The Tribulation: Nature And Purposes

The Tribulation: Nature and Purposes

By Nathan Jones

(Note: This and other questions sent in to Lamb & Lion Ministries about the Tribulation were answered by Dr. David Reagan, Nathan Jones, and Tim Moore on our television program Christ in Prophecy.)

Tim Moore: The Tribulation as the Bible describes it is a seven-year period of time when the Lord’s wrath will be poured out upon the earth. It has specific purposes both for the Jewish people and for the Gentiles. This is not a time period when we expect the Church to even be here, for it’s an outpouring of wrath upon those who have rejected the offer of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Dr. Reagan: When speaking about the Tribulation, I often get from people a follow-up question: “Why do you guys in Bible prophecy spend so much time talking about the Tribulation as it’s such a gory, horrible thing? Why don’t you talk about something positive?”
Let me give famed Left Behind author Tim LaHaye’s response to this:
“The Tribulation receives more space in the Bible than any other historical period described, whether it be past or future. Compare, for example, the period known as the Millennial Kingdom. We would be hard-pressed to find a dozen chapters in the Bible that describe this incredible thousand-year period. And yet, the short seven-year Tribulation is mentioned 49 times in the Old Testament, given two chapters each in both Matthew and Luke, and one chapter in Mark, and it’s mentioned in 1 and 2 Thessalonians and 13 chapters in the book of Revelation among others. In fact, the only subject in the New Testament that is given more space than the Tribulation is the subject of Jesus Himself.”

Tim Moore: Wow! That is a demonstration of God’s love. Before God pours out His wrath, in His mercy, He always warns. That is exactly why God has warned the whole world that He intends to pour out judgment on those who have rejected His offer of salvation. That’s why there is so much space given in Scripture to warning the world that the Tribulation is coming. And, that’s the reason why Bible prophecy teachers talk so much about the Tribulation as well.
Dr. Reagan: The importance God puts on letting the world know about the Tribulation certainly justifies us spending a lot of time talking about it, especially when you have that much of the Bible devoted to the topic.

Nathan Jones: The Tribulation is God’s victory lap, if you think about it like that. We have thousands of years of human government failing mankind. Human government cannot keep war, poverty, hunger, and disease at bay. It’s often corrupt and it can be vile. And yet, God promised to the prophet Daniel that one day a stone not cut out by human hands would destroy the statue of Gentile world government and would then fill the whole world. God was foretelling about His Son’s Kingdom. Jesus’ kingdom of peace, righteousness, and justice will be established. But first, Jesus has to destroy the Gentile powers. And, that’s what the Tribulation in part accomplishes.
There are a number of other purposes as well. Tim touched on a few. I’d go back to what I was saying, that one of the main reasons for the Tribulation is for the Lord to come and defeat the Gentile world rulers and human governments in order to set up His Kingdom. To accomplish bringing an end to fallen human government, the world will have to go through these seven horrific years, just as was told to the prophets. So, one purpose includes Jesus returning to set up His Kingdom and another purpose is also for destroying the Gentile world powers.
Other reasons for the Tribulation exist as well, reasons like for instance bringing salvation to the world. What a wondrous act of mercy God will perform during the Tribulation. The Lord in putting the world under a pressure cooker, so to speak, forces the rebellious people to get down on their knees and finally make a decision for Christ or not. As a matter of fact, we know that by the end of the Tribulation every person will have been given the Gospel so that all people will be without excuse. They will all know about Jesus and so must choose Him or not. What a blessing from God among all that horrific judgment!

Dr. Reagan: You’ve put a lot of emphasis on God pouring out His wrath upon rebellious Gentile nations in trying to bring people to repentance. True, the fundamental purpose really is not to pour out His wrath just to punish people, but to pour out His wrath in order to bring people to the end of themselves so that they might be saved. We know that most will not accept Jesus. Tragically, they will double up their fists and curse God instead of accepting Christ’s salvation.
Nathan Jones: Unfortunately, yes. More will die in rebellion that those who will accept salvation, but the numbers of those getting saved will still be quite significant, virtually uncountable.
Dr. Reagan: I consider the most important purpose of the Tribulation to be about the Jewish people.
Tim Moore: Obviously much of the Old Testament focuses on God bringing the Jewish people into a time of great distress. Why? Because they have rejected His Son as their Messiah. But, God’s goal is to actually lead a remnant of the Jewish people to salvation. Scripture tells us that a number of Jewish people will come to accept Jesus Christ as Messiah. They will be ready to look upon Him whom they have pierced and join with other Gentile believers in rejoicing when Jesus returns to the earth.
Dr. Reagan: The Tribulation is, in fact, the Seventieth Week of Daniel, meaning the last week of Daniel’s seventy weeks prophecy. In that prophecy, God said He was going to accomplish six things among the Jewish people. Most people agree that He’s only accomplished one of those and that is the atonement for their iniquity, but the other five are yet to be achieved, and they are going to be achieved during this final seven-year period of time.
Dr. Reagan: Daniel also called it a “time of great distress” for the Jewish people.
Nathan Jones: We know the Tribulation as “the Day of the Lord” and “the Day of God’s Wrath.” It will be the absolute worst time for the Jewish people when the whole world will be gathered against them in a second holocaust. We live in a time period when the Jewish people are now being gathered back to their land and they’re finally back in control of Jerusalem. They’re gathering in one place — Israel — where they will be tried by the fire of the Antichrist and his world forces.
Tim Moore: Jesus prophesied that it would be a time of unprecedented tribulation, not only for the Jewish people but for the entire world.

