Putin: 'We Call On The Kiev Regime To Immediately Cease Fire - Cease All Hostilities'

Russia Vetoes UNSC Draft Resolution Rejecting Referendum Results in Former Ukraine Regions
Sputnik News

"The draft resolution has not been adopted owing to the negative vote of a permanent member of the Council," French Ambassador to the UN De Riviere said at a UN Security Council meeting.

France holds the presidency of the Council for September.
Ahead of the vote, US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield noted that in the event of the resolution being vetoed, the matter would be taken to the 193-member General Assembly.
Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia earlier remarked that the US-Albanian draft resolution demonstrates the West's refusal to engage and cooperate within the Council. He called the draft a "low-grade provocation with a goal that is clear to all."
The Friday vote came hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin held a speech before lawmakers in Moscow on the accession of the Lugansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
"I would like everyone, including the authorities in Kiev and their real masters in the West, to hear me and remember that the people of [the four territories] are becoming our citizens. Forever," Putin said. "We call on the Kiev regime to immediately cease fire, cease all hostilities - the war it unleashed in 2014 and return to the negotiating table. We are ready for this," Putin said.

The Russian president also took the opportunity to call on Ukraine to respect the choices made by voters in favor of joining the Russian Federation, adding that Moscow would use all means to protect the newly independent territories.
The Kherson, Zaporozhye and the Donbass republics will officially become part of Russia once lawmakers finalize legislation on their incorporation, and is signed by Putin.

U.S. Announces Dramatic Escalation: Supports Ukraine Efforts To 'Regain Territories'

US Will Support Kiev's Efforts to 'Regain Territories', Strengthen Ukraine's Hand Militarily: Biden
Sputnik News

The president's comments came just hours after the leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics and the heads of the pro-Russian administrations in the regions of Kherson and Zaporozhye signed agreements to join Russia.
The United States "condemns Russia's fraudulent attempt today to annex sovereign Ukrainian territory," and will "continue to support" Kiev's efforts to regain it "by strengthening its hand militarily and diplomatically," President Joe Biden has announced.

"In response to Russia's phony claims of annexation, the United States, together with our Allies and partners, are announcing new sanctions today. These sanctions will impose costs on individuals and entities - inside and outside of Russia - that provide political or economic support to illegal attempts to change the status of Ukrainian territory," Biden said Friday in a White House press release.

US military support will include the $1.1 billion in "additional security assistance" announced earlier in the week, Biden said.

"And I look forward to signing legislation from Congress that will provide an additional $12 billion to support Ukraine. I urge all members of the international community to reject Russia's illegal attempts at annexation and to stand with the people of Ukraine for as long as it takes," he said.

Biden's remarks came on the heels of a ceremony in Moscow on Friday attended by President Vladimir Putin, Russian legislators, the leaders of the Donbass republics and pro-Russian administrations in the regions of Kherson and Zaporozhye, where agreements on these territories' accession into the Russian Federation were signed. The latter must now be ratified by the Russian Duma and the Federation Council.

The ceremony followed referendums in each of the four territories where residents were asked whether they would like their republic or region to join Russia. An overwhelming majority of residents voted in favor, with support ranging from 87-99 percent, and turnout from 77-97.5 percent.

An Act Of War Against The EU?

U.S. Act of War against the European Union: Did President Biden Order the Terror Attack against Nord Stream?

James Corbett and Prof Michel Chossudovsky

Sabotage is the most likely cause of leaks in two Baltic Sea gas pipelines between Russia and Europe, European leaders have said, after seismologists reported explosions around the Nord Stream pipelines.”

According to European Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen “the leaks” into the Baltic sea were due to “sabotage”:

Any deliberate disruption of active European energy infrastructure is unacceptable and will lead to the strongest possible response,” she warned, and urged and investigation to get full clarity on the “events and why”.

Danish prime minister Mette Frederiksen described them as “deliberate acts”, adding: “We are not talking about an accident.”

Von Der Leyen did not elaborate as to who might have been behind these “deliberate acts” of sabotage.

