Poking The Bear, Again, The 'Wheel Of Humanity', Gaza Spirals Downward As IDF Prepares For Next Fight

No-fly zone would ‘require war with Syria and Russia’ – top US general

Speaking to the US Senate, the Pentagon’s leaders blamed Russia for the Aleppo aid convoy attack, but admitted they “had no facts.” Only US coalition planes should be allowed over Syria, they said, though that would require war against both Syria and Russia.

Defense Secretary Ash Carter and General Joseph Dunford, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, faced the Senate Armed Services Committee on Thursday to report on the ongoing military operations and “national security challenges”faced by the US. They also asked the senators for more reliable funding, saying the uncertainty was hurting the defense industry.

Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Mississippi) asked about what it would take for the US to impose a no-fly zone over Syria, using the phrase “control the airspace.”

“Right now… for us to control all of the airspace in Syria would require us to go to war against Syria and Russia,” Dunford replied, drawing a rebuke from committee chairman John McCain (R-Arizona), who argued a no-fly zone was possible without war.

Asked about the video of US-backed Syrian rebels insulting US Special Forces in Al-Rai and running them out of the northern Syrian town, Carter and Dunford shrugged it off.

“Not only our people – our defense industry partners, too, need stability and longer-term plans to be as efficient and cutting-edge as we need them to be,” Carter told the senators.

The lawmakers were far less interested in the war against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) than about the future of the Syrian government, Iran’s “malign influence,” and “aggression” by China and Russia – all ranked far ahead of terrorism on Carter and Dunford’s list of security challenges.

The Pentagon had “no intention” of sharing intelligence with Russia when it came to Syria, Dunford told the lawmakers unequivocally. Secretary Carter explained that the joint implementation councils envisioned by the ceasefire proposal negotiated in Geneva wouldn’t share intelligence, just coordinate efforts – but that they were a moot point anyway, since the ceasefire was effectively dead.

Both the lawmakers and the Pentagon chiefs blamed that development on Russia, focusing on the alleged airstrike against the humanitarian convoy in east Aleppo while the US-led airstrike against the Syrian Army fighting IS in Deir ez-Zor went unmentioned.
“I don’t have the facts,” Dunford said, when asked about the convoy attack by Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut). “It was either the Russians or the regime,” he added.
“There is no doubt in my mind that the Russians are responsible,” whether directly or because they backed the government in Damascus, Dunford said, describing the attack as “an unacceptable atrocity.”
Carter explained Dunford’s logic in a response to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), saying that “the Russians are responsible for this strike whether they conducted it or not, because they took responsibility for the conduct of the Syrians by associating themselves with the Syrian regime.”

[Another excellent commentary by Terry James]

It is the geopolitical center of earth’s most dangerous dilemma from the standpoint of the threat of nuclear Armageddon. It even outweighs the gravity of threats from ISIS, Russia, China, or North Korea.
The very survival or destruction of humanity’s future seems to revolve around this nucleus geopolitical matter.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu voiced the problem in a recent video.

Israel’s diversity shows its openness and readiness for peace. Yet the Palestinian leadership actually demands a Palestinian state with one pre-condition: No Jews.
There’s a phrase for that: It’s called ethnic cleansing. And this demand is outrageous. It’s even more outrageous that the world doesn’t find this outrageous.
Some otherwise enlightened countries even promote this outrage.

Out of 138 nations eligible to vote on United Nations Resolution A/67/L.28, only Israel, the United States, Canada, and the Czech Republic voted against the resolution, while forty-one abstained.

The resolution reaffirms: “the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and to independence in their State of Palestine on the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967.”

U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, in a practically unprecedented such bias-tinged statement, declared recently that the Israeli “occupation” of Palestinian-controlled territories “must end.”

As the U.N. world leaders gathered in New York City the past week, the number one-collective thought, if not necessarily expressed as the all-out obsession of most gathered, was the idea to force Israel to give up land for peace. It was the same old, ages-long rant: There can’t be peace until Israel gives the Palestinians back their rightful land.