The Prophetic Puzzle Is Coming Together

By Jack Kinsella

It is fascinating to watch as this plan comes together. Here we find different prophecies from different parts of the Bible, made in different eras, overlapping and becoming interdependent upon one another to bring about their fulfillment.
The global religion is continuing to develop. It is unclear what its final form will be...
It is the fear of catastrophic climate change that is driving both the global warming alarmists and the global government proponents.
But it is taking on all the trappings of a global religion.

The third pillar upon which the government of antichrist will rest is his control of the global economy. The global economy exists now, but what is missing is some kind of centralized authority. Right now, that centralized authority would be the central bank of issue for the de-facto global currency — the US Federal Reserve.

But that is all changing as the US dollar continues to lose its luster on the international exchange market, thanks to the Fed decision to flood the market with trillions of technically counterfeit dollars.
The rest of the world’s central banks aren’t fooled. Counterfeit is the word used to describe a fraudulent imitation of something valuable and important.
The newly printed dollars are only legal because the Fed has the authority to print them, not the money to back them. So the world is — right now — looking for a new global currency.

The prophet Daniel says the antichrist is a prince of the empire that he prophesied would destroy Jerusalem and the Temple. That destruction was accomplished in AD 70 by Titus, a general and later, emperor of the Roman Empire. (Daniel 9:27)

The Apostle John pictures the antichrist as a political leader who rises up out of the sea of nations. (Revelation 13:1) Before this global emperor can arise, there must first be empire in need of one.
It is abundantly clear that most of the nations of the Western world would be only too happy to submit to one, should he arise. Even the world’s oldest continuous monarchy is prepared to bend its royal knee — even over an issue that has divided the monarchy since the days of Henry VIII.

That issue, ‘religion’ — is the second pillar upon which the antichrist’s infrastructure rests. John prophesied of a second ‘beast’ — the false prophet — who will elevate the antichrist to the position of deity. (Revelation 13:11-17)

The Bible says that in the last days, God will send a ‘strong delusion’ but that delusion will only affect those “who received not the love of the truth that they might be saved.”

In the last days, the Bible says the whole world will be conditioned to accept a savior, a messiah of sorts, who will seem to have all the answers to the religious, economic and political problems facing the world.

The Bible demands the existence of a global government (in need of leadership) a global economy (in need of leadership) and a global religion (in need of leadership.) The world demands global leadership, period. Any leader will do, provided they like what he promises.
It isn’t even relevant that they know he can’t deliver. It is the promise that is important. Barack Obama was elected on a platform of ‘change we can believe in’ without ever articulating the changes he had in mind.
Never in the history of man has it been possible to impose a global government, global religion and global economy. Not politically. Not administratively. Not technologically.

Throughout history, and up to only seventy years ago, efforts to unite the globe under a single government was a recipe for world war. Today, it is seen as the only option available to avert one.
The need for some kind of globally-acceptable religion is palpable — only the fundamentalists of the three largest religions would have any objection.

And I don’t know if the current economic system will survive what is looking more and more like a repeat of the Great Depression.
A comparison of economic conditions between today and the same point in time following the Crash of 1929 suggests we’re in much worse shape today than we were then. Unemployment is higher, the stock market is lower, and world trade has fallen off the charts.
Here is what I do know. I know that the Bible says that three things would have to come into existence, more or less simultaneously, as part of the overall blueprint of Bible prophecy for the last days. Those three things are the global government, global religion, and global economy.
At no time in all of recorded history were all three systems “on the table” so to speak. But they are today.
Even the most ardent and determined skeptic can’t deny the trends — at best they can only quibble over the details. But the all the signs are there — and the signs are what Jesus told His disciples to watch out for.
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” (Luke 21:28)

'Zombies' Of Black Friday - What Happens When Food Runs Out?

