounced the use of force to bring it under Chinese control, though Xi made no mention of military threats in his speech carried on state television.

'The reunification of the motherland is a historical inevitability,' Xi said, though the official English translation of his remarks published by the Xinhua news agency used a more simple phrase: 'China will surely be reunified'.

China has taken particular exception to current Vice President Lai Ching-te, the presidential candidate for Taiwan's ruling Democratic Party (DPP) and leading in opinion polls by varying margins, saying he is a dangerous separatist.

Responding late on Saturday to Lai's comments at a live televised presidential debate earlier in the day, China's Taiwan Affairs Office said Lai had 'exposed his true face as a stubborn "worker for Taiwan independence" and destroyer of peace across the Taiwan Strait'.

'His words were full of confrontational thinking,' spokesperson Chen Binhua said in a statement.

France Deploying 90,000 Soldiers and Police for New Year’s Eve, Citing ‘Very High’ Terror Threat

France Deploying 90,000 Soldiers and Police for New Year’s Eve, Citing ‘Very High’ Terror Threat

The threat is increased due to the Israel-Hamas war.

“I’ve requested a very strong mobilisation of police forces and the gendarmerie under the context of a very high terrorist threat, of course due to what’s happening in Israel and Palestine,” French Interior Minister Gerard Darmanin told reporters on Friday.

Darmanin also pointed out that France has long been a major target for terror attacks.

The Metro reports:

Up to 90,000 police officers and gendarmes have been deployed throughout the country in preparation.

Around 5,000 soldiers from Operation Sentinel, a military operation aimed at protecting France from terror threats, and 35,000 firefighters have also been dispatched.

Up to 1.5 million people are expected to celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Champs-Elysees in Paris and 6,000 officers will be on patrol.

Law enforcement will also use drones for their operations for the first time.

UPI News reports that France was already on high alert due to several ISIS terror plots being foiled in Europe recently.

“Police already have made a number of arrests in France, Spain, Austria and Germany during the Christmas period, and five people were apprehended last week in northern France as part of an investigation into a terrorist plot,” the report states.

It is believed that ISIS is taking advantage of the war in Gaza to rally support for their own cause.

German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser has also said she is “concerned that New Year’s Eve could once again be a day on which we experience blind rage and senseless violence.”

Germany is expected to deploy 4,000 police throughout Berlin for their celebrations.

UK preparing to attack Houthis: Message To Come Soon - A 'Final Warning'

UK preparing to attack Houthis – The Times

Britain is preparing to launch airstrikes against Yemen’s Houthi militants in response to a wave of attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea, The Times reported on Sunday. The US and another European country would also take part in the strikes, the newspaper added.

The US and UK are expected to release a joint statement later on Sunday warning the Houthis to immediately cease their attacks or face military action from the West. This message is intended as a “final warning,” a British government source told the newspaper.

Should the Yemeni fighters fail to heed the warning, British and American ships and war planes will launch missiles at “pre-planned” targets in Yemen itself and on the Red Sea, The Times said, adding that an unnamed “European country” will “possibly” join the operation too.

The Houthis, who control a large part of Yemen’s territory, have attacked dozens of container ships in the Red Sea since the Israel-Hamas war broke out in October in a bid to drive freight traffic away from the Jewish state and disrupt global supply chains for as long as Israel’s military campaign continues.

The Red Sea is the entry point for vessels using the Suez Canal, which handles about 12% of global trade.

The US announced a maritime task force earlier this month to patrol the Red Sea, although Washington struggled to secure support from its allies, with Spain insisting that it would only take part in a NATO-led mission and Italy dispatching warships only to defend Italian shipowners.

The Singapore-flagged container ship Maersk Hangzhou, operated by Denmark, was struck by a Houthi missile on Saturday, before US Navy helicopters sank three Houthi boats attempting to board the vessel on Sunday, US Central Command said in a statement. The sinking of the Houthi boats marked the first successful American strike on the militant group since the task force deployed to the region.

