July 1 Annexation Date: Is A U.S. Package On The Line?

Netanyahu’s July 1 annexation date hangs fire. Is a US package on the table?

The scale of West Bank annexations that PM Binyamin Netanyahu pledged to announce on July 1 remains up in the air. So does the date. Working with him all week in search of an agreed formula were US President Donald Trump’s emissaries, special envoy Avi Berkowitz and Ambassador David Friedman. They were joined on Tuesday, June 30, by Brian Hook, US Special Representative on Iran and Senior Adviser to the Secretary of State – just back from a mission to Gulf capitals.

DEBKAfile’s political sources reveal. On the table between the American team and the prime minister is essentially a US package deal in partnership with the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia:  Netanyahu would hold off on his decision to extend Israeli sovereignty to 30pc of the West Bank – as set out in the Trump Mid-East Peace Plan. His reward would be a direct meeting with senior Gulf officials – albeit formally, with a non-political agenda, such as cooperation in the fight against coronavirus. Given Hook’s senior rank and influence, the deal no doubt covers wider common areas of interest to all the parties concerned, such as Iran.

Alternate PM Benny Gantz knew that delay was on the cards when he said on Monday, June 29, that the July 1 date was “not holy.” However, he tried explaining this by maintaining that “any issues unrelated to coronavirus must wait.” On Tuesday, he declared: “A million jobless don’t care about annexation.”

Netanyahu, who has taken to snubbing his coalition partner, used a meeting with his Likud faction to shoot back: “The issue is not up to Kahol Lavan [Gantz’s party]. They are not a factor either way. We have a good dialogue going with the American team here in Israel. We are doing this discreetly.

When there is something to announce, we will do so.” The PM went on to say: “We are engaged in a complicated process with political and security ramifications. I am not able to disclose details at this time,” he said, adding: “We said it will happen from July 1.” Therefore, “from” that date, but not necessarily “on it.” That is one indicator that Netanyahu is testing other options.

The new package deal brought to Jerusalem by Brian Hook on Tuesday, is one issue to be determined in the 48 hours remaining until July 1. Another arises from the mission Netanyahu assigned to Mossad Director Yossie Cohen who visitedd Amman last week to allay the fears of another US ally, Jordan. Our sources report that Cohen put before King Abdullah the PM’s offer to drop the Jordan Valley from the sovereignty plan for now and limit it to the two or three settlement blocs in Judea and Samaria that were closest to the Green Line border with Israel. Are the blanks in Netanyahu’s annexation plan being filled in? Or will he prefer postponement?

The Palestinians present a major complication.

Their latest step is a last-minute offer to go back on their boycott of the Trump peace plan by assigning two relatively unknown Palestinian big-shot tycoons to holding talks with the Trump administration. Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’s agents have put out feelers in influential Washington circles in the hope of stirring the interest of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo or the president’s senior adviser Jared Kushner. However, their plan is a non-starter since it is based on a “peace proposal” released on May 30 and posted from Ramallah to the fairly defunct Middle East Quartet. Since it is essentially a copy-and-paste job of the formula used by former Secretary of State John Kerry in his failed peace mediation, it was rejected out of hand in Washington.

Abbas has meanwhile decided to go back on his threat to dissolve the Palestinian Authority against Israel’s annexation and give up on declaring a Palestinian state with a campaign for international recognition. Neither step has resonated where it counts. His mixed messages reflect the disarray, confusion and divisions besetting the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah.  Most critically, his prime minister Mohammad Shtayyeh is openly defiant. After he was instructed by Abbas to stay away from Palestinian political and international affairs and stick to domestic governance, Shtayyeh made arrangements to issue an online policy speech to American audiences on Wednesday, June 31. Abbas has meanwhile withheld the wages of half the PA’s 150,000 security and other staff to stir up popular unrest and undermine his prime minister.

Looming in the background of these last-ditch maneuvers is another date: Nov. 3. Netanyahu is anxious to gain as much annexation momentum as he can so long as Trump is in office. He is gambling on Trump’s re-election for finishing the process. The White house wants the issue settled and out of the way as soon as possible – hence the diplomatic heavyweights moving in on Jerusalem.

Another Mysterious Explosion In Northern Tehran Kills 13: Strike On Weapons Depot?