Bombshell

In a televised news February 7, 2022 interview the President of the United States acknowledged that the United States would act against Nord Stream if required. This statement was made 3 weeks prior to the Russian invasion:

President Joe Biden: “If Russia invades that means tanks and troops crossing the border of Ukraine again, then there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2.”

Reporter: “But how will you exactly do that, since the project is in Germany’s control?”

Biden:“We will, I promise you, we will be able to do that.”  (emphasis added)

Joe Biden: “There will be no longer a Nord Stream 2”

The evidence suggests that this terrorist attack had been contemplated by the Biden Adminstration prior to the Russian invasion. Was it carried out by the CIA?. “We will be able to do that” said Joe Biden.

U.S. Act of War against the European Union

Nord Stream which originates in Russia passes through the territorial waters of four EU member states including Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Permission was provided and approved by the parliaments of those countries prior to construction.

Moreover, the Nord Stream pipelines also required the approval of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, which were part of the consultative process prior to construction.

Bombshell: From a legal standpoint this was not a terrorist attack against Russia, it was a U.S. Act of War against the European Union.

Is the US on a War Footing?

Michael Snyder summarizes the demolition of the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines well, with links to support what we do know so far.  Did the US do it?  Purposeful destruction of another country’s property and logistics, conducted in international waters 300 feet below the surface of the ocean is certainly an act of war.  It is also in the sweet spot of false flag operations, needed when the real reason Washington wants a particular war is not domestically compelling or popular.  Of course, many nations have admitted false flag events.

Tom Luongo writes that much of the US and British reaction to the Russian-Ukrainian war – a war the US has been part of since long before 2014 – may be about ensuring most of Europe bends the knee to Washington, rather than becoming more economically integrated with the modernizing and resource rich East.

It’s been months since stumbling Joe made clear on the presidential podium that the US would end Nord Stream 2.  Joe’s handlers boldly insist that Germany and much of Europe buy overpriced, inefficiently shipped US product, or else face the US military destruction of a competing, lower cost, and efficient competitor.  Maybe the boldness was based on something the CIA/Pentagon told Joe long ago.  Badmouthing Nord Stream 2 has been common among the newer NATO members for several years. Victoria Nuland back in March of this year called Nord Stream 2 “a pile of metal on the seabed.” Who knew she was so prescient?

U.S.: Will Not Recognize Russia Claims On Ukraine

Biden says US will never recognize Russia claims on Ukraine

President Joe Biden pledged on Thursday the United States will never recognize Russia's claims on Ukraine's sovereign territory as Moscow prepared to annex some occupied areas of Ukraine.

Speaking to Pacific island leaders, Biden denounced referendums that pro-Russian forces conducted in areas of Ukraine as an "absolute sham," saying, "The results were manufactured in Moscow."

'Huge Escalation': Ukraine Applies For Fast-Track NATO Membership

 TYLER DURDEN

Ukraine's government has responded to Russia's formal annexation of the four eastern and southern regions of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia on Friday by saying it has applied to become a member of the NATO military alliance.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced his country is submitting an "accelerated" application to formally join NATO. This could mark a huge escalation and turning point in the war, largely dependent on NATO leadership's response, given the question of NATO expansion right up to Russia's border remains a central motive in the Kremlin launching and continuing the invasion.

Of course, looming large over Brussels is the fact that based on Article 5, any acceptance of Ukraine into NATO would automatically trigger a Russia-West world war, and follows increasing nuclear rhetoric out of Moscow.

According to Ukrainian regional media, "NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will hold a briefing on Sept. 30 at 7 p.m. [12pm eastern US time] The topic hasn't been announced."

Ukraine applies for fast-track NATO membership

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine has applied for NATO membership in a video address on Friday.

The country, according to him, can count on fast-track accession to NATO.

"De facto, we have already become a NATO ally. We trust each other, we help each other, and we protect each other. This is the Alliance," Zelensky said.

"Today, Ukraine submits an application to make this de jure. (Our application) would be a formal solidifying of the real state of things we've already achieved."

