The New Roman Empire and the Middle East

As stated so many times, we are looking for the "final" peace plan for Israel and the "PA State" to emerge from the revived Roman Empire (aka the EU). At some point the antichrist will appear and "confirm" the covenant. We are now watching as the EU inserts itself into this process in an increasing manner. The article below underscores this effort:

EU must sanction Israel over its refusal to obey international law and must recognize the State of Palestine

This article includes a letter which was sent to Herman van Rompuy (President of the EU Council) and Catherine Ashton (High Representative for Foreign Affairs) and all ministers of Foreign Affairs. This letter highlights the EU's Council of Foreign Affairs of the EU and their adopted 12 "Council conclusions on the Middle East peace process":

On 8 December 2009 the Foreign Affairs Council of the European Union adopted a set of twelve ‘Council conclusions on the Middle East peace process’. The resulting document, essentially a collective European blueprint for resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict, set out the requirements for a comprehensive peace, inclusive of ‘a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict’, in a clear and concise manner. It also identified a number of benchmarks.

Just in this introductory paragraph, we can see that the EU is offering the "final solution" to the Middle East peace process. As stated a "blueprint" for "resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict".

The Council further recognized that Middle East peace ‘is a fundamental interest’ of not only the parties in the region, but also of the European Union itself. With this statement, the EU attracted considerable interest and raised expectations about its ability to advance the peace process.

Indeed...We are most interested in the EU's "ability to advance the peace process". Perhaps for different reasons than you might imagine.

The next paragraph reveals how the EU is disappointed that things haven't moved faster in terms of the EU's vision of the final agreement:

It is now one year on and we appear to be no closer to a resolution of this conflict. To the contrary, developments on the ground, primarily Israel’s continuation of settlement activity in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) including in East Jerusalem, pose an existential threat to the prospects of establishing a sovereign, contiguous and viable Palestinian state also embracing Gaza, and therefore pose a commensurate threat to a two-state solution to the conflict.

Note this little comment: "establishing a sovereign, contiguous and viable Palestinian state". That refers to several proposals that Gaza and the West Bank would be linked via a land mass, effectively dividing Israel into two (indefensible) halves.

Given this situation and the urgent need for action, we consider it a matter of fundamental credibility that the Council revisit the principles and requirements it enunciated in December 2009 and establish the next steps forward...

"Urgent need for action"?

So what exactly was "enunciated" in December 2009? The remainder of this letter/article details this document from 2009, and it is very revealing into what the EU sees as the final plan:

The article is long and worth reading; below are some highlights:

The Council of the European Union is seriously concerned about the lack of progress in the Middle East peace process. The European Union calls for the urgent resumption of negotiations that will lead, within an agreed time-frame, to a two-state solution with the State of Israel and an independent, democratic, contiguous and viable State of Palestine, living side by side in peace and security

Again, we see the term "urgent". Interesting. And this:

We believe this is a matter of utmost concern. We therefore recommend that the EU, in cooperation with the United States, United Nations, Russian Federation, League of Arab States and other interested parties, should put forward a concrete and comprehensive proposal for the resolution of this conflict, that includes a clear time frame for the successful conclusion of these negotiations on the basis of longstanding principles agreed by the above parties and the international community as a whole.

Above, we see that the EU desires to take a leadership position in terms of the peace plan. That alone is very interesting. Also we see confirmation that the EU will put forward their "comprehensive proposal for the resolution of this conflict", and if that isn't enough for a prophecy watcher, we also have this quote: "that includes a clear time frame for successful conclusion".

Can anyone say "seven years"?

The European Union will not recognise any changes to the pre-1967 borders including with regard to Jerusalem, other than those agreed by the parties. The Council reiterates the EU’s readiness to contribute substantially to post-conflict arrangements, aimed at ensuring the sustainability of peace agreements, and will continue the work undertaken on EU contributions on state-building, regional issues, refugees, security and Jerusalem.

The above paragraph is even more interesting - we see that the EU requires a return to the "pre-1967 borders" which is code for giving East Jerusalem to this "PA State". Jerusalem - the "Burdensome stone" per Zechariah's prophecies.

But more importantly, note this key sentence:

"The Council reiterates the EU's readiness to contribute substantially to post-conflict arrangements, aimed at ensuring the sustainability of peace agreements"

This is an obvious reference towards putting troops on the ground for border control. We have seen the genesis of these groups formed within the EU, and now the EU has an infrastructure for such military actions. New Roman Empire: Plans for Israeli Border Control

Another quote which makes this point:

As indicated here the EU is committed to contributing substantially to peace-building and reinforcement once the parties are agreed on the details.

And this:

In response to these measures, we recommend that the EU reiterate its position that it will not recognize any changes to the June 1967 boundaries, and clarify that a Palestinian state should be in sovereign control over territory equivalent to 100% of the territory occupied in 1967, including its capital in East Jerusalem

And of course, we know that ultimately, it will all boil down to Jerusalem:

The Council is deeply concerned about the situation in East Jerusalem. In view of recent incidents, it calls on all parties to refrain from provocative actions. The Council recalls that it has never recognised the annexation of East Jerusalem. If there is to be a genuine peace, a way must be found through negotiations to resolve the status of Jerusalem as the future capital of two states.

