Volcano Eruptions In Guatemala And Mexico

Fuego volcano erupts in Guatemala video

The Fuego volcano erupted violently on February 26, 2020, 03:41 local time, generating 5 to 12 strombolian explosions per hour.

The resulting plume of ash and gas reached approximately 4,500 m-4,700 m asl in a West-Southwest direction.

A 300-meter-long lava flow has been recorded flowing doen Ceniza barranca, which were accompanied by with moderate to strong avalanches.
As shown in the video below, incandescent material was ejected 100 m to 200 m above the crater and created moderate avalanches.
Ashfall was reported in Santa Sofía (12 km SW), Morelia (9 km SW), Panimaché I and II (8 km SW), Finca Palo Verde, San Pedro Yepocapa (8 km NW), Sangre de Cristo (8 km WSW) and El Porvenir (8 km ENE).

Mexico’s Popocatepetl volcano violently erupted on February 25, 2020.

Ash and debris were ejected into the air. WOW!

The strong explosion occurred on Tuesday, 00:16 a.m. local time and ejected large amount of incandescent volcanic material into the air.

Officials expect the activity of the volcano to continue at a low or intermediate level in the next few days.
People should not approach the crater of the volcano due to the risk caused by ballistic fragments. More volcano news on Strange Sounds or Steve Quayle.

Hi there!! So nice to hear from you!! Yes indeed - in fact I have had this conversation many times lately...Many things that would normally make the news aren't even being discussed at all due to the focus on pestilence - but the quakes have been off the charts lately and no one seems to be noticing - we have had a number of days in which we had 12-20 quakes over a 4.8 which is huge...People also forget the virus that is killing a huge number of pigs in china, adding to the famine that the locusts are bringing to Africa and the Middle east - yet this story isn't getting much press coverage either .
