Strange Days

One would expect to see strange and unusual occurrences as we approach the Tribulation. To bolster this view, we know that leading into and during the Tribulation the world will witness many unusual signs. For instance:

In Luke 21, Jesus mentioned the following:

"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken." (Luke 21:25-26)

We also know that the antichrist and the false prophet will perform "great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men. Because of the signs he was given power...he deceived the inhabitants of the earth." (Revelation 13:14)

In other words, the world will witness strange, unusual events which are difficult to explain and therefore cause terror and apprehension and set-up a scenario in which deception rules the day.

In this light the following story is linked, only because it seems real yet completely unexplained.

In this day and age, I prefer to err on the side of presenting more information rather than less. In other words, some sites meticulously screen current news stories for anything that may seem "conspiracy" oriented and therefore attempt to maintain a higher level of credibility in the process. This approach is very understandable and reasonable.

However, I believe that the nature of these last days involve many "strange and unusual" things; events or occurrences that may not easily be explained. I also believe readers are smart enough to use their own "sensors" and ability to discern. We are all on this journey together. If certain news stories end up being a hoax or deception, then that too, in my opinion constitutes part of the "haze" of these last days.

In that spirit, the following story is compelling and interesting - perhaps part of the lessons learned from the scriptures above.

Huge rings appear over Australia, is HAARP involved?"

There are several video links, all of which are interesting.

Nine strange giant rings appeared over Australia in January and February 2010

Could HAARP have been involved? That would explain the massive floods which occurred 1 year after the rings appeared, in 2011.

A year ago, Colin Andrews received an email from someone in Australia claiming that he has discovered a bizarre ring over Australia’s South East region.

The rings were huge, as big as Germany or a US state and they have been detected by the Australian Government Weather Satellites and Radars.

At that time they haven’t been given any serious attention and most people disregarded them but today, after Australia was hit by massive floods, analyzing and understanding these rings is very important. The Australian media said these rings are perfectly normal and it’s all a conspiracy but now after floods reached “Biblical proportions in Australia” these strange anomalies must be fully studied.

The South West weather ring was definitely very strange and totally looks artificial. Similar rings later appeared in two more places. The large clearly defined ring had slowly dissipated but still was just visible on a time loop which was spiraling counter clockwise (Low Pressure system).

These are Official Satellite Images from Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology.

There is no telling what these rings represent, but the timing in terms of the subsequent floods are certainly interesting. The rings do appear "artificial" or some type of artifact, but I am no expert on these matters. There isn't much more to add to this rather strange story - perhaps more information will come at a later date.

The article mentioned above, in which the rings were declared as "perfectly normal" is here: Weather has conspiracy theorists strung out

The explanation offered by the Bureau of Meteorology: "reflectors such as physical obstructions, sea waves, insects and birds and atmospheric effects" as being responsible seem difficult to grasp, especially given the videos and pictures of these anomalies. It would seem more reasonable that these rings are from some sort of an artifact, but that possibility hasn't been mentioned.

Regardless, this story represents just one more unusual sign in the sky - this in addition to the unusual sun activity, shifting magnetic poles, unusual weather patterns, blizzards, floods, drought, UFO sightings - you name it and we've seen it recently.

The scripture seen in Luke 21:25-26 keeps coming to mind, with men being "apprehensive of what is coming on the world" in these last days.

Fortunately, we have the Bible as our guide, and we have been forewarned. We are to have no fear at all - we are to continually watch for Christ's return in the face of the various "world events". And when we see any of these signs of this age, regardless of how bizarre or ominous, we are directed towards one single thought:

"When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift your heads, because your redemption is drawing near" (Luke 21:28)

"Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near" (Luke 21:31).

Thanks God's Girl. I believe much of what we see today is intended to shift our focus from Jesus - and watching for His return --- to fear and apprehension. We can NEVER take our eyes off of Jesus!
God Bless

Sounds like something that was on saturday mornings? BBC?

But I would never ever be critical of UK TV, after all, they gave us Fawlty Towers!