The Shopping "Zombies" Of Black Friday - If People Will Do This Over Gadgets And Gifts, What Happens When Food Runs Out?

By Susan Duclos

Black Friday, known as the busiest shopping day of the year in the United States, is the day after Thanksgiving, where stores all across America slash prices, offer massive sales for shoppers to start their early Christmas shopping.

Throughout the years we have seen everything from people skipping Thanksgiving dinner to spend nights outside of stores doorways until they open so they can get inside first to grab items on sale, to outright fistfights over the last of a product that is on sale.

I referred to many of these shoppers as shopping "zombies" for a reason, one that is almost impossible to explain but which we can offer a convincing visual making the point clearly.

In the video below, at the 2:41 minute mark, you see two employees at a store, standing at the doors, preparing to open them. Outside those glass doors is a sea of people just pushing against the doors, waiting for them to open. Once opened these people literally fall into the store in a mad rush that truly is reminiscent of watching scenes from the TV show The Walking Dead, with one person actually falling down, then crawling away as to not be trampled on.

Others fall as well as more people simply step over them, or on them, to get passed them and into the store.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT IS FOOD THEY ARE FIGHTING OVER ?

In 2017, Stefan Stanford asked a very insightful question when reporting on the insanity of what goes on during Black Friday, asking "With an estimated 164 million Americans hitting the stores to buy electronics and other items and fights breaking out all over the place, what happens when it is food that they are fighting for instead of electronics and other junk gadgets?"

A very good question, as readers watch the last compilation videos at the end of this article, showing utter chaos and craziness of Black Friday, keep that question in mind.

With food shortages and price hikes expected after the mid-west flooding, then the early frost, while many ranchers lost livestock, and other issues out of country with meats and pigs, one really has to wonder how dangerous the people seen in the video above and the ones below, are going to be when it isn't just a Christmas gift they are fighting over but could very well be their families only meal for the day or week?

It is hard to imagine the shopping "zombies" seen in those videos having the foresight to have prepared for the possibility of food shortages with emergency survival foods, or water, or any other basic necessity which would be needed in a SHTF scenario, so there is absolutely no doubt they will fight tooth and nail over any food items left on the shelves.

BOTTOM LINE

Black Friday seems to bring out the worst in many people, where in order to get that "percentage" off as a sale, people will kick, scream, hit, and basically allow themselves to be turned into shopping "zombies" that act no better than wild, rabid animals.

Now just imagine these same people in a TEOTWAWKI situation.

Hamas: True Beneficiary Of Israel-Islamic Jihad Escalation

Is Hamas the true beneficiary of the Israel-Islamic Jihad escalation?

By BENJAMIN WEIL

On the morning of November 12, 2019, the Israel Air Force conducted a surgical airstrike against Bahaa Abu al-Ata, a senior terrorist in Gaza who belonged to Islamic Jihad. Based on Israeli intelligence, al-Ata was preparing an immediate terrorist attack on Israeli civilians and IDF troops. He was also responsible for hundreds of other terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians.

Islamic Jihad retaliated by launching over 450 rockets toward 110 communities in Israel, tethering Israelis to their bomb shelters at night and preventing more than one million kids from going to school. Israel responded to the jihadist aggression by targeting Islamic Jihad rocket launchers, missile factories, rocket storage-spaces and terrorists.

It took 48 hours of back-and-forth fire until Egypt mediated a ceasefire between Israel and Islamic Jihad. A number of Islamic Jihad violations of the ceasefire were recorded but at the moment of writing these words, things seem to be quiet, order is restored.

I found it interesting to see how Israel reacted to the rockets from Gaza this time, as opposed to how it acted in the past. In the past, Israel had held Hamas accountable for any terrorist activity originating from Gaza. Hence, when an attack occurred, Israel reserved the right to target not only the terrorist organization behind the attack, but also Hamas’s infrastructure as well. The thought was that Hamas would help restrain any aggression towards Israel so that it doesn’t get hurt by Israeli strikes.

This time around, however, Israel made sure to target only infrastructure and terrorists belonging to Islamic Jihad. The Israelis thought that by doing so, Hamas would have no reason to participate in this round of fighting, thereby preventing the situation from escalating. Israel’s strategy may have achieved its goals, but at the same time, it has created the unforeseen consequence of strengthening Hamas, which might very well hurt Israel in the long term.

Both Islamic Jihad and Hamas are heavily funded by the Iranians. The natural move for Hamas – whose very purpose is the ultimate destruction of Israel – would have been to join their comrades in fighting the Jewish state.

