UPDATE: London Islamist Stabber Was Previously Convicted for "Islamic Terrorism", Was a Guest Lecturer at Cambridge U on "Prisoner Rehabilitation"

by Jim Hoft

The Metropolitan Police said at a press briefing Friday that the knifeman on London Bridge shot dead by police was wearing a hoax suicide vest.

The incident is now being treated as a terror attack.
Outraged citizens jumped the knifeman, subduing and disarming him as police arrived on the scene. Police cleared the citizens before shooting the knifeman. Two shots can be heard in videos of the incident.

Now this…

The killer was a previously convicted Islamic terrorist who was a guest lecturer at Cambridge University on “prisoner rehabilitation.”

And the Islamic killer was wearing an electronic monitoring tag as part of his bail terms, the Times and Sky News reported independently, citing government sources.

RT reported:
The man behind the London Bridge stabbing rampage had spent time in jail for an “Islamist terrorism-related offence,” UK newspapers reported, as PM Boris Johnson has called for stricter jail terms for offenders.

Several wounded and one reported dead after a man, 45-50 years old wearing a grey jogging suit stabbed multiple people in The Hague’s main shopping strip.
As usual, police say the motive is still ‘unknown.’

The Associated Press reported:
Dutch police say three people were injured in a stabbing on The Hague’s main shopping street.
Police spokeswoman Marije Kuiper told The Associated Press on Friday that it was still too early to say whether there was a terror motive behind the attack in the Dutch city.
She added it was still unclear whether any of the injuries were life-threatening.
Police said they were looking for at least one suspect, a man about 45 to 50 years old in a grey jogging suit.