Only, it isn’t theirs. God gave it to Israel in perpetuity:

And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you. And I will give to you and to your descendants after you, the land of your sojourning, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. (Genesis 17:7-8)

But, if you don’t accept that biblical claim, then how about this one?
Israel took the territory in question in a series of modern wars, the most pertinent for this argument being accomplished in the 1967 Six-Day War.

The diplomatic world frets that this is the sticking point for Middle East peace. They fret further that if not forthcoming, acceptance of the demand that Israel give up the land in question for peace will mean World War III–nuclear conflict, and the end of humanity itself.
Actually the inverse is true–thus according to God’s Word, which prophesies the following:
I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. (Joel 3: 2)

Most all of the leaders of the nations are dead set to do just what this foreboding prophecy foretells. They are determined to part or divide God’s land. At some point, this will be accomplished, because that’s what Armageddon is all about. All nations will be brought by the God of Israel into the Valley of Jehoshaphat–that is, to the place where Armageddon will unfold.

All of this is shaping up at a rapid pace while most every signal of prophetic significance is coming together in dramatic convergence. We have covered these converging signals of end-times alignment many times in this column.
There is perhaps no such prophetic element so important as the nations of the world dealing treacherously with God’s timepiece–Israel.

The Gaza Strip and its residents are barreling towards disaster, brought on by crippling unemployment, a nonexistent economy, water and electricity shortages, a growing population and the “Islamic dictatorship” of Hamas, while the IDF is trying — and thus far succeeding — to keep the coastal enclave’s terrorist leaders deterred and contained, a senior IDF officer from the Southern Command said Sunday.

Moreover, reconstruction following the 2014 Gaza war, known in Israel as Operation Protective Edge, has been slow, in part because Hamas has siphoned off a substantial portion of the reconstruction materials in order to create new attack, defense and smuggling tunnels, according to Israeli authorities.

“Hamas is not rebuilding Gaza, it’s rebuilding its military capabilities,” the officer told reporters.

As Hamas is working around the clock to rearm and dig deeper fortifications and attack tunnels, the IDF and Defense Ministry are shoring up Israel’s protection against the threat of terror attacks and rocket fire from the Gaza Strip and preparing for the next round of conflict, he said.
Though many details of the project remain secret, Israel is in the process of creating “a barrier that will provide a response to above-ground and below-ground threats,” the officer said.

The IDF is also working to improve its subterranean fighting tactics, along with its strategies to defend — and potentially evacuate — Israeli communities along the Gaza border.
“We’re turning the underground into a death trap for Hamas. We’re putting a lot of effort into that,” the officer said.
“We’re preparing to protect communities during an operation and improving the defenses. We’re also preparing a plan to evacuate communities. There will be flexibility in making decisions of if we have to evacuate communities, and which ones,” he added.
In June, a senior Defense Ministry official (who was almost certainly Avigdor Liberman) told reporters that Israel could not stomach a drawn-out war of attrition so “the next confrontation must be the last in terms of Hamas’s regime.”

The UN And Globalization: A 'New Global Human Order'

The United Nations And The New World Order Reconvenes

[If the content and the original title of the article seems sensational, just open the links and read. A world government is coming towards us like a freight train, but we shouldn't be surprised as the Tribulation is looming]

A long-held conspiracy theory yet again gets proven true. The UN at the seventy-first regular session has aggregated the role of the United Nations in promoting a new global human order into their agenda. In addition to the aforementioned under section A. titled, “Promotion of sustained economic growth and sustainable development in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and recent United Nations conferences,” is also the plan for total Globalization and interdependence.

Under the allocation of Agenda items resides the declaration of a formation of a new global human order. Adopted by the General Assembly at its 2nd plenary meeting, on September 16, 2016. The official adoption of such ideology brings to light the global conspiracy against humanity to form a New World Order, as mentioned by world leaders and select governmental officials.

Contained within the Global Sustainable Development goals, or Global Goals is the practical declaration of war against the common man. Conceived originally on November 29th, 2000 and adopted by the General Assembly at the 74th plenary meeting is “The role of the United Nations in promoting a new global human order.” This resolution has just been crafted back into the global agenda for the United Nations on the 16th of September 2016.

