USAID's Litany Of Corruption

"When It's Too Dirty For The CIA..." Benz On USAID's Litany Of Corruption
TYLER DURDEN

For those who turned into the live debate last night, we apologize for the ”demonstration of Wirecast” mantra that played repeatedly. This was not a mass MK Ultra sleeper cell activation but a glitch with our streaming software. And, yes, we have an active Wirecast subscription. So… please direct your hate mail to support@telestream.net.

That aside — Keith Knight, Mike Benz, and Cenk Uygur — respectively the abolitionist, reformist, and proponent — had a great debate. Here were the highlights for those who missed it:

“I see a lot of bathwater and very little baby.”

Responding to Cenk’s defense of USAID’s HIV programs with the phrase, “Keep the baby with the bathwater,” Benz retorted sharply: “I see a lot of bathwater and very little baby,” citing forced sterilizations in Peru and aggressive abortion campaigns in Latin America and Africa as evidence that USAID is sometimes involved in “the opposite of saving babies… USAID is taking the lives of babies.”

Benz further detailed covert operations masked as health aid, referencing a CIA-backed, USAID-funded fake vaccine program in Pakistan that collected blood and DNA under the guise of counterterrorism. “Nobody would think [HIV prevention] would be where they would establish a recruiting office for regime change,” he noted on a similar program in Cuba. Even massive charity efforts like Band Aid and Live Aid come under fire, with Benz alleging that “of the 100 million raised, 95 million went to purchase weapons for rebels in Somalia.” In sum, Benz urges scrutiny: “We have to look at what USAID is doing vs. what they say they are doing.”

“USAID at its heart is a CIA function.” Even seemingly benign programs—whether about “food security, public health, independent media, [or] rule of law”—are, according to Benz, “secretly accomplishing some goal the State Department wants to achieve.”

These programs can also channel funds back home to prop up the “political apparatus” through kickbacks. Benz underscored the lack of oversight, warning that “USAID has only ONE METHOD OF ACCOUNTABILITY… The Inspector General,” and that it can “block Congress,” effectively bypassing legislative checks. Pointing to the Zunzuneo scandal—USAID’s secret attempt to incite an Arab Spring-style uprising in Cuba—Benz noted that when the operation was exposed, “Obama denied knowledge because he didn’t give a presidential finding & the Congress & Senate said we didn’t know this was happening.”

“Foreign aid has gone way too rogue,” he concluded, noting that USAID has now been expelled from eight countries. His prescription is one of reform: “USAID has to go into the shop for repairs before it is driven back out onto the road again.”

For the abolitionist perspective — i.e. no foreign aid whatsoever — tune into the full debate below for remarks by Keith Knight, editor at Scott Horton’s Libertarian Institute. Knight is one of the brightest young thinkers among modern libertarians:

Aluminum in the skies: Neurosurgeon exposes link to brain crisis

Aluminum in the skies: Neurosurgeon exposes link to brain crisis
Willow Tohi

Retired neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock has issued a stark warning about a silent crisis unfolding over the skies: nano-sized aluminum particles being sprayed into the atmosphere are entering human brains and driving dramatic rises in Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and neurodevelopmental disorders. In a recent NTD Television interview, Blaylock detailed how these airborne nanoparticles—allegedly tied to geoengineering programs—bypass natural defenses, lodging in brain regions targeted by degenerative diseases. “Both [Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s] have increased significantly since they’ve been doing this on a large scale,” he stated, echoing epidemiological trends and a 2021 Canadian mining study linking aluminum exposure to Parkinson’s.

Public awareness surged as federal figures like Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and President Donald Trump amplified concerns, with Kennedy calling for accountability and Trump speculating on atmospheric spraying’s role in autism spikes. Yet, officials like former CIA Director John Brennan have acknowledged “stratospheric aerosol injection” tech while mainstream media brands critics as “conspiracy theorists.”

How nano-aluminum invades the brain

Blaylock explains that aluminum’s neurotoxicity is not new, but current programs escalate exposure through a unique mechanism: aircraft dispersing nanoparticles. Breathed in, these ultrafine particles bypass respiratory barriers and migrate directly into brain tissue, settling in areas critical to memory (hippocampus) and motor control (substantia nigra). “Once inhaled, they’re in the brain,” Blaylock said, noting that aluminum’s presence excites microglial cells, which trigger inflammation and neuronal death—a hallmark of neurodegenerative disease.

This biological pathway aligns with the Ontario mining study, which tracked miners exposed to aluminum-laced “McIntyre Powder” from 1943-1979. Researchers found Parkinson’s rates rose with exposure duration, with a 34% higher incidence among affected workers. “This isn’t just theory,” Blaylock stresses. “The science on aluminum’s toxicity and its role in neuroinflammation has existed for decades.”

