Morning Update: On The Brink Of Financial Collapse?

Is There Going To Be A Stock Market Crash In The Fall?

Is the stock market going to crash by the end of this year? Are we on the verge of major financial chaos on a global scale?

But this year conditions certainly seem to be right for a "perfect storm" to develop. Technical indicators are screaming that a stock market decline is imminent and sources in the financial industry all over the world are warning that a massive crisis is on the way.

We are living in the greatest debt bubble in the history of the world, and at some point that bubble is going to burst in a very messy way.

It is vital that people understand that our system is not even close to sustainable.

Knowing exactly when it will collapse is not nearly as important as understanding that a collapse is absolutely inevitable.

We aren't seeing a failure of capitalism.

What we are witnessing is the failure of debt-based central banking.

And if you think that the global elite are not aware of what is happening then you have not been paying attention.

This summer the global elite have been preparing very hard. Either they are getting very paranoid or they know things that we do not.

If you want to catch up on what the global elite have been up to recently, check out these three articles that I have published previously....

-"Are The Government And The Big Banks Quietly Preparing For An Imminent Financial Collapse?"

-"Startling Evidence That Central Banks And Wall Street Insiders Are Rapidly Preparing For Something BIG"

In a riveting interview on CNBC, legendary investor Jim Rogers warned Americans to prepare for "Financial Armageddon," saying he fully expects the economy to implode after the U.S. election.

Rogers, who for years has been an outspoken critic of the Feds policies of "Quantitative Easing," says the world is "drowning in too much debt." He put the blame squarely on U.S. and European governments for abusing their "license to print money." In the U.S. alone, the national debt has surged to nearly $16 trillion, that's more than $50,000 for every American man, woman and child.

Rogers also charged Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel with promoting dangerous policies that create the illusion the economy is stable... but are really only intended to buy time before their upcoming elections.

"Mrs. Merkle has an election next year," Rogers said. "Mr. Obama has an election in November. The Americans and the Germans - they want to do everything they can to hold the world up until after the next election."

In a newly released documentary that went viral last month, a team of influential economic experts say they have discovered a "frightening pattern" they believe points to a massive economic catastrophe unlike anything ever seen in the history of the world.

"What this pattern represents is a dangerous countdown clock that's quickly approaching zero," said Keith Fitz-Gerald, the Chief Investment Strategist for the Money Map Press, who predicted the 2008 oil shock, the credit default swap crisis that helped bring about the recession, and the Greek and European fiscal catastrophe that is still wreaking havoc until this day.

"We found an identical pattern in our debt, total credit market, and money supply that guarantees they're going to fail," Martenson said. "This pattern is nearly the same as in any pyramid scheme, one that escalates exponentially fast before it collapses. Governments around the globe are chiefly responsible."

A joint U.S.-Russia military training exercise earlier this year is raising concerns on Capitol Hill that U.S. military cooperation will increase the threat posed by Moscow’s military to friends and allies in Europe.

The Senate aide said that holding the counterterrorism exercises and describing them as enablers of interoperability with Russia is undermining U.S. efforts to support European allies and states such as the Republic of Georgia, which was invaded by Russian military forces in 2008 during a dispute over Russian claims to the Georgian region of South Ossetia.

The U.S. government, while seeking closer ties with Moscow, is “insulting” Georgia by holding the joint exercises, since the Obama administration remains unwilling to sell the Georgians needed defense equipment and arms and has held very little training joint training with its military, the aide said.

Additionally, the Georgians are “under constant threat from a large-scale Russian military mobilization set for Georgia’s Oct. 1 parliamentary elections,” the aide added.

Several NATO allies have questioned the U.S. government about the joint military exercises, U.S. officials said.

The senior aide criticized the exercises as “more of the reset foolishness and weakness,” a reference to the Obama administration’s conciliatory policies toward Russia.

Pentagon spokesmen did not respond to multiple requests for an explanation of the exercise with the Russians.

Fort Carson military spokesman Lt. Col. Steve Osterholzer in an interview declined to comment on why the exercises were being held, calling it a “political question.”

A new report to be circulated to IAEA member states later this week is expected to say that Iran installed 350 new centrifuges in its underground Fordow facility since May, AFP quoted Vienna-based diplomats as saying on Wednesday.

Iran is enriching uranium to a fissile concentration of 20 percent -- easily upgraded to the 90 percent needed for bombs -- at Fordow, buried deep inside a mountain near the holy Shi’ite city of Qom to protect it from foreign attack.

Iran has publicly confirmed that its government has sent elite Revolutionary Guards to support the troops of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in that country's civil war.

Commander Gneral Salar Abnoush told a group of volunteer trainees during a speech delivered Monday, “We are involved in fighting every aspect of a war – a military one in Syria, and a cultural one as well.”

His remarks, reported by theDaneshjoo News Agency, made it clear Iran has committed its military might to aiding government troops in clashes with rebels in Syria's savage civil war.