Tied directly to the Sustainable Development goals is the plan for a New World Order meaning that in September 2015 when the Global Goals were adopted, so was the official declaration and adaption of the agenda for a New World Order.

(To download the following PDFs just click the link)

Secondly, in addition to the adoption of a new global human order to their agenda for the 2016 year, is the plan to revoke the need for national borders and national sovereignty. Under section 21 is the further adoption of interdependency and globalization.

(A) – Role of the United Nations in promoting development in the context of globalization and interdependence
(B) – International migration and development

A well known communist got his ideas passed into the UN General Assembly, and they were just reinforced this year.

Cheddi Jagan, the fourth president of Guyana, was a known communist who created the proposal for a New Global Human Order that was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on November 14, 2002.

Cheddi Jagan’s Communist Past

Winston Churchill was alarmed by Jagan’s unabashed Marxism-Leninism, and was convinced Jagan could allow the Soviet Union a foothold in Latin America. There was strong behind-the-scenes pressure from the United States, and the CIA asserted that he had ties to the Soviet Union. This prompted a British military intervention only days after his election. Jagan resigned as Chief Minister after 133 days

Jagan’s Vision for a New Global Human Order

“Inspired by a vision of the enormous potential for human development created by the end of the Cold War, the accelerated rate of technological development, and the deepening interdependence of nations, the late President Dr Cheddi Jagan urged that States should now grasp the opportunity to build an enlightened international partnership based on mutual respect, democratic governance, popular participation and equal opportunity for all peoples to live in peace and prosperity. At the heart of the proposal is the eradication of poverty and overall human development. Essential to its success is the political will to address these challenges by identifying new and innovative ways of financing development and by mobilizing all actors on the domestic and international stage in support of this cause.”
In conclusion, and with undeniable evidence provided, the end goal of the United Nations is total control under a communist style central government. The ideology of communism is actively fueling the “revolution” called Sustainable Development. Every action taken by the UN is in itself a move towards the Communist New World Order.

Urgent UNSC Meeting On Syria As Aleppo Escalates, U.S. Backed Rebels Shut Off Water For 1.5 Million Citizens

UNSC Meeting on Syria is 'Another Information Attack Against Russia'

An urgent UN Security Council meeting on Syria was summoned to conduct an "information attack against Russia." This is a typical scenario the United States uses when the situation does not responds to its interests, Russian senator Franz Klintsevich said.

Earlier on Sunday, France, Britain and the US called for an emergency UNSC meeting to address the escalating violence in the Syrian city of Aleppo.
Fighting in Aleppo intensified after the Syrian army declared an end to the week-long ceasefire on Friday, blaming militants for numerous violations that made the cessation of hostilities unreasonable.
US Envoy to the UN Samantha Power claimed during that UNSC meeting that Russia's actions in Syria were "barbarism."
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said earlier that Aleppo had faced the most intense airstrikes since the start of the Syrian conflict, expressing dismay at the situation and the fate of civilians trapped in the city.

"A UNSC meeting on Syria initiated by Britain, France and the US is an attempt to shift responsibility for failures in the implementation of a Russia-US agreement on Syria," Klintsevich told RIA Novosti.

He noted that the situation deteriorated after the US-led international coalition attacked Syrian forces. This incident intensified terrorists’ activity.

"What is more, Washington has done nothing to separate areas controlled by Daesh, al-Nusra Front and opposition forces and to separate rebel fighters from terrorists," the lawmaker added.

According to him, a meeting in the UN Security Council is not an optimistic sign.
"This is another information attack against Russia. The US always does this when the situation is out of Washington’s control. Of course, this meeting will not be positive for building Russia-US cooperation on Syria," Klintsevich said.

However, he added that it would be premature to say that the agreement is a failure but there are numerous violations of the deal.

In a written statement for the meeting, French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said Russia and Iran would become "accomplices in war crimes" if they continued to prolong the war in Syria. In particular, the minister referred to the recent bombings in Aleppo, which killed scores of people.

Russian UN Envoy Vitaly Churkin said during the UNSC meeting on Syria that the members of the US-led coalition have failed to announce the results of an investigation into the death of over hundred of civilians in Syria's Manbij as a result of strikes.