Putin: 'We Won't Negotiate Status Of Annexed Territories' - 'Immediately Stop Hostilities'

Putin Declares 4 Annexed Regions "Ours Forever", Blames US For Nord Stream Attacks
TYLER DURDEN

Update(10:23ET): With the ink drying on the official annexation declarations newly signed by the heads of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions in Friday's historic ceremony - the key takeaway from President Putin's lengthy speech is that he declared a "mission accomplished" of sorts. He said these eastern and southern provinces are now part of Russia "forever"

He even touted that the referendums were accomplished in line with the UN charter on self-determination for all peoples, and vowed "They have made their choice... this is the only path to peace. We will protect our land using all our forces and we will protect their security. We will of course rebuild all destroyed towns and continue building hospitals, theaters, and schools."

Putin bluntly informed the large audience of top officials at Saint George's Hall at the Grand Kremlin Palace of Moscow that there are now "four new regions of Russia" - a fait accompli that the Ukrainian government and its Western backers are rejecting, also on fresh reports that pro-Kremlin forces have suffered more setbacks in Donetsk in particular. Earlier in the week Moscow acknowledged that its "special operation" will continue until at least all of Donetsk is captured. At this point, none of the entirety of each of the four regions are yet under total Russian military control, the overwhelming "yes" votes among citizens in favor of joining the Russian Federation notwithstanding.

This means Kiev is of course unlikely to accept Putin's essential assertion of we've taken the four territories, now let the negotiations begin [our paraphrase]. "We call on the Kyiv regime to immediately stop hostilities and sit at the negotiating table," Putin said.

Certainly Washington and London will seek to ensure Kiev isn't enticed by this - also as the weapons shipments continue to ramp up, with longer range missile systems in the pipeline to boot. As for the newly annexed territories, Putin made clear in his speech that we "won't negotiate the status of the annexed territories" and further that he "won't discuss" the now finalized results of the referendums. This follows Crimea having long been taken off the table since its own popular referendum and annexation in 2014.

And with all eyes on the devastating sabotage against the Nord Stream pipelines, he pointed the finger squarely at Washington: "They are destroying European energy infrastructure... it's clear who benefits." According to his statements:

Putin blamed the United States for this week’s unexplained explosions at the Nord Stream pipelines that have left the damaged pipelines leaking huge amounts of natural gas into the Baltic Sea.

"It’s obvious to everyone who did it," he said.

On the issue of dwindling energy supplies and soaring costs headed into what's sure to be a rough, frigid winter for European populations, he slammed Western elites for a problem of their own making...

"They print money, but you cannot warm your homes with this printed money... They have to convince their citizens to shower less, eat less, and put on warm clothes."

"The Western elites.. it's a crisis due to their own fault." He described that the goal of the "hybrid war" in Ukraine has a "Goal to break Russia at any costs."

Despite Russia's Warnings, Pentagon To Set Up New Military Command In Germany To Arm Ukraine

Pentagon to Set Up New Military Command in Germany to Arm Ukraine, Report Says
Sputnik News

The US pledged an additional $1.1 billion in aid to Ukraine on September 28, with the latest package provided under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, which funds contracts to purchase weapons and equipment. The vast amount of weapons from the West has prompted Moscow to classify the Ukraine crisis as a proxy conflict with NATO.

The Pentagon is gearing up to overhaul the military training and assistance system it set up jointly with its allies for Ukraine, The New York Times reported.
The operation would be placed under a single new command based in Germany, several military and administration officials were cited as saying. A high-ranking US general would be leading the entire set-up, according to the proposals which were ostensibly recently unveiled to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin by Gen. Christopher G. Cavoli, commander of United States European Command.

The outlined changes are currently being reviewed by Austin and his top aides, according to officials cited by the outlet, with a final decision to be expected in the coming weeks. The White House and the Pentagon were reportedly inclined to accept the new approach.
Over the past few months, Lt. Gen. Christopher T. Donahue, who led the US evacuation from Afghanistan in August 2021, coordinated a greater part of the military assistance to Ukraine together with his staff from his forward headquarters in Wiesbaden.

