Calling Iran “an octopus of terror,” Bennett told host Mike Huckabee in no uncertain terms: “We have to stop them, and yes, it is imminent.”Huckabee questioned whether Israel would be able to sustain a “hot war” against Iran, to which Bennett replied, “if necessary we will.”“Obviously America has much more capabilities of sustaining an attack on Iran but right now as it stands most of Iran’s facilities are still vulnerable. They‘re moving their facilities underground so that’s why we’re at the very last moment,” he said. “Right now we could still take them out based on public knowledge but a year from now it’s going to be a whole different ballgame. That’s why over the next 12 months the world has to act.”
It seems that Israel may be preparing the world, through rhetoric, of things to come. The public discussions relating to their potential "strike" on Iran have been constant and unremitting. We have heard Israeli officials publicly state that sanctions are not effective and the last resort is for military conflict. It seems that this "last resort" is now indeed imminent.