13 Dead After Mysterious Explosion In Northern Tehran

Update (1520ET): New details on the explosion have just landed. Per Sputnik News, which cited Iranian media reports, an explosion and a fire in a medical facility in the north of the Iranian capital killed 13 people, while six people were injured. It was the second explosion in the city in under a day, and the latest in a string of explosions.

Just a day after Tehran called for President Trump's arrest, a mysterious explosion
has been reported in the northern part of the capital city, with unconfirmed sources
on US social media claiming it might be tied with a strike on an Iranian weapons
 depot.

Iranian state news reported the explosion, and an ensuing fire. It's unclear
whether the fire has been brought under control.

It follows another mysterious explosion a few days ago that was never explained,
though some attributed it to "disposal" of arms.
Notably, the explosion occurred one hour after US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
declared that the end of an Iranian arms embargo would threaten world peace.

2022: 'Vaccination Passport' ?

2022: A Vaccination Passport. The EU Keeps Quiet Over Suspicious Documents

Surprise, surprise, the European Commission (EC) had a “Roadmap on Vaccination” ready months before the COVID-19 pandemic broke out.

The Roadmap should lead to a “commission proposal for a common vaccination card / passport for EU citizens by 2022”.

Last updated during the third quarter of 2019, the 10-page document was followed, on September 12th, by a “global vaccination summit” jointly hosted by the EC and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Under the header “Ten Actions Towards Vaccination for All – Everyone should be able to benefit from the power of vaccination”, the summit manifesto laments that:
“Despite the availability of safe and effective vaccines, lack of access, vaccine shortages, misinformation, complacency towards disease risks, diminishing public confidence in the value of vaccines and disinvestments are harming vaccination rates worldwide.”

The manifesto of the global vaccination summit goes on to list 10 “lessons (…) and actions needed towards vaccination for all”.
Each “lesson” is a gem of what the Italian neo-Marxist philosopher Diego Fusaro calls “the therapeutic capitalism”.

The wording is peremptory and leaves no room for nuance and debate. Adjectives such as “all” “everyone” “indisputably” abound. Statements in the conditional mood are absent.
More than a cautious, scientifically inspired and open-to-doubt plan of action, the tone – “to protect everyone everywhere”, “to leave no one behind” – is unsuitably messianic.
What about those who do not want to be “protected” that way? In Germany alone, roughly 10% of the whole population, or 8 million people, are strongly against a Corona vaccination.

But let’s look at what we can learn, so to speak, from these “lessons”.
Lesson 1 begins with: “Promote global political leadership and commitment to vaccination” – this seems what we are witnessing now, with governments worldwide suggesting that masks and social distancing will remain in place until a vaccine for Corona-Sars2 is found.

And what about those politicians who are against vaccinations?
Will their voters be told, as the EU budget commissioner Gunther Oettinger (in)famously did with Italian Lega voters in 2018, that “markets will teach them to vote for the right thing?”.
Will a new pandemic break out to teach people to vote for the right thing?

Lesson 4, “Tackle the root-causes of vaccine hesitancy, increasing confidence in vaccination,” looks like the blueprint for a major propaganda campaign, one that foresees – we read on the EU Roadmap on Vaccinations – the “development of e-learning training modules targeting GPs and primary healthcare providers focused on improving skills to address hesitant populations and promote behavioral change”.

Lesson 5, “Harness the power of digital technologies, so as to strengthen the monitoring of the performance of vaccination programs”, raises, in times of tracing apps and electronic wristbands, legitimate concerns over the further encroachment of technology in our lives – and bodies.

Which digital technologies are we talking about? Maybe a subcutaneous chip, like the one recently patented with the satanic-sounding number 060606 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation?
Lesson 9 is, for the non-mainstream journalist, and for freedom of speech in general, the most threatening [the bolded type is mine]:
“Empower healthcare professionals at all levels as well as the mediato provide effective, transparent and objective information to the public and fight false and misleading informationincluding by engaging with social media platforms and technological companies.”
There we go: the fight against so-called Fake News is back. More work for Facebook’s self-appointed “Facts-Checkers”.
Fake News is of course Orwellian Newspeak for any non-aligned information, no matter its contents, origins and verifiability.
Indeed, the global vaccination manifesto provides no definition for “objective information”, or for “false and misleading information”.