Alarmingly, systemic exposure compounds dangers: aluminum from food packaging (e.g., soda cans), vaccines and now atmospheric spraying creates cumulative burdens. “Combined with pesticides and other toxins, it’s overwhelming our bodies’ ability to detoxify,” he warned.

Blaylock’s claims have found unexpected allies in federal leadership. In April, Kennedy told Dr. Phil he believes the Pentagon’s DARPA is behind the spraying program, vowing: “I’m going to do everything… to hold them accountable.”

Meanwhile, Trump’s February remarks, linking autism to either atmospheric spraying or pesticide-laced food, lent mainstream credibility to the controversy. Despite this, agencies like NASA and NOAA dismiss chemtrails as “baseless speculation,” while the UN’s IPCC has proposed stratospheric aerosol geoengineering as a climate tool—a stance critics call unethical experimentation.

Yet even moderate voices are wary: Brennan’s 2020 Council on Foreign Relations admission that “aerosol injection” is “the subject of serious research” fuels public distrust. “These programs operate in a legal and ethical gray zone,” said Blaylock. “Without transparency or oversight, we’re playing lab rats in a global experiment.”

The risks of aluminum exposure are not news. Decades of research, including Blaylock’s own work, have tied the metal to Catalonia’s occupational Parkinson’s clusters (linked to aluminum smelting) and Gulf War veterans’ neurological illness post-vaccine-Al aluminum adjuvants use. The Ontario mining study further validated mechanistic links: miners exposed to respirable aluminum had a 12% higher rate of Alzheimer’s-with-dementia and 34% higher Parkinson’s incidence.

Blaylock recalls that in the 1990s, he warned of aluminum in infant formula and vaccination risks, only to face professional backlash. Now, as soil and water contamination from atmospheric spraying persists, reversal may be “impossible,” he said. “This isn’t about conspiracy—it’s about poisoning ecosystems, and we’re already seeing the consequences in human health.”

Blaylock’s interview also outlined natural countermeasures, including curcumin and quercetin, to suppress microglial inflammation. Yet prevention demands systemic change. The neurosurgeon urges:

Abraham Accords - Could This Be The Future Covenant Confirmed By The Antichrist?

Abraham Accords - Could This Be The Future Covenant Confirmed By The Antichrist?

 PNW STAFF

In a rapidly shifting Middle East, a seismic announcement may be on the horizon. Senior Israeli officials, backed by confirmations from U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff, suggest that several unexpected nations are preparing to join the Abraham Accords.

Some of these, such as Syria and Lebanon, have been traditional enemies of Israel for decades. Now, under growing U.S. pressure and amid dramatic regional realignments, these nations may soon take historic steps toward peace and normalization.

But for students of Bible prophecy, this development raises weightier questions than mere geopolitics. Could this unprecedented alignment between Israel and its neighbors represent the very covenant that the prophet Daniel warned about? Are we witnessing the early scaffolding of a peace deal that will one day be confirmed by the Antichrist himself?

A New Chapter in Middle East Diplomacy

The potential expansion of the Abraham Accords could represent the most dramatic diplomatic breakthrough in modern Middle Eastern history. Multiple reports now indicate that the US is applying pressure to have the war in Gaza end in a matter of weeks, with Egypt, the UAE, and two other Arab nations assuming administrative control over Gaza. Hamas will be dismantled and exiled. Hostages will be released. Some Gazans will be granted asylum abroad.

And this is only the beginning. According to high-level sources, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and perhaps even Iraq may join the Abraham Accords. In exchange, Israel is expected to express conditional openness to a two-state solution--so long as the Palestinian Authority undergoes sweeping reforms. Meanwhile, the United States will offer recognition of limited Israeli sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria.

These dramatic moves follow a regional power shift catalyzed by Iran's defeat and the crumbling of its regional influence. As Hussain Abdul-Hussain writes in the New York Post, "Without Iran breathing down their necks, its neighbors can focus on their own national interests. That means peace with Israel."

Even more stunning are billboards now appearing in Tel Aviv that promote a "New Middle East" and the so-called "Abraham Shield Plan." These ads feature Donald Trump alongside leaders of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and UAE--but also of Lebanon, Qatar, and Syria. These latter nations have historically been hostile toward Israel. But now, peace may be not just possible, but imminent.

Daniel's Prophecy and the Confirmed Covenant

For those who follow biblical prophecy, the idea of many nations coming together in a peace agreement with Israel immediately brings Daniel 9:27 to mind:

"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease..."

