President Donald Trump’s legal team began a forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines in Michigan after a judge on Friday permitted the examination.
“Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 [a.m.] and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News on Sunday.
Lin Wood Plans Supreme Court Petition After Court Rejects Georgia Appeal – The Epoch Times
Attorney Lin Wood said Sunday he plans to file a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court after a federal appeals court denied his appeal in a case seeking to block the certification of the 2020 election in Georgia.
“The stakes are high as the case deals with a disputed Presidential election,” Wood said in an email to The Epoch Times. “I intend to timely file a petition with the United States Supreme Court.”
Rudy Giuliani: 3 State Legislatures May Change Electoral College Voters – The Epoch Times
President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani said Sunday that the legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan might end up deciding what electors are sent to the Electoral College, suggesting it could end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Giuliani said that the GOP-controlled legislatures in the three states could vote on sending their own slate of electors, noting that such a move is supported in the U.S. Constitution.