Welcome To The New Totalitarianism:

Welcome To The New (Pathologized) Totalitarianism

It was always going to come to this... mobs of hysterical, hate-drunk brownshirts hunting down people not wearing masks and trying to get them fired from their jobs, “no mask, no service” signs outside stores, security staff stopping the mask-less from entering, paranoid pod people pointing and shrieking at the sight of mask-less shoppers in their midst, goon squads viciously attacking and arresting them …

Welcome to the Brave New Normal.

And it isn’t just the Maskenpflicht-Sturmabteilung. The new official narrative is omnipresent. The corporate media are pumping out hysteria about “Covid-19 hospitalizations” (i.e., anyone admitted to a hospital for anything who tested positive for the coronavirus) and “major incidents” (i.e., people at the beach). Police are manning makeshift social-distancing-monitoring watchtowers in London. There are propaganda posters and billboards everywhere, repeating the same neo-Goebbelsian slogans, reinforcing the manufactured mass hysteria. Dissent and nonconformity are being pathologized, “diagnosed” as psychopathy and paranoiaMandatory vaccinations are coming.

You didn’t think they were kidding, did you, when they started introducing the Brave New Normal official narrative back in March? They told us, clearly, what was coming. They told us life was going to change … forever. They locked us down inside our homes. They ordered churches and synagogues closed. They ordered the police to abuse and arrest us if we violated their arbitrary orders. They closed the schools, parks, beaches, restaurants, cafés, theaters, clubs, anywhere that people gather. They ripped children out of their mother’s arms, beat and arrested other mothers for the crime of “wearing their masks improperly,” dragged mask-less passengers off of public buses, gratuitously beat and arrested people for not “social-distancing” on the sidewalk, shackled people with ankle monitors, and intimidated everyone with robots and drones. They outlawed protests, then hunted down people attending them and harassed them at their homes. They started tracking everyone’s contacts and movements. They drafted new “emergency” laws to allow them to forcibly quarantine people. They did this openly. They publicized it. It’s not like they were hiding anything.

No, they told us exactly what was coming, and advised us to shut up and follow orders. Tragically, most people have done just that. In the space of four months, GloboCap has successfully imposed totalitarianism — pathologized totalitarianism — on societies all across the world. It isn’t traditional totalitarianism, with a dictator and a one-party system, and so on. It is subtler and more insidious than that. But it is totalitarianism nonetheless.

GloboCap could not have achieved this without the approval (or at least the acquiescence) of the vast majority of the masses. The coronavirus mass hysteria was a masterstroke of propaganda, but propaganda isn’t everything. No one is really fooled by propaganda, or not for long, in any event. As Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari noted in the opening of Anti-Oedipus:
“The masses were not innocent dupes. At a certain point, under a certain set of conditions, they wanted fascism, and it is this perversion of the desire of the masses that needs to be accounted for.”
I am not going to try to account for the “perversion of the desire of the masses” here in this essay, but I do want to dig into the new pathologized totalitarianism a little bit.
Now, I’m going to assume that you understand that the official “apocalyptic pandemic” narrative is predicated on propaganda, wild speculation, and mass hysteria, and that by now you are aware that we are dealing with a virus that causes mild to moderate symptoms (or absolutely no symptoms at all) in 95% of those infected, and that over 99.5% survive … thus, clearly, no cause for widespread panic or justification for the totalitarian “emergency measures” that have been imposed.
I am also going to assume that you watched as GloboCap switched off the “deadly pandemic” to accommodate the BLM protests, then switched it back on as soon as they subsided, and that you noted how their propaganda shifted to “cases” when the death count finally became a little too embarrassing to continue to hype.
So, I won’t waste your time debunking the hysteria. Let’s talk pathologized totalitarianism.
The genius of pathologized totalitarianism is like that old joke about the Devil … his greatest trick was convincing us that he doesn’t exist. Pathologized totalitarianism appears to emanate from nowhere, and everywhere, simultaneously; thus, technically, it does not exist. It cannot exist, because no one is responsible for it, because everyone is. Mass hysteria is its lifeblood. It feeds on existential fear. “Science” is its rallying cry. Not actual science, not provable facts, but “Science” as a kind of deity whose Name is invoked to silence heretics, or to ease the discomfort of the cognitive dissonance that results from desperately trying to believe the absurdities of the official narrative.
The other genius of it (from a GloboCap viewpoint) is that it is inexhaustible, endlessly recyclable. Unlike other official enemies, the “deadly virus” could be any virus, any pathogen whatsoever. All they have to do from now on is “discover” some “novel” micro-organism that is highly contagious (or that mimics some other micro-organism that we already have), and wave it in front of people’s faces. Then they can crank up the Fear Machine, and start projecting hundreds of millions of deaths if everyone doesn’t do exactly as they’re told. They can run this schtick … well, pretty much forever, anytime the working classes get restless, or an unauthorized president gets elected, or just for the sheer sadistic fun of it.
Look, I don’t mean to be depressing, but seriously, spend an hour on the Internet, or talk to one of your hysterical friends that wants to make mask-wearing mandatory, permanently. This is the mentality of the Brave New Normal … irrationally paranoid and authoritarian. So, no, the future isn’t looking very bright for anyone not prepared to behave as if the world were one big infectious disease ward.
I’ve interacted with a number of extremely paranoid corona-totalitarians recently (just as a kind of social experiment). They behave exactly like members of a cult. When challenged with facts and basic logic, first, they flood you with media propaganda and hysterical speculation from “medical experts.” Then, after you debunk that nonsense, they attempt to emotionally manipulate you by sharing their heartbreaking personal accounts of the people their therapists’ brother-in-laws’ doctors had to helplessly watch as they “died in agony” when their lungs and hearts mysteriously exploded. Then, after you don’t bite down on that, they start hysterically shrieking paranoia at you (“JUST WAIT UNTIL THEY INTUBATE YOU!” … “KEEP YOUR SPITTLE AWAY FROM ME!”) and barking orders and slogans at you (“JUST WEAR THE GODDAMN MASK, YOU BABY!” … “NO SHOES, NO SHIRT, NO MASK, NO SERVICE!”)