Maersk, one of the world’s largest shipping firms, had only resumed using the Red Sea route several days earlier. In light of the Houthi attacks, it previously sent its vessels on a much longer route around the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa. Houthi leadership said that the Maersk Hangzhou was targeted as it was en route to an Israeli port.

Consumers Are Rejecting The Great Reset?

Consumers Are Rejecting The Great Reset

A friend got a rental of a Tesla over the holidays. It’s undoubtedly the industry standard for EVs and a complete blast to drive. The problem: It’s not a practical car at all. He was driving in the cold, and the car was nearly drained after two hours. Searching for a charge was no easy task. The first one didn’t work. The second one stated that it would be charged in 10 hours, which he didn’t have. The third one charged in one hour but that was a full hour wasted.

His conclusion: This is indeed a glorified golf cart designed to keep you at home and under the thumb of the manufacturer. And this is just a test. The repairs are worse. Keep in mind that this is the best the industry has to offer. The other manufacturers of these things make products not nearly as high-rated, which is why so many of them are sitting on lots unsold and why orders for the machines are plummeting.

It seems like the EV craze has peaked already. Growth in gas cars is now far higher than electrics, flipping a trend from 12 months ago. Finally, consumers are figuring it out. This is a good second car, provided you’re driving in your own town, you have a hook-up at home and can charge it overnight, and you don’t suddenly have to go out of town. It’s a toy, sometimes a fun one, but not a real car. For that, you need gas.

The idea that this car is going to transition the United States to “clean energy” is absurd. If every car were electric, the grid would crash and rationing would be the norm. And maybe that’s the whole point. You drive only with permission. Nothing about your transportation is within your control. Authorities will decide everything for you. It’s a perfect strategy for creating a society of dependents.

Fortunately, consumers aren’t playing along. We still live with the remnants of a capitalist system whereby manufacturers have to make profits. So that’s a serious problem for the whole industry. It could very well collapse in 2024.

Sure, Tesla will still be around making luxury cars and trucks for well-to-do urbanites, and bless them for it. But it’s not for everyone. It isn’t even for anyone who has a long way to go. Even now, the only substantial pockets of broad ownership (above 20 percent) are California and D.C. The heartland knows better and so do people in very cold latitudes.

As long as we’re on the topic of fails, consider fake meat. Remember how it was going to replace real meat? Well, take a look at the grocery stores today. This is another product that has peaked. The stock for Beyond Meat was $196 in 2019. It has fallen and fallen. Today it’s a bargain at $8.72, with no one being particularly interested. It looks like this one isn’t long for this world either, which makes you wonder why muckety-mucks are still pushing this nonsense on us. Consumers aren’t having it anymore.

The same goes for COVID-19 vaccines, for which your tax dollars paid. The companies have stock sales and patents and a seeming public demand. Except for one thing: They don’t work. They’re also highly dangerous. This is an incredible disaster for both Moderna and Pfizer. The Pfizer stock is down to $28 from $59 in two years. Moderna has fallen to $100 from $384 in the same timeframe. They’re both sitting on massive stockpiles of these vaccines, with almost no remaining public demand for their endless boosters. They also face lawsuits with claims that the companies wildly exaggerated the benefit. In any case, they were never necessary for the vast majority of people and certainly not for children.

Netanyahu warns Hezbollah, Iran

Netanyahu warns Hezbollah, Iran and sees flexibility on hostage deal

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning to Iran and Hezbollah as he confirmed that the Gaza war could continue for months and said there was possible movement on proposal to secure the release of additional hostages.

“We see a possibility, maybe for movement,” Netanyahu said, adding that a strong military campaign in Gaza was the best pressure point for such an agreement.

“On the northern border, we are landing heavy blows against Hezbollah, eliminating many terrorists and destroying the enemy’s capabilities,” Netanyahu said in a press conference in Tel Aviv on Saturday night.

