The Department of Injustice has gone out of their way to completely destroy the life and family of Texan Guy Reffitt. Using techniques out of a Nazi Germany playbook, the FBI enticed Reffitt’s teenage son Jackson to secretly record conversations with his Dad in the family home, asking loaded questions to entrap him. Jackson was the star witness for the prosecution that nailed the coffin for his Father, who wept uncontrollablywhen he saw his son come to the stand to testify.

According to Nicole Reffitt, the wife of Guy Reffitt and mother to Jackson Reffitt:
“Jackson recorded his family home for 8 days following his Dad’s return from DC, and many of the recordings were Jackson provoking his dad into debate, and out and out purposely provoking his dad…all at the behest of the FBI.”
Since then, Guy Reffitt has expressed a deep longing to forgive his son and repair his devastated family. Meanwhile, the confused boy still seems be under the influence of the Department of Injustice. When Reffitt asked his wife to reach out to his son to write a letter to the judge pleading for clemency for his Dad at sentencing, his son Jackson turned him down. According to Reffitt:
“I told the girls and my wife to contact him and see (about the letter). And my lawyer tried to reach to ask him if would like to write a mitigation letter – not that he is being asked to say he lied at trial or anything, but just that he would like me home so that I could be with my wife and my girls. Try to be home for all my kids actually. But he told my wife that he would not do that, because he said that my trial would set the example for all the Jan 6’ers and they all needed to be punished.
The brokenhearted father spoke to us from his cell in DC Gitmo, where he has spent most of the past year and a half in solitary confinement similar to the type of confinement reserved for those on death row. The Government is asking Judge Dabney Friedrich to sentence Reffitt to at least 15 years in prison on Monday. Prosecutors argue that an “upward departure for terrorism” is warranted in Reffitt’s case, which would lead to a significantly longer sentence if the judge agrees to apply it. Which means Reffitt will serve time for terrorism, although he was never convicted of it by a jury. With the terrorism charge enhancement, Reffitt’s attorney Clinton Broden said the sentence imposed can be as high as 60 years.