As it is, much of the training of Ukrainian soldiers on US weapons systems is currently taking place in Germany. Wiesbaden would be the focus of the newly-revamped US-led training and assistance, overseeing formal instruction at training ranges in Germany as well as technical support centers set up in neighboring countries, such as Poland.

B Gates Influence Over Pandemic Response: 'Beyond Crazy'

Health Officials Admit Bill Gates Runs the Global CV Response

In a report published in Politico, US and European officials and global health specialists admitted that Bill Gates is running the global COVID response.

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • September 14, 2022, Politico published a special report based on four dozen interviews with U.S. and European officials and global health specialists, who admit Bill Gates is running the global COVID response

  • Four health organizations — The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and the Wellcome Trust — rapidly took a lead on the global pandemic response, and while all four claim to be independent organizations, they’re all actually founded and/or funded by Gates

  • During the earliest days of the outbreak, the Gates Foundation, GAVI, CEPI and the Wellcome Trust began a coordinated effort to identify vaccine makers, fund tests, drug treatments and mRNA shots, and develop a global distribution plan in collaboration with the World Health Organization. In the end, they failed to meet their own goals on all fronts

  • Gates is unqualified to make health recommendations, and he’s never been elected to represent the public

  • Gates has used his wealth, influence and sheer shrewdness to get him into a position where he can dictate global health policy for his own financial benefit

The idea that Bill Gates exerts undue influence over global health has consistently been denied and dismissed as a loony conspiracy theory. But as with so many other things, this conspiracy theory is now turning out to be a conspiracy fact.

September 14, 2022, Politico published an extensive special report based on “four dozen interviews with U.S. and European officials and global health specialists,” headlined, “How Bill Gates and His Partners Took Over the Global COVID Response.”1

As noted by Igor Chudov on Substack,2 within hours the headline was edited to read: “How Four Private Groups Used Their Clout to Control the Global COVID Response — With Little Oversight,”3 as illustrated in Chudov’s screen captures below.

Curiously, five hours after that edit, Politico changed the headline back, so at the time of this writing, it reads:4 “How Bill Gates and Partners Used Their Clout to Control the Global Covid Response — With Little Oversight.” The only word now missing from the original headline is “his.” You can see how the headline shifted back and forth over the course of 15 hours on archive.today.5

Four Gates Organizations Monopolize the Global COVID Response

According to Politico,6 four health organizations — the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and the Wellcome Trust — rapidly took a lead on the global pandemic response, and while all four claim to be independent organizations, they’re all actually founded and/or funded by Gates.

“When Covid-19 struck, the governments of the world weren’t prepared,” Politico writes. “While the most powerful nations looked inward, four non-governmental global health organizations began making plans for a life-or-death struggle against a virus that would know no boundaries.

What followed was a steady, almost inexorable shift in power from the overwhelmed governments to a group of non-governmental organizations, according to a seven-month investigation by POLITICO journalists based in the U.S. and Europe and the German newspaper WELT....the four organizations took on roles often played by governments — but without the accountability of governments.”

During the earliest days of the outbreak, while governments were still debating the seriousness of it, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI, CEPI and the Wellcome Trust began a coordinated effort to identify vaccine makers, fund tests, drug treatments and mRNA shots, and develop a global distribution plan in collaboration with the World Health Organization. In a side bar, Politico highlights six key takeaways from their investigation:7

The organizations’ leaders had unprecedented access to the highest levels of governments, spending at least $8.3 million to lobby lawmakers and officials in the U.S. and Europe.

Officials from the U.S., EU and representatives from the WHO rotated through these four organizations as employees, helping them solidify their political and financial connections in Washington and Brussels.

Lawrence Gostin, a Georgetown University professor who specializes in public-health law told Politico:

“I think we should be deeply concerned. Putting it in a very crass way, money buys influence. And this is the worst kind of influence. Not just because it’s money — although that’s important, because money shouldn’t dictate policy — but also, because it’s preferential access, behind closed doors.

