A huge earthquake has rocked the Nagqu region of Tibet in China, with a 7.1 tremor recorded. According to initial reports, the tremor originated at a shallow depth of 10-16km.Reports said the earthquake was also felt in northern India. The authorities have not yet commented on the extent of damage or any casualties.The earthquake struck about 400 km from Tibet's capital, Lhasa.