This "roadmap" proposed by the New Roman Empire contains so much information which is completely consistent with biblical prophecy. To summarize the prophetic implications of this plan proposed by the EU:

- We see the increasing influence by the EU into Israeli affairs. That alone is of great interest prophetically.
- The "plan" calls for Israel to be completely divided, and lose East Jerusalem and the West Bank.
- The "plan" calls for the EU to "contribute substantially" to the "post-conflict arrangements" and "reinforcement" - obvious references to having troops involved in border control and "peace-keeping".

All of the above were predicted years ago, based upon a literal view of biblical prophecy. Just take a step back and look at the big picture.

We have a Roman Empire in place in these last days which was foretold in Daniel 2 and 7.

The New Roman Empire is inserting itself into the formation of the "covenant" of Daniel 9:27.

The New Roman Empire is proposing ways to "confirm" this "covenant" via the use of military forces.

Could this be any clearer? One would have to be blind to not see these prophetic developments.

When prophecy scholars proposed that the world would witness a coming together of the nations of Europe, into a "United States of Europe" in the late 1950's and the 1960's - it was scoffed at, as such a union seemed impossible in a post-WWII era.

The fact that we have witnessed such a convergence of European nations is fascinating alone, much less their recent involvement into the "final peace plan" for Israel.

The stage is perfectly set now for the emergence of the antichrist. Nothing else needs to be done - he can step onto the stage right now and finalize what has already been set up. Surprisingly, most of his work has already been done. That road has been well paved.

I believe we are just on the brink. With the stage completely set, all we need now is for the curtain to be raised and the "play" to begin.

His (the antichrist) time is almost upon us. But for the Church - the Bride of Christ - our time is also upon us. We have a completely different fate than the rest of the world. God has given us this reassurance through the scriptures. As the apostle Paul urged us when we see these days approaching:

"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing" (1 Thessalonians 5:11).

Amen. I look forward to seeing each of you in New Jerusalem.

Maranatha! He is coming soon!

This proposal has the ENP(I) written all over it. It truly amazes me that there are still those who are looking for a 7 year "Peace Treaty" when Scripture mentions no such thing.

This report comes from none other than the Euorpean Former Leaders Group or (EFLG) in which Javier Solana is a member. Javier Solana is further associated with the number 666 as he rose to power after a 10 Nation Confederacy was established in the Western European Union or (WEU).

May I add that the ENP(I) is the 7 year "confirming" process of the 1995 Euro-Med Process - which was literally a "Covenant with Many" to include the Nation of Israel. Folks the ENP(I) is in place, and has been since January 1, 2007. It's duration is until December 31, 2013. Do I need to say that this is a 7 year time period?

Isn't it ironic that we have the Former High Representative of the EU sending a letter to the current EU President, and it's new High Representative, basically demanding that Israel be divided, all in the name of a Policy that he is responsible for; that being the ENP(I) which confirmed a previous Covenant - and that for 7 years?

Yet some are looking for a 7 year "Peace Treaty" to come forth.

Folks, it's already here! A crisis will cause the Antichrist to finally come forth, then the truth will be known.

Excuse me, but I beg to differ with your opinion. It is VERY CLEAR that the two witnesses will
do their prophetic work during
the first half of the seven years
and that Russia will attack Israel
and that the weapons WILL BE USED
for 7 years.....these events have
not even happened yet !!!!

PLEASE REREAD your BIBLE

thanks

Stephen !!!!

It boggles my mind that just months ago we were watching for a peace agreement. And now it seems, that it never even happened! This has to be devastating to Bibi and Isreali leadership. When they were considering excepting the proposal from (US) Hillary. Thankfully, God gave them wisdom to call her bluff.

Back to the phantom peace deal...was the EU, UN, PLO and others just playing Isrealis to see how far they would go? Knowing all the time, the decision of establishing a Palistain State would be taken out of their hands?

And what happened to any US input in these later decisions? Were we just used for the phantom part? Or are we staying out of it for a reason now? Or are we NOT being prevy to any decisions to make us look weaker?

Does this make any sense?

Wow, to explain the last 9 mos or so to someone not watching the prophectic connection during all this time... they would question our sanity.

Even Iran on again - off again statements or plans. Now, saying they are going to send their ships, subs and such to surround Israel as much as they can.

Israel has to be shakin' in their boots by now! IF THEY ONLY KNEW, THEY HAVE A GOD THAT HAS THEIR BACK! Oh Israel wake up, wake up! You have a Saviour just waiting to be accepted by you as your Messiah! He is the ONLY ONE you can trust or count on to help you, lead you and guide you thru this crazy sinful world.

Lets look as what Gods Word says. Firstly, He doesnt say its a "peace treaty", He says "he shall confirm the covenant with many". It could be a "covenant" that already exists, and is just "confirmed", which would require no new agreement. It may just be some kind of International agreement, similar to the UN agreements that were issued at the end of the Lebanon war. In addition, there are many looking for a "peace treaty" to be signed, when we know that the "confirming" of this "covenant" that will trigger the beginning of the Trib, which is not applicable while we are still here. We wont know who the AC is, and we wont be here when this "covenant" is "confirmed". IMHO, it will be "confirmed" at the conclusion of the Ezekiel 38 war.
Daniel 9:27
27.And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