Many have pointed out that Gates, through his billions in donations to the WHO, has significant leverage over the WHO’s decisions. In September 2021, Astrid Stuckelberger, Ph.D., a WHO insider, blew the whistle on Gates, explaining how the WHO is, in fact, controlled by Gates, who in turn dictates policy for his own personal financial benefit.

Of the four organizations Politico focuses on, GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, may be the most important. GAVI, founded by Gates, is headquartered in Switzerland. In 2009, GAVI was recognized as an international institution and granted total blanket immunity, including qualified diplomatic immunity, which is extremely odd considering the organization has no political power that would warrant diplomatic immunity.9

GAVI can basically do whatever it wants without any repercussions. Police can’t even investigate or collect evidence from GAVI were they to be implicated in a criminal investigation. That’s how well-protected they are. And, according to Stuckelberger, GAVI is the entity that is really directing the WHO.

Stuckelberger pointed out that Gates and the WHO entered into a three-way contract agreement with Swissmedic, the Food and Drug Administration of Switzerland, which is highly unusual. So, essentially, when Gates did not get voted in as a one-man nation state, he created three-party contracts with member states and the WHO, essentially placing him on par with the WHO!

One curiosity that supports the idea that Gates is either the real power behind the WHO, or has the same amount of power as the WHO, is the fact that Gates has repeatedly been the first to announce what the world needs to do to address the pandemic, and then the WHO would come out with an identical message that member states then had to follow.

But who the heck is Gates to direct global health and pandemic responses? He’s a nobody. He has no medical training. He’s completely unqualified to speak to any health issues whatsoever. He didn’t even graduate college. And he’s never been elected to represent the people in any capacity.

Basically, what we have here is one wealthy individual who figured out a way to unofficially monopolize the decision-making ability of a global health authority in order to enrich himself, which is beyond crazy.

Putin Signs Treaties On Accession Of Donbass, Zaporozhye And Kherson

Putin signs treaties on accession of Donbass, Zaporozhye, and Kherson to Russia
RT

President Vladimir Putin has signed the treaties on the inclusion of the two Donbass republics, as well as Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions, which declared independence from Ukraine, into the Russian Federation. Friday’s ceremony marks the start of the formal process of their accession to Russia.

The heads of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik, as well as the leaders of Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions, Vladimir Saldo and Evgeny Balitsky, signed the accession treaties together with Putin at Friday's ceremony.

The move follows official requests by the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as the two southern Ukrainian regions, which declared independence, to join Russia. All four territories held referendums on the issue between September 23 and 27, which saw overwhelming support for the move, according to the results announced earlier this week by the local election committees.

In Donetsk, 99.23% of the people voted to reunite with Russia, with Lugansk showing a slightly lower figure of 98.42%. Zaporozhye Region highly supported the idea of splitting from Ukraine and joining Russia, with around 93% of voters backing it. Some 87% voted in favor in Kherson Region as well.

The treaties will now be submitted to Russia’s Constitutional Court, which will assess them to ensure they do not violate Russian law. Once they are cleared, the agreements will have to be ratified first by the State Duma – the lower house of the Russian parliament – and then by the Federal Council, its upper house.

The lawmakers will also need to pass legislation on incorporating the two republics and two regions into Russia. The Donbass republics, as well as Kherson and Zaporozhye, will become part of Russia no sooner than the law is signed by Putin.

On Thursday, State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that the lower house of Russian parliament would convene on October 3 to discuss a number of issues, including the treaties’ potential ratification. The Federal Council could also discuss the ratification at its regular session on October 4, the upper chamber’s head, Valentina Matviyenko, confirmed on Wednesday. “I do not see the need for extraordinary sessions,” she told journalists at the time

Putin: 'People Have Made Their Choice' - 'We Call On The Kiev Regime To immediately Cease Fire'

Sputnik News

Vladimir Putin has expressed support for the incorporation of the Donbass and the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia.
"Dear residents of Russia, residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, the people of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions...you know that referendums have taken place. The results have been calculated. The results are known. People have made their choice, an unequivocal choice," Putin said, speaking at a ceremony in the Kremlin on Friday.
Putin expressed confidence that lawmakers gathered in the hall would speedily support formal laws on the new territories' formal accession into Russia.