He spoke as Israel continued its military operation to destroy Hamas in Gaza, even as it thwarted Hezbollah violence along its northern border, working to prevent the situation from escalating into a full-fledged war.

Netanyahu said diplomacy was the best option to restore security to that border but noted that Israel would not hesitate to act against the Iranian proxy groupshould those options fail.

“We approved operational plans for the continuation of the fighting. If Hezbollah expands the war, it will receive blows it never dreamed of – and so will Iran. We will act in any way until we restore security to the residents of the North,” Netanyahu stated.

“Iran leads the axis of evil and aggression against us on the various fronts,” the prime minister stated.

“This aggression is directed not only against Israel but against the entire free world. We act against Iran all the time, everywhere, in every way,” he said, as he declined to provide details to back up his statement.

Netanyahu also underscored the importance of preventing a nuclear Iran, as the Islamic Republic continues to inch closer to weapons-grade uranium enrichment.

“Everyone understands today that the threat from Iran will increase dozens of times if Iran has nuclear weapons. And so the goal that I have been working for many years... remains the same: to do anything – anything – to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons,” he said.

The prime minister also spoke about the importance of an international coalition to thwart the Yemen-based Houthi threat against shipping routes in the Red Sea. Israel has warned that Iran is behind those attacks.

“I talked with many leaders about the need to establish an international coalition to maintain the freedom of international navigation,” he stated.

Concerning Gaza, Netanyahu said that the war would continue until Israel’s two primary goals were completed: “the elimination of Hamas and the release of all our hostages.”

“As prime minister, I have pushed back against international pressures aimed at stopping the war before we achieved these goals,” he said.

Netanyahu noted that he appreciated the Biden administration’s support for Israel’s war against Hamas, both in its actions at the United Nations and in its approval over the weekend of additional military supplies for the IDF.

Amir Tsarfati: Watching The Deterioration Of Truth

Amir Tsarfati: Watching The Deterioration Of Truth

I pray that you take the joy and hope that come from a relationship with the Messiah with you into the new year. It is one that will certainly be interesting. I am optimistic when it comes to the things of God’s Word, because I know that He is working out His plan. However, I am very pessimistic when it comes to the state of the world. The influence of the enemy in all parts of the globe is steadily increasing, as people, even many inside the church, buy into his deceptions.

I’ve watched this deterioration of truth firsthand, and I must admit that it has taken a toll on me. Being fully immersed in news of the massacre of October 7 and its long-reaching aftermath has been difficult enough. But to witness the widespread antisemitism, lies, fake news, and conspiracy theories makes it at times almost unbearable.

As far as Israel is concerned, I believe that the worst of the war has not yet begun. Currently, there are only skirmishes taking place across our northern border. That will not last. Both Hezbollah and their Iranian leaders, as well as the generals of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), have their strategies planned for an all-out war across the Lebanese and Syrian borders.

Undoubtedly, Israel will be blamed for the conflict. Public opinion continues to deteriorate toward Israel. Those who take time to learn the history of the region, to study the atrocities of October 7, and to accept as real the genocidal intentions of the Arab and Persian nations toward Israel will stand with Jerusalem and the people of the land. But the growing majority reject the truths contained in each of those areas, because, once again, they are buying into the lies of the great deceiver.

It seems that everything that Israel does is vilified in the media and in international governmental settings. Yet, when other countries carry out true criminal acts and atrocities, the world is silent. I talk about this in a brief Breaking News Update I posted yesterday. As I’ve taken to saying, “No Jews – No News.”

For instance, on Christmas Day a Greek Catholic Melkite Church in Iqrit, northern Israel, was struck by a Hezbollah anti-tank missile. The 80-year-old Christian who was guarding the church was injured. Twelve Israeli soldiers rushed to rescue this Christian man. When they did, Hezbollah fired another anti-tank missile wounding all twelve IDF soldiers, one severely. The Muslim terrorists had intentionally used the Christian church as bait to draw out the Jewish soldiers whom they knew would come to the man’s aid. Have you heard anything about this from the mainstream media?

