Fake News And The (New) Fake Cold War, U.S. Anarchist Groups Threaten The Will Of The People

US Aristocracy Panics that Maybe Trump Is Serious

The U.S. aristocracy control not only the major American corporations, but all influential ‘news’ media, and their respective ‘news’media; and their shared fear and loathing for incoming U.S. President Donald Trump is clear, even though he himself is one of them. Nobody knows what will happen to the U.S. government under his stewardship, but the fear amongst almost all of the other aristocrats is that maybe Trump hasn’t only been pretending to want a ‘populist’ government — they fear that he might really have such revolutionary intentionsThey are consequently afraid: might it really be the case that a revolution — especially one transforming America’s foreign policies, which are the policies that are of the greatest interest to aristocrats (more even than domestic policies are)

The old ideological political alliances within the United States have now utterly broken down, and the reason is that in recent decades, both the right and the left had been controlled behind the scenes, by America’s billionaires and centi-millionaires, who are virtually unanimous on some policy-issues (so that the U.S. has a one-party government on these matters), with no significant ideological dissent amongst the U.S. aristocracy on those key issues...

Becoming even more hostile toward Russia is almost a unanimous goal of the U.S. aristocracy. They’re thus rebelling against him, in their ‘news’media, and they won’t stop trying to cripple his Presidency unless and until he relents on this, turns around, and continues, ever-hotter than before, their (under Obama, increasing) ’Cold War’ against Russia: going beyond even what President Obama has been doing (coups, invasions, sanctions, etc.), aiming to replace the Russian government’s allies by the American government’s allies, and thus to isolate and weaken Russia, ultimately to take over Russia itself.

During the early years of the Cold War, America’s Republican Party and their ‘news’ media, especially insisted upon increasing the war against the Soviet Union; but, now, in the purely nationalistic war against Russia, it’s instead Democratic Party politicians and ‘news’ media, who are especially fervid to conquer Russia. Republican Party ‘news’ media, such as Fox ‘News’, are now considerably less hateful toward Russia, no longer obsessed against it, like the Democratic Party’s ‘news’ media have become — thereby switching political roles.

Consequently, too, for example, the Democratic Party’s Washington Post is doing everything they can to encourage U.S. conquest of Russia, such as by spreading fake ‘news’ stories against the few small independent Western newsmedia that are pointing out the lies (especially the ones against Russia) in such media-giants

The infamous 1950s Republican, Joseph R. McCarthy, has thus non-ideologically returned from the grave, now, in the guise of liberal Democrats (or should that instead be ‘Democrats’?), as part of the U.S. aristocracy’s war to force the Republican President, Donald Trump, to join the tradition that the Republican President George Herbert Walker Bush established, on 24 February 1990, of treating Russia as being America’s enemy, no longer communism as being America’s enemy.

Having been fully briefed on the "intelligence" proving Russians 'hacked' the election  - because how else could Hillary Clinton have lost? - president-elect Trump is starting to shift the narrative this morning to expose the establishment's blinkered warmongery for missing the bigger picture that could be possible...

Having a good relationship with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing. Only "stupid" people, or fools, would think that it is bad! We.....

have enough problems around the world without yet another one. When I am President, Russia will respect us far more than they do now and....

both countries will, perhaps, work together to solve some of the many great and pressing problems and issues of the WORLD!

Of course, we can hear the spin now - "well this is exactly what a 'puppet of Putin' would say" - as a US president who seeks cooperation and not war must be a commie plant... or worse.

This follows the Intelligence Community's release of a declassified report that concluded Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign to help Trump win the White House. As The Hill notes,

This follows the Intelligence Community's release of a declassified report that concluded Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign to help Trump win the White House. As The Hill notes,

“Russia’s goals were to undermine public faith in the U.S. democratic process, denigrate Secretary [Hillary] Clinton, and harm her electability and potential presidency. We further assess Putin and the Russian Government developed a clear preference for President-elect Trump,” the report said.

Trump, who signaled throughout his presidential campaign that he was open to warmer relations with the Kremlin, has criticized United States intelligence agencies over reports about Russia's cyber activity.

Earlier on Saturday, the president-elect said that there is "no evidence" Russia's cyber activities affected the election outcome.

"Intelligence stated very strongly there was absolutely no evidence that hacking affected the election results. Voting machines not touched!" he wrote on Twitter.

So then, as an average American citizen, is it better to be misinformed or uninformed? Because Disinformation is almost a holy sacrament within the mainstream Operation Mockingbird media. Thus we fake news reporters believe we’re channeling our inner Tom Paine, Mark Twain or Henry D. Thoreau when we blog or post or link. When HDT wrote: “There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil, to one who is striking at the root,” he was a spreader of fake news, by today’s tender standards. We like to think of ourselves as worldwide root strikers, following in his footsteps.