"It was reported that French aircraft bombed this city. But neither French colleagues, nor American leaders of the coalition have failed to announce the results of this investigation for two months," Churkin said.

Allegations about civil casualties as a result of airstrikes in eastern Aleppo is part of an information war aimed at demonizing the Syrian Army and its allies, representatives of the city’s militia forces told RIA Novosti.

"Terrorists are in a difficult situation and they’re making up stories about women and children killed in airstrikes. This is nothing but an information war aimed at setting the West against our army and the Russians," they said.

Earlier, Syrian Brigadier General Samir Suleiman told Sputnik that the Syrian Air Force never attacked a civil target. The Syrian Army attacks only military goals and terrorist groups and always conducts intelligence before an attack.

The so-called "moderate" rebels turned off the water to 1.5 million civilians living in West Aleppo in retaliation for a Syrian Army airstrike on East Aleppo that allegedly left 250,000 residents without water setting the stage for an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.

The city of Aleppo is “dying” according to United Nations officials after a fierce wave of bombing last night by the Syrian Army in an attempt to break the stalemate in what once was the economic capital of the country but is now left to rubble after years of combat between the Assad government and rebels.
Last night’s airstrikes according to early reporting by the United Nations left 115 dead as hostilities have intensified following the collapse of the ceasefire earlier this week resulting in large part from a US-led coalition airstrike on a Syrian Army base in Deir Ez-Zor that left 62 dead and hundreds injured "paving the way" for a major offensive by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists and over 300 ceasefire violations by the rebels.

The rebels signaled in the day before the ceasefire that they would not comply with the agreement brokered by the United States and Russia with the second largest rebel group Ahrar al-Sham even saying that it was “impossible” for the group to breakaway from al-Nusra Front terrorists (formerly Syria’s al-Qaeda affiliate prior to a rebranding effort) because the two groups had become too entangled fighting under the common banner of the Army of Conquest.
With hopes for peace on hold Syrian airstrikes have escalated which the rebels claim undermined attempts to repair a water pump supplying rebel-held districts in East Aleppo with water allegedly blocking the flow of the vital resource to some 250,000 residents.

In an act of reprisal, the rebels switched off the Suleiman al-Halabi pumping station that provides water to 1.5 million Syrian civilians in government controlled West Aleppo raising the possibility of an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in what has already turned into the largest displacement of civilians in human history.
Kieran Dwyer, spokesman for the UN Children’s Rights & Emergency Relief Organization (UNICEF) explained that the Bab al-Nairab pumping station supplying rebel-held parts of Aleppo was allegedly damaged on Thursday and subsequent strikes rendered repairs impossible.

"Then in retaliation for that attack a nearby pumping station that pumps water to the entire western part of the city – upwards to 1.5 million people – was deliberately switched off," said Dwyer.

UNICEF fears that families in West Aleppo will be forced to use contaminated liquid carrying waterborne diseases to which children are particularly vulnerable as a result of the intentional act of terroristic sabotage by the rebels in contravention of international humanitarian standards.
"Aleppo is slowly dying, and the world is watching, and the water is being cut off and bombed – it’s just the latest act of inhumanity," said UNICEF Deputy Director Justin Forsyth.

Syrian troops captured a rebel-held area on the edge of Aleppo on Saturday, tightening their siege on opposition-held neighborhoods in the northern city after what residents described as the heaviest air bombardment of the 5 ½-year civil war.
The U.N. meanwhile said that nearly 2 million people in Aleppo, Syria's largest city and onetime commercial center, are without running water following the escalation in fighting over the past few days.

An unnamed Syrian military official quoted by state TV said government forces killed many insurgents in Handarat, and that experts are removing explosives from the area. The camp, which is almost empty and largely destroyed, has seen intense fighting and bombardment in recent years, and changed hands multiple times.

The escalation comes as diplomats in New York have failed to salvage a U.S. and Russian-brokered cease-fire that lasted nearly a week. Moscow is a key ally of Assad's government, while Washington supports the opposition.