"I am sure that the Federal Assembly will support the constitutional laws on the admission and formation in Russia of four new regions, of four new subjects of the Russian Federation, because this is the will of millions of people," Putin said. "This is of course their right, their inalienable right, enshrined in Article 1 of the United Nations Charter, where the principle of equality and self-determination of peoples is stated directly," he added.

This right is also based on the historical unity of generations of residents of the four regions with Russia, from the period of Ancient Rus to Catherine the Great, to the Second World War, Putin said.

Message to Kiev and Its Western Sponsors

The president recalled that the people of the Donbass have faced eight years of "genocide, shelling and blockade," while in Kherson and Zaporozhye, authorities attempted to foment hatred toward Russia and to everything Russia. While referendums were being held, he said, Kiev threatened to target women schoolteachers working in election commissions, and repressions against millions of people who took part in the plebiscites.

The president called on Ukraine's authorities to respect the choice made by the Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye, and warned that Russia would protect its territories using all available means.
Putin promised that the cities and settlements, housing stock, schools, hospitals, theatres and museums damaged in the fighting would be restored, as would industry and infrastructure.
The West continues to seek out new opportunities to strike at, weaken and dismember Russia and to give rise to tensions between its people, something "they always dreamed about," he added. The West is ready to go to any length "to preserve the neocolonial system which allows it to live parasitically - and factually to pillage the world thanks to the power of the dollar and the technological dictate. To collect tribute from humanity," Putin said.

"It is precisely this greed, this effort to preserve its unrestricted power, which serves as the real reason for the hybrid war being waged against Russia by the collective West, Putin said. "They do not need Russia in principle."
The US and its allies are counting on their continued impunity, according to Putin.

Russia: West Was Mastermind Of Nord Stream Attacks

Russia says West was mastermind of Nord Stream attacks
RT

The director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Sergey Naryshkin says there is evidence, which indicates that “the West” may have been behind the disabling of the Nord Stream undersea pipelines.

“We already have certain materials, which point to a Western trace in organizing and executing this terrorist attack,” Naryshkin told journalists on Friday. He made the remark after explaining that Western nations were trying to cover up the incident to protect the perpetrators and masterminds.

“A number of Western nations launched a search for the ‘authors’ of this terrorist act pretty much the day after it happened,” he explained. “I believe the West is doing everything to hide the true executors and organizers” of the incident.

Leaks in the underwater gas route between Russia and Germany were detected this week after a rapid drop of pressure on Monday. Seismologists in Sweden detected explosions in the area, where natural gas flowing out of the pipes was later discovered by air patrols. Western and Russian officials believe the ruptures to have been caused by sabotage.

Nikolay Patrushev, the secretary of the Russian national security council, stated on Friday that the US was the primary beneficiary of the disruption. He pointed to a CIA-backed attack on Nicaragua’s oil infrastructure in the 1980s as a historic example of American sabotage operations.

There has been speculation in the Western media that Moscow may have attacked the pipelines to put pressure on the EU, as it faces high energy prices before winter.

Polish MEP and former Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski implied that the US was behind the incident by thanking it on Twitter. He celebrated the incident, saying that Russia would have to use an overland pipeline going through Poland, if it wants to deliver on its gas contracts with customers in Western Europe. The official, who has connections with Washington’s elite, later deleted the post, saying that he was sharing a personal theory about the Nord Stream breaches.

PUTIN SPEAKING LIVE FEED

Putin outlines goals of ‘geopolitical adversaries’
RT

Russia’s adversaries in the West are willing to create crises and unleash violence anywhere in the post-Soviet world, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed on Thursday.

Addressing a meeting with the heads of intelligence for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Putin said Russia’s “geopolitical adversaries” are prepared to turn any country “into a ground zero of a crisis,” and to unleash “bloody massacres.”

We also know that the West is devising scenarios for inciting new conflicts in the CIS. But we already have enough of them,” Putin said by videolink.