Instead, Hamas’s approach in this latest round of violence was uniquely interesting. They took a step back and decided not to decide. Hamas was criticized by many Palestinians for leaving their brothers to fight alone, but in the long run it might have granted Hamas more power and control in the Strip.

The decision by Hamas to not participate in this latest round against Israel has political implications too. It was clear to all that Islamic Jihad, without the help of Hamas, took a hard hit from the Israelis and needed to reach a ceasefire quickly so the IDF would not wipe them out. The smaller terrorist organizations operating in the Gaza Strip now understand that without Hamas, they are powerless and close to useless in their fight against Israel. Hamas is the final word and the authority in Gaza.

Unfortunately, the restraint of Hamas was a pivotal point in its maturing as an organization. Theoretically, Hamas could have been held accountable for their role in creating the climate for these attacks, in ways other than missile attacks against them. These might have included – with American and Egyptian help – financial pressure or applying pressure to change the culture of incitement and incentivization to commit acts of terrorism. The combination of not being held accountable and of having leveraged the luxury of sitting on the side has been an advantage for Hamas.  Regretfully, Hamas will undoubtedly be able to reap the fruit in the next round against Israel.

Iran On The Brink

Iran on the Brink

Uprisings in Iran have become routine occurrences, albeit without much success. Why? Because Iran is ruled by a totalitarian Islamic ideology like Nazism and communism. In Iran, there is no sovereignty of the people. Instead, there is a perception of the Ummah in Shia theology “rule of Mahdi”, guardianship over the people. In other words, Iran belongs to “Imam Zaman” (the Hidden Imam) and in his absence, a supreme leader is in charge. In this case, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Any revolt against the State is considered a direct attack against the upcoming “Lord of the Age.”

Hence, at the slightest signs of protests, the regime unleashes its wild dogs (soldiers of Mahdi) on a killing spree.  Iranians partook in many protests across the country amidst a failing economic situation, systematic government corruption, and widespread frustration over the lack of political and social freedoms. As always, the regime’s security apparatus reacted to these protests with mass arrests and severe due process abuses. Pundits and experts believe “Khamenei’s tough response could just invite more anger.”

On November 15, 2019, over 100 protesters were killed and over a 1000 arrested in just one day. The exact total of casualties since the protests began are unknown, but unofficial reports from inside Iran indicate that around 1000 people died and close to 10,000 were injured or arrested. Out of fear, the regime immediately cut off all communications, including the internet, to the outside world. They feared of the watchful eyes of the people around the world witnessing yet again the mullahs’ atrocities against the Iranian people, who are barely surviving in a country that spends 80% of its oil revenue on terrorism worldwide.

Without any question, the civilized world is aware that the Islamic Republic is immensely despised by its people. Yet they ignore this and continue doing business as usual. Political analysts and pundits know that neither the mullahs nor the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) are going away peacefully. They have no intention of handing over the country to the people anytime soon.

The regime is aware that it can neither go back nor forward. It is stuck between a rock and hard place. The only reason they are still in power is because there are greedy and money hungry politicians who will do anything for cheap oil and bribery. I remember the Ayatollah Khamenei’s words on his Friday sermons during the Green Revolution in 2009. He directly ordered his Bassij, plainclothes thugs and IRGC forces to shoot and kill indiscriminately anyone who challenged his Ummah (community of Shia Islam).

For the past forty-years, thousands of dissidents, students, intellectuals, and journalists have been systematically arrested, imprisoned and tortured for the sole crime of speaking up against the oppressive rule of the mullahs. Many are still languishing in prisons, some have died, and some have simply vanished with no trace. Not only has the regime terrorized its own people, they have also demonstrated a high priority for supporting global terrorism.

The legitimacy of the Islamic Republic is now under serious question. The protests that began two weeks ago in Iran are different from most previous protests. These protesters have covered more area, overwhelming small and midsize cities across the country. They also have reportedly drawn more than 16 million participants in over 100 cities, much more than did the 2009 Green Revolution protests in Tehran.

Terrorist Stabbings In London, Netherlands

Several Reported Wounded in Knife Attack on London Bridge; Video Shows Police Shoot Suspect After Struggle

by Kristinn Taylor

Several people are reported to have been wounded in a knife attack on London Bridge in England Friday. Video purportedly from the incident shows the moment police subdued and shot the suspect. The man pulled away from the knifeman appears to be one of several civilians who intervened to stop the attack. Updates at end. Pollice confirm a “number” of people stabbed.

The Metropolitan Police have issued a statement on the attack, saying, “Police were called at 1:58pm to a stabbing at premises near to London Bridge. Emergency services attended, including officers from the Met and
@CityPolice. A man has been detained by police. We believe a number of people have been injured. Further info to follow.”