Which … OK, that would be kind of funny (or terribly sad), if these paranoid people were not just mouthpieces echoing the voice of the official power (i.e., GloboCap) that is transforming what is left of society into a paranoid, pathologized, totalitarian nightmare right before our eyes. They’re kind of like the “woman in red” in The Matrix. When you are talking to them, you’re not talking to them. You’re talking to the agents. You’re talking to the machines. Try it sometime. You’ll see what I mean. It’s like talking to a single algorithm that is running in millions of people’s brains.

I can’t lie to you. I’m not very hopeful. No one who understands the attraction (i.e., the seduction) of totalitarianism is. Much as we may not like to admit it, it is exhilarating, and liberating, being part of the mob, surrendering the burden of personal autonomy and individual responsibility, fusing with a fanatical “movement” that is ushering in a new “reality” backed by the sheer brute force of the state … or the transnational global capitalist empire.
It is irresistible, that attraction, to most of us. The chance to be a part of something like that, and to unleash one’s hatred on those who refuse to go along with the new religion … to publicly ridicule them, to humiliate them, to segregate them from normal society, to hunt them down and get them fired from their jobs, to cheer as police abuse and arrest them, to diagnose them as “abnormal” and “inferior,” these social deviants, these subhuman “others,” who dare to challenge the authority of the Party, or the Church, or the State, or the Reich, or Science.
Plus, in the eyes of GloboCap (and its millions of fanatical, slogan-chanting followers), such non-mask-wearing deviants are dangerous. They are like a disease … an infestation. A sickness in the social body. If they refuse to conform, they will have to be dealt with, quarantined, or something like that.

After all, it’s just a harmless piece of cloth...

Netanyahu Meets With U.S. Officials Before Annexation Day

Netanyahu meets with US officials ahead of annexation day

The Times of Israel is liveblogging Tuesday’s events as they happen.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is meeting with US Ambassador David Friedman and special Middle East envoy Avi Berkowitz a day ahead of his self-imposed date for beginning to annex West Bank lands under the US peace proposal, his office says.
Also at the meeting are Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin, national security adviser Meir Ben Shabbat and PMO bureau chief Ronen Peretz.
The subject of the meeting is not announced.