He pointed to the current military confrontation between Russia and Ukraine, as well as “what is happening on the borders of other CIS countries,” an apparent reference to recent border clashes between Armenia and neighboring Azerbaijan, as well as between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

All such conflicts have resulted from the collapse of the Soviet Union, Putin said, noting that this was “understandable.”

But the risks of destabilisation are growing again, including the risks of destabilisation in the entire Asia-Pacific region,” he added, claiming that “the notorious collective West” was unable to accept the inevitable collapse of the “old unipolar hegemony.”

“We are seeing the difficult process of the forming of a more just world order,” the Russian president said.

Putin has long spoken about the end of the so-called “unipolar” world dominated by the United States and its allies. In his infamous speech at the 2007 Munich Security Conference, he slammed Western leaders for deliberately eroding trust and said that a unipolar system was “not only unacceptable but also impossible” in the world today.

Earlier this month, during a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, Putin said Western attempts to preserve the existing world order “have taken an absolutely ugly form lately.”

Following Moscow’s offensive in Ukraine, however, the West declared its intention to “isolate” Russia and imposed unprecedented sanctions on it. Russia views these actions as another manifestation of Western attempts to “contain” it and maintain the existing world order.

Hurricane Ian Takes Out Major Fertilizer Producer For North America

Hurricane Ian takes out FERTILIZER production for North America, power grid DOWN, widespread supply chain damage

The devastation of Hurricane Ian has implications far beyond Florida itself. One of the largest fertilizer companies in the world, Mosaic, is located right in the devastation path of Ian, which lingered for over 12 hours in Central Florida, dropping actual feet of rain in some areas, causing widespread flooding and infrastructure damage. That, combined with the sustained hurricane-force winds, ripped some communities to shreds and left almost no structure standing in certain areas.

The Mosaic company in Central Florida provides 50% of the granulated phosphate fertilizer used by North American farmers, according to its online data sheet (PDF). The company also provides 12% of the global supply for granulated phosphate fertilizer. This means Hurricane Ian just made the global fertilizer shortage far worse than what it was already, even after the fertilizer shortages caused by natural gas shutdowns in Europe (and the recent sabotage explosion of the Nord Stream pipelines).

The upshot of all this? Expect even more food scarcity and price inflation in 2023 and beyond, with high prices and crop scarcity to persist for many years to come.

We hope that Mosaic — which employs 3,000 full-time workers and 3,000 additional contractors — can get back on its feet as soon as possible and resume deliveries of phosphate fertilizer.

'Globalists Are Marching Us Towards Nuclear Armageddon'

“Globalists Are Marching Us Relentlessly Toward This Nuclear Armageddon” – EXCLUSIVE with Retired Colonel and Former Virginia State Senator Richard Black

Retired Virginia State Senator and former Marine Helicopter Pilot, career JAG Officer and Chief of the Army Criminal Law Division, Col. Richard Black, (USA Ret.) drafted a warning on the horror of nuclear war and shared it with the US Congress.  He discussed it today at TGP.

On Tuesday, retired Col. Richard Black drafted an open letter to members of US Congress on the horrors of nuclear Armageddon being pushed by the globalists in response to Russian actions in Ukraine.

Below is his message and warning regarding the ease with which globalists are recommending the use of nuclear weapons against Russia.

Today Col. Black is concerned with the ease that individuals are throwing around the ‘nuclear’ word like no big deal.  Black shared that Russia has thousands of nuclear warheads.  He says you can’t just do a strike on Russian warheads and not expect a response and a nuclear war with catastrophic results.

Col. Black discussed the US’s intervention into Ukraine under Obama with Victoria Nuland’s involvement in the coup to replace the government there.

Col. Black discussed the rationale for Russia’s response in Ukraine, remembering the US’s reaction to the Cuban missile crisis.  Col. Black mentioned being a kid and seeing the largest deployment of military equipment he’s ever seen heading towards Miami during the crisis.  America didn’t want nuclear warheads 90 miles off the Florida coast and Russia didn’t want nuclear warheads in Ukraine.

This was a moving and amazing interview with an American hero.

Below is Retired Col. and former State Senator Richard Black’s interview with TGP regarding the horror of nuclear war.