UPDATE: London Islamist Stabber Was Previously Convicted for "Islamic Terrorism", Was a Guest Lecturer at Cambridge U on "Prisoner Rehabilitation"

by Jim Hoft

The Metropolitan Police said at a press briefing Friday that the knifeman on London Bridge shot dead by police was wearing a hoax suicide vest.

The incident is now being treated as a terror attack.
Outraged citizens jumped the knifeman, subduing and disarming him as police arrived on the scene. Police cleared the citizens before shooting the knifeman. Two shots can be heard in videos of the incident.

Now this…

The killer was a previously convicted Islamic terrorist who was a guest lecturer at Cambridge University on “prisoner rehabilitation.”

And the Islamic killer was wearing an electronic monitoring tag as part of his bail terms, the Times and Sky News reported independently, citing government sources.

RT reported:
The man behind the London Bridge stabbing rampage had spent time in jail for an “Islamist terrorism-related offence,” UK newspapers reported, as PM Boris Johnson has called for stricter jail terms for offenders.

Several wounded and one reported dead after a man, 45-50 years old wearing a grey jogging suit stabbed multiple people in The Hague’s main shopping strip.
As usual, police say the motive is still ‘unknown.’

The Associated Press reported:
Dutch police say three people were injured in a stabbing on The Hague’s main shopping street.
Police spokeswoman Marije Kuiper told The Associated Press on Friday that it was still too early to say whether there was a terror motive behind the attack in the Dutch city.
She added it was still unclear whether any of the injuries were life-threatening.
Police said they were looking for at least one suspect, a man about 45 to 50 years old in a grey jogging suit.

The Rush To A Cashless Society: Globalized Currency And Globalized Government Stepping Stones

Brandon Smith

A fundamental pillar of true free markets is the existence of choice; the availability of options from production to providers to purchase mechanisms without interference from governments or corporate monopolies. Choice means competition, and competition drives progress. Choice can also drive changes within society, for if people know a better or more secure way of doing things exists, why would anyone want to stay trapped within the confines of a limited system? At the very least, people should be allowed to choose economic mechanisms that work best for their particular situation.

This is NOT how our society functions today, and free market do not exist anywhere in modern nations including the US.

Whenever I hear someone (usually a socialist) blame free market “capitalism” for the oppressive ailments of the world, I have to laugh. The alliance between governments and corporate monopolies (what Mussolini called national socialism or fascism) makes free markets utterly impossible. What we have today is an amalgamation of socialist economic interference and corporatocracy. Our system is highly restrictive and micro-managed for everyone except the money elites, who do not have to follow the same rules the rest of us do.
Of course, I might be preaching to the choir when it comes to these issues. But, there are some underlying developments being pushed forward by globalists hell-bent on a one world monetary system and a one world government that even many liberty activists are not fully aware of.
In alternative economic circles, the US dollar is seen as the end-all-be-all of fiat currency dominance. Many activists see it as the key to the power of the global elites and they think the Federal Reserve is the top of the globalist pyramid. This is not exactly true.
The US dollar is itself just another tool of the banking cabal, and tools sometimes lose their usefulness over time. While it could be said that for the past several decades the dollar as the world reserve currency was the core of globalist influence, this is about to change and we can see the signs today. The rush towards a cashless society in the past few years is startling and unfortunately too many liberty activists have been suckered into thinking that it's is a good thing.

That said, there is a much bigger agenda at play here, and the dollar is only one fading part of it as it is being quietly replaced by a completely digital framework. We have to once again ask ourselves – Who really benefits from a sudden shift in the economic and monetary world? Who gains political and social power through a cashless society? Is it the public? Or, is it the same banking elites and globalists that have always held sway over our economic structure?

In it, I warned that the trendy marketing of cryptocurrencies to the general public by the mainstream media was extremely suspicious and contrary to the notion that the establishment was “terrified” of Bitcoin or blockchain tech putting them out of business. I also warned of the deep involvement of international banks like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan in the progress of blockchain infrastructure and more specifically Goldman Sachs and the IMF's love affair with digital monetary systems. Goldman Sachs even referred to the blockchain as “the new technology of trust...”

Clearly, the banking elites are not worried about this technology. In fact, they have been investing in it heavily. But why?  I have long held that current popular cryptocurrencies are nothing more than a beta test for a global digital currency system controlled by the elites.

This is not to say that many people are familiar with using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. In fact, only a tiny percentage of the population ever comes into contact with or trades crypto. What I am saying is, the terminology, the idea of cryptocurrencies, is now widespread.