"Today, Syria is resisting as our front's surrogate, and we all have a responsibility to support it and not to let the line fall,” said Mullah Hussein Taeb, according to the Iranian semi-official FARS news agency.

Up to this point, analysts were only certain that Iran had been sending tactical and financial support. It was also known that Syrian cyber police were being trained by Iranian experts.

A new report recently released by the Family Research Council and Liberty Institute confirms that anti-Christian hostility is rising across the nation’s public square, in schools and in government.

“America today would be unrecognizable to our founders. Our first freedom is facing a relentless onslaught from well-funded and aggressive groups and individuals who are using the courts, Congress, and the vast federal bureaucracy to suppress and limit religious freedom,” said a summary of the report from Tony Perkins, president of the FRC, and Kelly Shackelford, president of Liberty Institute.

The report lists the results of “the radical shift in our culture’s worldview that started with the rise of secularism following World War II and has accelerated with each passing year of the 21st century.”

The assessment is not exhaustive, but presents “over 600 incidents of religious attacks and hostility in the United States – most of which occurred within the past 10 years,” the report said.

China today announced testing of a new generation of inter-continental ballistic missile, Dongfeng-41, with a strike range of 14,000 km and capable of carrying multiple nuclear warheads.

"China last month tested a new generation of intercontinental ballistic missile, the Dongfeng-41, or DF-41, which is believed to have a maximum strike distance of 14,000 km," the state-run CCTV said in a brief report.

It quoted experts of the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission as saying that as many as 10 nuclear warheads can be put on the missile.

The US military and intelligence officials say that China has developed the new long range Dongfeng-41 ICBM with mobile launching system making it harder to find and destroy the missile before it is launched, the Times report said.

The NYT, quoting a Congressional panel, said that US and other western powers might have underestimated the size of China's nuclear arsenal, suggesting that the new reports say that Beijing currently have 55 to 65 ICBM.

The US experts also said that Beijing had separately tested submarine launched missiles in recent weeks, which it could use to outflank American missile defence systems

Israeli can you give us an update of the conditions on the ground inside Israel? Would like to get your take on how this weeks news regarding possible cyber attack either underway or expected imminently is being perceived. Just trying to get a feel for what the everyday Israeli is feeling.

Also, say Bibi hits Iran, where do you go? How does the government instruct you on where to seek shelter? Thanks in advance for the update.

I'm not sure I'm buying the "viral video". Firstly, they're peddling an investment package. But their theory completely revolves around finite energy. Most experts contend there's enough for at least another 100 years in North America alone.

I definitely believe we're sitting at the brink of economic catastrophe, for sure, but the crises is banking/debt driven, not energy driven.

Why do people post comments with the intent to flame or troll, but hide behind anonymity? I've been here 2.5 years and have never seen Mrs, C that anyone in an unChristianlike manner. There doesn't have to be a conspiracy behind someone taking a break.

Anon, that is nonsense and totally out of context and you know it.

A lot of us had noticed over time that that personality said nothing....absolutely nothing...really insightful like a person really there would have. Virtually all their "insights" were found on page 2 stories in the major places we all search for news. Mrs C did ask them about that and they apparently fled.

Makes one wonder who they really were. We have friends on the ground over there and just their passing comments give far more "local flavor" and feel for life in Israel today.

ANON
I don't understand your motives. Why do you desire to stir things up and cause dissent? What does that accomplish for the Kingdom?

Are you familiar with this verse:

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God" (Matthew 5:9)

Are your actions that of a peacemaker, or do you have other intent? If 'other intent' -is such intent biblical?

Oh, and one more point. I don't do this to have "fans" as you describe, I do this because I feel that I am called to do this and I do it solely for the Kingdom and in an effort to alert people to coming events. Its all about Jesus and His coming. Period.

Heh :) - You make me laugh Ally (thats a good thing :)

Anon was accusing me of not submitting to his/her wishes and not banning or removing certain people who he/she perceived as being 'fans' - which is insulting to all.

I have stated on so many occasions, that excepting frank apostasy, profanity, or someone posting solely to cause strife, - I don't 'moderate' the comments either way and I probably let way too much stuff stand. I don't have the time or energy or desire to moderate comments. Nor do I want to discontinue the comments section. So with the above exceptions its pretty open for people to express their opinions.

Some people are more straightforward than others - some are more or less politically correct than others, some are focused on certain passages and have studied them extensively and always elaborate on those passages, some are focused on the stock market :)

95% is all good and around 5% of comments upset someone in the style, tone, or whatever and usually, somehow, a long contentious thread ensues. When it gets bad I just delete the whole thread.

But usually, while this is taking place, I;m into the next news cycle and oblivious to it until I coincidentally look down and see 60+ posts, and my first reaction is usually "oh no...this one is gonna be bad " :)