The United Nations and all the international courts, along with the liberal media, appear to be silent when it comes to 140 Christians in 20 Nigerian villages being brutalized and slaughtered on Christmas day by Muslim extremists.

In West Darfur, Sudan, a genocide has left more than 9000 dead and 5.6 million people displaced. When is the last time you saw a story on West Darfur? Did you know that on Saturday the Turkish Air Force hit a clinic in their attack on 13 targets, killing innocent civilians? When was the last time you heard a detailed update on what Russian is perpetrating in Ukraine, or a mention of the fact that Moscow still has its military in Syria killing civilians?

Rarely, if ever, will you hear about these stories of late. And, if you do, they are usually sandwiched between reports of Israeli supposed atrocities and its “indiscriminate” bombing in Gaza. Why? No Jews – No News.

This is a trend that will continue. When you hear a lie long enough, it begins to sound like the truth. The “Jew bad, Palestinian good” narrative will continue to be drilled into the minds of the masses, and the world will soon forget October 7 and only see Israel’s response. What once was considered a legitimate reply to the atrocities and a necessary action for future protection will then be viewed simply as Jewish aggression. Within the framework of biblical prophecy, this fits perfectly like a square block into a square hole.

Skirmishes with Hezbollah

Late Tuesday night, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) struck several Hezbollah-related sites in southern Lebanon. In response the next day, two rounds of rocket attacks were fired across the border into Israel. The first round of 18 rockets was aimed near Rosh Hanikra, and the second of 16 was fired at Israel’s northernmost city of Kiryat Shmona. The Iron Dome intercepted most of the incoming missiles. However, some did penetrate the air defense and cause damage in Kiryat Shmona. Israel responded with more air strikes.

Senior IRGC Leader Assassinated in Syria

A brigadier general and senior member of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was killed by an Israel airstrike on December 25 in Seyida Zainab, just outside of Damascus. Brig.Gen. Razi Mousavi was in charge of transferring weapons from Iran to the Hezbollah terrorist organization, so that they could be put to use against Israel. A couple missiles from the IDF ensured that the general’s employment was terminated. Hezbollah is the largest and most powerful of Iran’s proxy militias. If anyone ever doubted the connection between Hezbollah and the Islamist leadership of Iran, Mousavi could have been used as exhibit A.

It’s Time to Shut Down the UNRWA

The website for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) will tell you that their “human development and humanitarian services encompass primary and vocational education, primary health care, relief and social services, infrastructure and camp improvement, microfinance and emergency response, including in situations of armed conflict.” Sounds lovely. Humanitarian work at its apogee. However, in a recent interview, a Gazan man told the IDF that Hamas essentially ran the UNRWA. All the money and humanitarian supplies are filtered through Hamas, which takes all it needs and wants before passing on the small remainder to those in need. This is no surprise to anyone in the know. UNRWA has long been suspected of having ties to Hamas. This was confirmed recently when Hamas tunnels were discovered near UNRWA facilities, and reports came in of a UNRWA worker holding prisoner one of the October 7 hostages. It’s time the UNRWA was either completely revamped or, preferably, shut down. Do I have any expectation that the UN will do the right thing? No. Why am I skeptical? Well, the august international body, in their great wisdom, just made Dutch Deputy Prime Minister Sigrid Kaag the new Humanitarian Coordinator for Gaza. It will be her job to ensure the aid trucks to Gaza don’t carry non-humanitarian goods. Kaag’s husband was a deputy minister in the PLO under Yasser Arafat. What could possibly go wrong?