Thanks to a vast amount of media attention, Bitcoin is a household brand even though most people have never owned a bitcoin (or a portion of a bitcoin). Whale investors have hyperinflated the price of Bitcoin and certain other coins to levels beyond all reason as demand by the investment world and average people for the mechanism is minimal at best. These price explosions, though brief, have spurred public curiosity. And, in the minds of many if something is considered valuable, no matter how ethereal or arbitrary the measure, there must be a reason...right? Therefore, in the minds of bitcoin cheerleaders high market prices prove by default that Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are necessary and desirable and anyone who is critical or skeptical is merely “upset” that they “missed out on the opportunity”.

I have always said when asked about my position on Bitcoin and crypto that if you want to try to make money on one of these coins and think you can play the market, then by all means, the more power to you. But, for those who thought that cryptocurrencies are a tool for activism and fighting the central banks, all I can say is you have been duped.

Over the course of a decade, the masses have been acclimated to the idea of a digital currency system. They are now being acclimated to the idea that physical currencies should be done away with and replaced with the “more efficient” blockchain tech - Death to the dollar, death to the Fed and death to the globalists say activists as they cheer for the new digital landscape! But this is not what is really happening. The death of the dollar and physical cash is only the primer for a new and even more invasive world order.

In the past two years the agenda for a cashless system and a one world currency has gone mainstream. The plans that liberty analysts were once called “conspiracy theorists” for talking about ten years ago are now out in the open. The latest barrage of propaganda was launched by the governor of the Bank Of England, Mark Carney, who openly warned of the end of the dollar's world reserve status, comparing it to the end of the Pound Sterling's reserve status after WWII. He also noted that the dollar could be replaced by a new digital currency system and that this would be advantageous the banking system.

This piggybacks on comments made by globalist and PIMCO CEO Mohamed El-Erian in 2017, who stated in an op-ed that the IMF's Special Drawing Rights basket system could be used to replace the dollar as world reserve and that this would help to “fight the rise of populism”.

Next, Facebook introduced the concept of the “Libra” digital currency, which Mark Carney also suggested central banks would be watching closely. Libra, in my view, is a test designed to lure wider public into using digital currency on a regular basis. As noted, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies gained exposure but not preference. Where they failed to infiltrate the daily trade of the average citizen, Libra could eventually succeed.

So far I think the reaction is not what the globalists hoped for. Instead, Facebook is taking it slowly by introducing a new internal payment system called "Facebook Pay" similar to Paypal. Libra, or something like it, will likely make a reappearance in the next couple of years on Facebook and on other platforms.

Next, former ECB chief Jean-Claude Trichet argued in favor of a digital version of the SDR basket system at the Caixin conference in Beijing, arguing that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies were not stable enough or “legitimate” enough to take on the role of central bank currencies. Many argue that this is proof that the globalists are afraid of cryptocurrencies. On the contrary, I see this as yet another example of the ongoing fake battle between bankers and crypto. They criticize certain aspects of the technology while at the same time investing in it and promoting it. Like the false left/right paradigm, there is a kind of false central bank/crypto paradigm as well.

Trichet's argument for an IMF dominated crytpocurrency was surely welcomed in Beijing, where the Chinese have long supported the proliferation of the SDR and have called for the SDR to replace the dollar. The Chinese are not the only one's. The Russian government has also called for the IMF to take over the global monetary system with the SDR basket.  Russia has all but decoupled from the dollar, dumping it's US treasury holding, stockpiling a large supply of gold and removing the dollar in bilateral trade agreements with other nations.

Last year Europe began establishing a new alternative to the US controlled SWIFT payment system. Germany in particular criticized the US system as a geopolitical weapon. Now, an association of major banks in Germany and in the EU is calling for a digital Euro based on the blockchain ledger.

The IMF has been openly publishing white papers that agree with the assessment that a global digital currency is needed, and with former IMF head Christine Lagarde now in charge at the ECB, it is likely that a Euro cryptocurrency system will soon make a public appearance.

In the meantime, multiple central banks are pursuing a cashless system and digital currencies of their own. China has announced a national digital currency system will be realized in the next 18 months. The Swiss central bank is exploring digital currency options, and Russia is considering launching a cryptocurrency as well.

The rhetoric coming from the mainstream media and the banking establishment is that physical methods of payment will soon disappear. This is being called the “democratization of money”, and the “multipolar world order”; I'm sorry to say that it's the exact opposite.