Bible prophecy scholars have long interpreted this as a reference to a future world leader--the Antichrist--who will not necessarily create a new peace treaty, but confirm an existing one. That word "confirm" implies something already in existence, perhaps partial or tentative, that this leader enforces or finalizes with authority.

Notably, Daniel's prophecy says this will be a covenant "with many." That language now rings with chilling familiarity. The Abraham Accords were originally signed by Israel, the UAE, and Bahrain in 2020, and later joined by Morocco and Sudan. But the current rumors speak of a larger expansion--possibly involving several nations.

Could we be seeing the formation of the very structure that the Antichrist will one day "confirm"?

Many scholars believe that the Antichrist will arise not from Israel, but from a foreign power represented by the former Roman Empire--possibly Europe or even a global coalition. His external status is critical: he will be seen as a neutral party, able to guarantee peace and security to both Israel and its enemies. But Daniel warns that his promises are deceitful. Halfway through the seven-year period--the "week"--he will break his word, desecrate the Jewish temple, and unleash persecution.

This figure, who rides in initially as a savior on a white horse (Revelation 6:2), will be revealed as a destroyer.

A Deceptive Peace

As we watch nations line up for peace, we must remember that biblical peace is not merely the absence of war--it is the presence of truth, righteousness, and the Messiah Himself. The Antichrist's peace will be counterfeit. It will be seductive. It will offer the world what it craves: safety, prosperity, unity--but at the price of truth and ultimately, at the cost of Israel's trust.

The Abraham Accords may very well be a tremendous good in the present. Who could argue against hostages being freed, Gaza being liberated from Hamas, and Arab nations coming together to embrace Israel? But we are warned in Scripture that even good beginnings can be used by evil ends.

Already, we are hearing of dramatic U.S. pressure on Israeli leaders. Prime Minister Netanyahu is expected to visit Washington soon, where the final pieces of this emerging agreement may be laid. The presence of an outside power--acting as broker, protector, and guarantor--aligns strikingly with Daniel's forecast.

In the days to come, many will praise this peace. And indeed, there may be much to celebrate. But for believers, we must also be alert. The words of Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:3 ring with ominous clarity:

"For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them..."

So as Syria, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and others move closer to normalization with Israel, and as leaders speak boldly of a new Middle East, let us not be lulled into spiritual sleep.

The covenant may be real. The peace may be temporary. But the stage may already be set for something far greater--and far more dangerous.

Watch. Pray. And remember: not every rider on a white horse is our Savior. Some come to deceive. And one, in particular, is soon to rise.

Russia launches ‘massive’ strike on Ukrainian defense industry

Russia launches ‘massive’ strike on Ukrainian defense industry – MOD

Russian forces carried out a large-scale overnight strike on Ukrainian industrial facilities involving long-range weapons and drones, the Defense Ministry in Moscow reported on Sunday. The Ukrainian authorities and media confirmed the attack, with some suggesting it was one of the largest since the escalation of the conflict in 2022.

In a statement reporting the operation, the Russian Defense Ministry said that its forces had “conducted a massive strike, involving high-precision long-range air-, sea- and land-based weapons, including the aeroballistic hypersonic Kinzhal missile system, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, targeting Ukraine’s military-industrial and oil-processing facilities.”

The ministry didn’t provide any further details, but stated that the “strike goals were achieved. All designated targets were hit.”

Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky confirmed the attack in a post on Telegram, claiming that it involved 477 Russian explosives-laden drones and 60 missiles of various types. He used the occasion to once again call on Kiev’s Western backers to provide it with more air defense systems.

Zelensky also revealed that Kiev lost a Western-supplied F-16 fighter jet while attempting to fend off the attack. The pilot perished in the incident.

Meanwhile, in a post on X, Ukrainian MP Mariana Bezuglaya accused the country’s military leadership of “murdering” fighter pilots by allegedly failing to develop effective anti-drone protocols.

According to the Ukrainian military’s tally, more than 20 incoming rockets and 40 UAVs made it through the country’s air defenses during the strike.

In a post on Facebook, Stepan Kulinyak, the head of the military administration in the city of Drohobych in Lviv Region in Western Ukraine, said that “as a result of the air attack, a fire broke out at an industrial infrastructure facility.” Officials in the region stated that the strikes did not cause any casualties but that critical infrastructure was hit.

In Poltava Region, an industrial site in the city of Kremenchuk reportedly came under attack.

While Ukrainian officials have not provided any details about the type of facilities hit and the extent of the damage inflicted, some local media outlets have pointed out that there are oil-processing plants in both Drohobych and Kremenchuk, and that they were likely the targets of the strikes.

Social media users have been posting videos purportedly depicting the Russian strikes and their aftermath in several Ukrainian regions.