Putin to (virtually) huddle with Erdogan, Rouhani on Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss the Syrian conflict on Wednesday with the leaders of Turkey and Iran, the Kremlin says.
Spokesman Dmitry Peskov says the video conference will see Putin, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani make “three statements” before discussing Syria in private.
The call will take place around 11:00 a.m. GMT, Peskov says.
The talks will be the first since September in the so-called Astana format, in which the three powers discuss developments in Syria, where the conflict has entered its 10th year.
Iran and Russia have been staunch supporters of Syrian President Bashar Assad, while Turkey has called for his ouster and backed opposition fighters.

Now Is The Time

Not Now, I Have My Life to Live

Jonathan C. Brentner

One would think that with all the chaos in just the first six months of 2020 we would see a concentrated focus by pastors on biblical prophecy and warnings about what is to come, but such is not the case.
Why do we see such a lack of urgency in our churches as biblical signs of the coming tribulation explode around us like fireworks in the sky? Why do Christians, some of whom profess to believe in the pretribulation rapture, flock to churches where they sadly hear no mention the Lord’s soon appearing or the imminent tribulation?
Could it be that we do not want to hear about the coming disruption to our lives? Is it not much easier to attend a church that never talks about Jesus’ imminent appearing, but pushes it to the far distant end of the age where it will not disrupt careers or our hopes of grandchildren, retirement, and future travel?
Please know I am not discounting the joy of these things. What I am saying is this: a major disruption to our lives looms in the near future. This will either come via the rapture or the intensifying chaos under the banner of Marxism that will someday lead to the world government led by the antichrist and the hell on earth known as the seven-year tribulation.
Why am I so certain of this?

Will Annexation Be The Trigger? 'Apocalyptic Scenario'

Apocalyptic Scenario

We appear to be approaching yet more choppy waters in Israel’s turbulent history.
The Jewish state’s proposed ‘annexation’ of the Jordan Valley, along with parts of Judea and Samaria – otherwise known as the West Bank despite being the heart of ancient Israel – is causing hackles to rise once again among the nations.
This includes Britain who insist on sticking to their longstanding Foreign Office mantra of pushing for a ‘two-state solution’ – even though there is no evidence whatsoever that it will work, or indeed that it is justifiable.
It won’t work because the Palestinians refuse to recognise the existence of Israel, so how are they going to peacefully co-exist alongside a nation they wish to drive into the sea (as their officials have oft been quoted as saying)?
They will undoubtedly soon be firing rockets at their neighbours, just as Hamas have been doing ever since Israel pulled out of Gaza in 2005 in a supposed ‘land for peace’ deal.
Having said that, a recent survey suggested ordinary Palestinian Authority residents would much prefer to live under Israeli rule. The problem is with the leadership and the anti-Semitic fanatics they stir up.
In any case, the Palestinians have no legal right to the land in question despite the claims of Boris Johnson and others that annexation plans “amount to a breach of international law”.
A hundred years ago, at San Remo in Italy, the allied powers of World War I agreed to grant all the land from the Mediterranean to the River Jordan (including the now disputed territories) to the Jewish people, thus incorporating Britain’s Balfour Declaration of 1917 into international law.
That is how the situation remains; no subsequent resolution has altered that political reality. What muddied the waters was Jordan’s illegal annexation of these territories in 1948 which was duly reversed by Israel in 1967, leaving the impression among some that once in Arab hands, they should remain so. But Israel won back the territory in a defensive war which threatened their very existence.
For those who question Jewish connection to the land promised to Abraham 4,000 years ago (Gen 17.8), new archaeological evidence has emerged of a Jewish settlement in the Elah Valley around the time David faced off Goliath and his Philistine army some three millennia ago. And massive excavations in Jerusalem itself are revealing the grandeur of the city founded by King David during the same period.
The current hostility being displayed towards the Jewish state – especially the belligerence of surrounding nations – makes me wonder if we are not rapidly approaching what theologians refer to as ‘Daniel’s 70th week’.
Following passionate intercessory prayer for his people while exiled in Babylon, the prophet Daniel predicted, with pinpoint accuracy, the rise and fall of empires over the next 500 years, leading up to the Messiah’s death (Dan 9.26) and the subsequent desecration of Jerusalem – a total of 69 weeks of years, each ‘week’ representing seven years.
The 70th week is yet to come, but it will lead to a time of great tribulation, ironically initiated by a significant peace treaty with Israel (Dan 9.27). But the treaty will be broken mid-term by an Antichrist figure who will spread worldwide terror (see Dan 9 & 11; also Rev 13).