The claim is that the end of cash and specifically the end of the dollar will result in more choice in the monetary world. But the end of physical cash is actually a removal of choice and the result is MORE centralization. The banking elites are so excited about the digital currency model because it removes all privacy from trade. As I have outlined in past articles, cryptocurrency and blockchain tech have no anonymity whatsoever despite claims originally circulated by proponents and cypto-activists. It is also clear that central banks intend to introduce their own highly managed currencies and most other coins will be buried in the process.

The multipolar and multilateral world order memes are also a fraud. China, Russia, Europe and other nations are demanding an alternative to the dollar, but if that alternative ends up being a digitized version of the SDR basket under the IMF's control as these countries have suggested, then this means total global centralization, NOT decentralization.

Viral video of kids crying after rocket scare underlines frustrations in south

A video of young children whimpering in an Ashkelon bomb shelter during a rocket scare has gone viral, highlighting frustration among southern residents at the persistent waves of violence battering the region.
The video was taken Tuesday night after a rocket alert siren went off in the coastal city just before midnight. The army later said no rocket was launched at the area, but that assurance didn’t help Reut Shpilman’s children as they shook in fear in the shelter.
“It’s very frustrating, the gap between understanding what’s happening here in the south and the way life just goes on outside the siren areas,” Shpilman, a mother of four, told Channel 12 news on Wednesday.
“In 30 seconds [after a siren sounds], we have to get four kids to the bomb shelter, which is outside the house. We can’t go on like this.”
The video, viewed over 86,000 times in the 20 hours after she posted it at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, shows three of her children in the local bomb shelter.
Daughter Ori, 8, is seen visibly shaking and weeping as she tells her mother, “I don’t want to,” after being told they would return to the house.
Yonatan, 6, hands clasped in front of him, frowns and visibly shakes as he moves to stand next to his mother.
Noam, 3, clings to his mother’s leg.
“I don’t want…[inaudible]…there won’t be any more wars, enough,” says 8-year-old Ori, lips quivering.
Reut suggests, “Let’s go inside the house.”
But Ori refuses. “Mom, I don’t like it in the house. I want to stay here.”
“How long can we stay here?” Reut asks her daughter.
“I’m scared, I want to stay here,” Ori insists, continuing to shiver. “I want to stay here.”
She said she filmed her children fully 20 minutes after the siren had sounded, after realizing she wasn’t able to calm them down.
Israel carried out airstrikes in the Gaza Strip in response to earlier rocket fire on the nearby city of Sderot. There were no Israeli injuries, though a woman was lightly hurt while running to a shelter.
The brief flareup broke several days of calm following two days of intense fighting on November 12-13 between the IDF and Islamic Jihad-led fighters in Gaza which saw over 400 rockets fired at Israel.
Gazan health officials said 34 people in the Palestinian enclave were killed during the skirmish. The toll included over a dozen terrorists, but also eight members of a single family whose home was seemingly targeted by mistake.
During that conflict and others, a number of videos or pictures showing the plight of Israeli children cowering in bomb shelters or on sidewalks were widely shared.
The scuffle was the latest in a series of rounds of violence between Israel and Gaza over the last two years that have seen the region see-saw between intense fighting and temporary ceasefires.
Authorities have reported a sharp uptick in the number of residents of Gaza border communities suffering from symptoms of traumatic stress.
“These images repeat themselves with every siren. This is the reality we live with,” Shpilman told Channel 12.
“My kids aren’t depressive, they’re happy, functioning kids. But this follows them everywhere,” she said. “My daughter is afraid to get on the [school] bus, because the driver puts on the news and she hears about incendiary balloons or kassam rockets falling. She’s afraid to go back up to her room, she asks, ‘if the siren sounds, what will we do?'”
In a Facebook post that accompanied the video Wednesday morning, Shpilman lashed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other leaders for failing to ensure her family’s safety.

Gaza Rocket Fired Into Israel, IDF Strikes Hamas In Response

Gaza rocket explodes in open field in Israel; IDF strikes Hamas post in response

Rocket sirens wailed in Israeli communities near the Gaza Strip Friday night, with the army saying a rocket launched from the Palestinian territory exploded in an open field in Israeli territory. There were no reports of casualties or damage in the attack.
In response Israel Defense Forces aircraft struck a Hamas military post in the northern Gaza Strip, the army said.
Some time later sirens once again went off, this time in the Ashkelon area north of Gaza. The army said “non-rocket fire” had triggered the alarms, and that Iron Dome interceptors were fired in response but no interception was made.