Houthis Continue to Fire Missiles

Within a ten-hour window on Tuesday, the American destroyer USS Laboon and USAF F/A-18 fighter jets shot down 12 suicide drones, three anti-ship ballistic missiles, and two cruise missiles, all fired by the Iran-supported Houthi rebels in Yemen. The terrorist weapons were all aimed at Israel or at shipping in the Red Sea. The Houthis have firmly established themselves as the irritating blister on the heel of middle eastern maritime transport. For some companies, they’re painful enough to cause a temporary shutdown in business in the area. Even though they are currently just an irritation, they can very quickly turn deadly if one of the cruise missiles aimed toward Israel makes it past the defense of the US fleet and Israel’s missile barrier systems. By the way, how often have you heard of the dire humanitarian water crisis in Yemen as a result of the Houthis? No Jews – No News.

American Base in Erbil Attacked

As Washington strives to cuddle up to Tehran, the Iranian proxy militia, Kataib Hezbollah, used a suicide drone to attack the American Erbil Air Base in Iraq on Monday morning. Three US troops were injured in the provocation. The American military responded with airstrikes on three facilities used by the terrorist group. Unfortunately, hitting the terror group without punishing their Iranian masters is akin to blowing your nose and claiming to have cured your cold.

BANKING CRISIS: New Data Indicates Worst Yet To Come?

BANKING CRISIS: New Data Indicates Worst Yet To Come?

Buckle up everyone, the banking crisis only looks to be in the eye of the storm, so to speak.

Following the crisis that saw several banking giants fail earlier this year, we have seen some relative calm when it comes to bank closures and forced mergers. However, the worst has yet to occur, sources claim.

According to reports, a total of 2,118 bank branches closed in 2023 alone, and this is simply for most of the year. The total is higher due to the data only spanning 10 months.

Banks are closing down their local branches at alarming rates and have laid off more than 60,000 workers in 2023 alone—does this look like healthy behavior to you?

The Biden regime and the mainstream financial media continue to ensure Americans that the worst is now over and that the U.S. economy will experience a ‘soft landing’ in 2024, but does anyone really believe this?

Banks are hemorrhaging personnel and physical locations, the country is $34 trillion in debt, and inflation has wrecked the spending power of the average American consumer. Vivek Ramaswamy recently warned of another 2008-style financial crisis fomenting:

“Bank of America is now providing *loans without down payment* for home buyers in “black & Hispanic Communities.” Mark my words: This act of “anti-racism” today will be called “systemic racism” tomorrow – when minorities end up defaulting on these loans.”

A quick search online will show this isn’t simply an issue plaguing the United States, Europe is also experiencing similar problems with bank branch closures and unprecedented cashless policies.

Customers of banks are being alerted to the impending wave of branch closures that is expected to occur in 2024. In the UK, the closure of high street bank and building society branches has been made worse by the... #BankClosures #Crisis #Money&Finance

Trust in banks is faltering globally, with recent failures in the U.S. highlighting the risk. People are questioning the safety of their money in traditional banking systems, especially in unstable regions. #BankingCrisis

According to The Wall Street Journal:

Over the past 12 months, Wells Fargo has closed 258 branches, JPMorgan Chase 165 and Bank of America nearly 100, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence.

In all, the number of bank branches in the U.S. has shrunk by more than one-fifth to just 78,000 today from nearly 100,000 in 2009.

Soft profits and aggressive cost cutting mean still more Americans will see their local bank branch close its doors in 2024.

Bank Crash 2.0 Incoming? “I Think The Banks Are Going Down For 2-3 Weeks”

Earlier today, we reported that MetroBank was on the verge of collapse.

Perhaps by the time you read this it will have already gone under.

I have found it’s very common for bank runs to begin on a Friday, let the panic build over the weekend, and then things open up UGLY on Monday of the following week.

Here’s that story in case you missed it.

I've been saying we almost certainly see a period of time where the banks "shut down" and you can't get your money.

Now I being you this clip from Patrick Bet-David's podcast with Col. Douglas MacGregor who basically confirmed all of that is true.

But worse than I even expected.

I expected maybe 1-2 days of bank closures.

He thinks 2-3 weeks.

He also thinks we don't ever hit a 2024 election.

He sees things getting so bad that we will implode before then.

I don't think he's wrong.