Cops and crime scene investigators (CSI) always ask that question: Who benefits? Who had most to gain by the murder? We fake news reporters pride ourselves on getting the facts. Like legendary Joe Friday from that old TV show, Dragnet, we interview eyewitnesses, contact insiders and whistleblowers, sift through the circumstantial evidence (Like John Podesta’s creepy artwork) and attempt to deduce the truth. Unlike the TV talking heads and Op/Ed writers for the elite media news, we want to know exactly Who Benefits?  Even if it pisses off some elites. Or the elite media.

Over the holidays, when a huge scandal shocked the cringing mainstream media world, WE CELEBRATED. We celebrated the deliciously karmic news that Facebook 'fact checker' was accused of embezzling company funds. The so-called debunker of “fake news,” deified by the mainstream media without any fact-checking at all, suddenly was a steaming pile of backstabbers, porn stars and alleged con artists and embezzlers.  Not that there’s anything wrong with porn stars.  Most mainstream media personalities are highly paid porn performers. They just earn MILLIONS more than porn star Jenna Jameson ever dreamed of earning.

Many brilliant fake news reporters remain anonymous while posting as fictional characters in the alt media. Cognitive Dissonance, Miffed Microbiologist and Hedgeless Horseman are funny and always provocative at Zerohedge.  Jack Burton, at the same website, offers some astute, thought-provoking insight on an especially timely subject, terrorism.

Obama is behind backing ISIS on to final victory in Syria. When Russia began to kill ISIS in earnest, the following governments demanded they cease bombing ISIS at once:  Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Turkey, USA, UK, Germany and others.”

Now that Aleppo has fallen, the mainstream media is in mourning. Not for all the wars they encouraged these past 15 years, or for the millions of refugees those wars caused, or the tremendous pressure now on European countries to house and feed those refugees.  No, not at all.  To them, that evil dictator Putin has almost prevailed, and only freedom of the press will keep democracy safe. And you know what? They are right. Only freedom of the press and the Constitution will keep citizens safe. That’s why I guess I’ll log onto George Washington’s Blog, Zerohedge, Infowars, Brietbart, STR, Rense and Natural News to stay informed.  Because we fake news reporters must keep informed.  Without us, America will certainly fall.

Starting from promising to end the US’ wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the Obama administration has ended up creating more chaos, precipitating more wars and causing more destruction than its predecessor(s).

While the Obama administration continues to brag about making America stronger than before, it is also a fact that it has imperceptibly thrown the US back to the cold war era politics where the US policy makers would remain preoccupied with the question of containing the Soviet Union. Within the neo-liberal matrix of politics, the question of containment has slightly changed and ‘politics of sanctions’ has emerged, in the absence of direct wars, as the primary vehicle for the US to help it achieve its un-real and un-achieveable ambition of unilateral global domination.

By imposing sanctions on Russia for its alleged, rather imaginary, involvement in hacking the US presidential election, the Obama administration has made its last attempt, after making so many other attempts in the Middle East (read: the US-backed shooting down of the Russian jet by Turkey), to invoke the cold war era confrontation and revive the ‘world war hysteria.’ However, it has not happened. Thanks to the prudent restraint Russia has repeatedly shown during all these US-manufactured turbulent years.

To the Obama administration’s disappointment, Russia seems to have understood the nature of this act by the lame-duck president as his last futile attempt to achieve a ‘face-saving’ exit from the Oval office. This understanding is implicit in the statement issued by the Kremlin, according to which Russia would “not resort to irresponsible `kitchen` diplomacy but will plan our further steps to restore Russian-US relations based on the policies of the Trump Administration.”

Most certainly, Russia’s frustration with the Obama administration is explicit here, forcing it to look to the president-elect to design better policies, who, unlike the Obama administration, has asked for the intelligence to show him the evidence backing Obama’s remarks on Russia. Clearly he is not allowing his political rivals to occupy his mind vis-à-vis Russia to prevent him from improving US-Russia relations.

The Obama administration seems to have been blinded by the force of defeats it has faced in the Middle East and appears to be unable to reconcile to this reality. Obama has hinted that he will keep poking Russia all through to the very end on January 20 so that at some point it lashes out.