The incidents came hours after a Palestinian teenager was reported killed by Israeli troops during a protest near the Gaza-Israel border.
The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry reported that 16-year-old Fahed al-Astal was shot in the stomach and that five others were wounded. No official demonstrations were held Friday. An Israel Defense Forces spokesman said some demonstrators had approached the border fence and attempted to sabotage it. Troops responded with less-lethal means as well as some live fire.
On Tuesday, terrorists fired two rockets at southern Israel as Palestinians marked a “day of rage” in response to a recent decision by the United States supporting Israeli settlements. One of the projectiles was shot down by the Iron Dome missile defense system. The second appeared to strike an open field in the Sha’ar Hanegev region of southern Israel.
For the third straight week, the territory’s Hamas rulers canceled the regular Friday protests for fear of instability. This was followed by two days of fighting between Israel and the smaller Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group earlier this month.

Also on Friday, an Islamic Jihad operative died of wounds he sustained during the last round of fighting.

Signs Of The Times

The 2019 American Music Awards: It Was Hell. Literally.

Before the 2019 AMAs even started, I knew exactly what would happen: The same seven artists would be paraded on and off the stage, the same mind-numbing agenda would be promoted shamelessly and the same pseudo-satanic symbolism would a central part of the performances. And, unfortunately, I was right.
But I was not expecting how right I would be.

The 2019 AMAs was a satanic extravaganza mixed with a whole lot of “woke” brainwashing. And, to top it off, there was a recurrent theme that was difficult to ignore: Hell. Like, literal hell. Indeed, several performances featured artists performing in actual hellfire. And, when there was no hellfire, we had to suffer through another kind of hell: Virtue signaling. Heavy-handed and contrived virtue signaling.
If you did not watch the AMAs, you did good because you did not miss anything. Except for a boatload of agenda-pushing. Here are the lowlights of this three hours of hell.
The 2019 AMAs began with a horrendous performance by Selena Gomez who sang off-pitch for a good couple of minutes. Then, she started dancing and, compared to her backup dancers, she was off-beat and sluggish. In short, she seemed completely out of it. The following day, some media sources claimed that Selena had a “panic attack” right before the performance.
A Buzzfeed headline about Gomez having a “panic attack”.
The performance was reminiscent of Britney Spears’ terrible performance at the 2007 VMAs where she appeared as sluggish and “out of it” as Selena Gomez.

There are lots of similarities between the two: Both are ex-Disney child stars who became high-level industry slaves. Both had “mental issues” that are probably symptomatic of a deeper issue (Monarch mind control). Both have been used for years to push the Beta Kitten agenda (see Selena’s disturbing video Fetish).
In short, the first performance of the VMAs was difficult to watch. It was a fitting introduction to a hellish night.

Every time I think about Kesha, I get a little sad. Luckily it doesn’t happen too often. But, when I do, I get reminded of how she fought to free herself from the super-producer and MK handler Dr. Luke … to then end up more of a slave than she ever was. As stated in the article Kesha’s “Praying” is a Sad Reminder That She is Still Owned by the Industry, the first video she made right after the Dr. Luke debacle was a clear confirmation that she was still owned and controlled.
At the AMAs, Kesha performed a song appropriately titled Raising Hell. The performance began with Kesha saying “Welcome to OUR Sunday service”, which appears to be a dig a Kanye West’s recent Sunday services. However, Kesha’s service is not about Jesus. As the title of the song suggests, it is about the opposite.

At the beginning of the performance, Kesha stands in a church that is melting to rainbow colors – a symbolic image alluding to the “dissolving” of Christianity to create a new “woke” religion.
Around Kesha is a cast of carefully selected dancers, ranging from “gender-neutral” people to men dressed in pink robes. Then, Kesha sings lyrics that are rather blasphemous.

Then, Big Freedia – a rapper who performs in drag – comes out and drops some rhymes.

At the end of the performance, the background because fiery-red and the dancers drop dead.
In short, this performance was a thinly-veiled satanic black mass (which is based on the desecration of Christian mass).
Then, the AMAs kept the darkness going with another industry pawn. A brand new pawn that is loved by children and tweens.

After Kesha’s song Raising Hell, the viewers are treated to Billie Eilish’s All the good girls go to hell. Do you see a theme going on here? In my article The Dark Meaning of “all the good girls go to hell” by Billie Eilish, I explained how the music video of this song was about Billie being possessed by Lucifer himself and rooting for the destruction of humanity.
Although the words mumbled by Billie during the performance were barely intelligible, she says some dark stuff.

All the good girls go to Hell
‘Cause even God herself has enemies
And once the water starts to rise
And Heaven’s out of sight
She’ll want the Devil on her team
Despite its obvious satanic undertone, the song is marketed as being about global warming.

In short, Billie’s performance was about a new industry star singing about being possessed by Lucifer as the world burned. And that was not even the most symbolic performance of the night.