Interestingly enough, this policy hint has come at a time when Russia announced on last Thursday the truce between Syrian government and the opposition and their agreement to begin peace talks. This has made Obama, as one Indian commentator aptly put it, ‘look increasingly unworthy of a (peace) Nobel’ and worthy of being a loser and a ‘war-monger’ as he continues to pump war-hysteria at home and elsewhere too (read: elite US elite troops have been deployed to deter Russia aggression in the Baltic Sea region).

Sanctions and the war-hysteria the Obama administration is imposing and pumping is, in the nutshell, their response to the defeat they have suffered in the Middle East.
The Obama administration has been totally bypassed in the regional initiative to resume the Syrian peace talks. The stark message here is that the Obama administration was the problem rather than the solution in Syria–and in Russian calculation, responding to the “problematic element”, whose days are actually numbered, would only encourage it to cause more problems. Hence, the non-retaliatory response to the American retaliation.

Anarchist groups have threatened to shut down Republican Donald Trump's swearing-in as U.S. president, but police in Washington said on Friday they believe the thousands of security officers assigned to the event will be able to head off any disruption.
Dozens of activist groups plan to protest the Jan. 20 inauguration of the New York real estate developer, whose supporters are counting on him to fulfill a host of controversial campaign promises including building a wall on the Mexican border and deporting millions of illegal immigrants.
Police expect some 900,000 people to flood Washington for the inauguration ceremony, which includes a parade from the U.S. Capitol to the White House along streets thronged with onlookers.
Interim Police Chief Peter Newsham told reporters on Friday that in addition to the more than two dozen activist groups that have sought permits for peaceful demonstrations, Washington police were aware of anarchist groups vowing online to interrupt the proceedings.
"The fact that you have some folks that are indicating on social media that they're coming to shut down the inauguration events is something that we will be prepared for," Newsham said. "We've experienced that type of thing before in the city and we'll be able to handle it."
Asked about the prospect of mass arrests, Newsham said: "That's one of the things that we have to prepare for, but we don't anticipate that will be the case."
Protests are planned before, during and after the inauguration, with the biggest event the Women's March on Washington on Jan. 21. The National Park Service said Thursday it would start issuing permits for protest sites after civil rights lawyers threatened to sue, saying the agency was quashing dissent.
About 3,000 police officers from outside the District, 5,000 National Guard troops and federal agents will staff buffer crowd-control barriers and bag checks, said Brian Ebert, the head of the Secret Service's District field office.
Barriers will be in place to prevent any possible truck attack, such as the attacks in Berlin last month and in Nice, France, in July.
A pro-pot lobbying group has vowed to distribute 4,200 joints and light up near the inaugural site to show support for legalization of marijuana nationwide. Marijuana is legal in the District of Columbia but can only be consumed in private.
Asked if police would bust smokers, Mayor Muriel Bowser said, "That wouldn't be our first priority."

The New York Times reports today:
[T]he absence of any concrete evidence in the report of meddling by the Kremlin was met with a storm of mockery on Saturday by  Russian politicians and commentators, who took to social media to ridicule the report as a potpourri of baseless conjecture.
The report provides no new evidence to support assertions that Moscow meddled covertly through hacking and other actions to boost the electoral chances of Donald J. Trump and undermine his rival, Hillary Clinton, but rests instead on what it describes as Moscow’s long record of trying to influence America’s political system.
That’s all they’ve got?  Since the Soviet Union – which doesn’t even exist any more – was evil, Putin must be as well?

Novikov, first deputy chairman of the Russian State Duma's committee on international affairs, emphasized that Russia is focused on "tackling terrorists and protecting Syrians," adding that this was the primary drive behind Moscow's military assistance to the Syrian Arab Army and humanitarian missions across the embattled country.

"This is Russia's tactic in Syria," he said. The lawmaker added that Washington's military presence overseas has often led to "grave consequences," citing chaos in Libya as a case in point.

Former CIA officer Ray McGovern told RT that Brennan's credibility record is "rather thin."

"Brennan is largely responsible for the chaos in Syria," he said. "He and Defense Secretary Ashton Carter were against the ceasefire. Ashton Carter sent his air force to scuttle the ceasefire that was agreed to between [US Secretary of State John] Kerry and [Russian Foreign Minister Sergei] Lavrov in September. So for Brennan to shed crocodile tears now, well I might say, it's giving hypocrisy a bad name."

Very enlightening....and entertaining. Can you believe this, they simply can't come to grips with the fact we no longer believe them and actually check. I took about 6 years to fully come to grips with knowing the MSM was now their pets and we had to find truth somewhere else....and we did.

Before they even realized it had been born, the Alt media has grown to a force shaking their world. They are rattled and suspect are going to lash out at this real soon.

Ain't it grand, the way our Lord works? Using the meek to humble the mighty.
