Loss of National Sovereignty: Part of the Globalist Plan

We know from biblical prophecy that we will move from the "Roman Empire" stage into the world government stage as led by the 10 kings and the antichrist (Daniel 2,7; Revelation 17). In this process, individual nations, will, by definition, lose their independent sovereignty. Once the world reaches the stage of antichrist rule, there will be no such thing as "national sovereignty", and we are watching this process take place, beginning in the EU.

In this regard, the EU (aka "revived Roman Empire") will show how this will be accomplished, as the EU serves as a template for what is ultimately coming to the world, especially once it morphs into the 10 kings stage.

We are already seeing how this may work through what is happening to Greece, and soon to include many additional nations within the EU:

Greek sovereignty to be massively limited

Greece faces severe restrictions on its sovereignty and must privatise state assets on a scale similar to the sell off of East German firms in the 1990s after communism fell, Eurogroup chairman Jean-Claude Juncker said.

"The sovereignty of Greece will be massively limited," he told Germany's Focus magazine in the interview released on Sunday, adding that teams of experts from around the euro zone would heading to Greece.

Athens must sell off five billion euros in state assets this year alone or risk missing targets set under its EU/IMF programme, which could cut off its funding needed to keep the government running and avoid a debt default.

On Saturday, euro zone finance ministers agreed that the fifth tranche of the 110-billion-euro bailout agreed with Greece in May 2010 would be paid by July 15, as long as the IMF's board signs off on the disbursement. The IMF is expected to meet on July 8 to approve it.

In other words, the IMF, likely the same group who will institute a global currency in the future, controls the economy of Greece. One fact is fairly obvious: Once you control a nation's economy, you control the nation itself - and this is exactly what we are seeing with Greece and the EU:

Greece: "Significant Loss of Sovereignty and Jobs"

Euro zone finance ministers have approved a 12 billion euro (10.8 billion pound) instalment of Greece's bailout, but signalled that the nation must expect significant losses of sovereignty and jobs.

Eurogroup chairman Jean-Claude Juncker warned Greeks that help from the EU and International Monetary Fund would have unpleasant consequences.

"The sovereignty of Greece will be massively limited," he told Germany's Focus magazine in the interview released on Sunday, adding that teams of experts from around the euro zone would be heading to Athens.

"What is crucial now is to implement parliament's decisions," Greek Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos said shortly after the Eurogroup decision.

Greek Sovereignty to be "massively Limited" by EU/IMF Vultures

The cost of a decision last week to allow globalist vultures to metaphorically hog-tie Greece while the EU and IMF commences a good old fashioned economic pillaging of her state assets is a total evisceration of the country’s sovereignty, according to Eurogroup chief Jean-Claude Juncker.

As Gerald Celente likes to say, the money Greece will receive from the IMF is not worth the paper it’s not printed on, but the globalist vultures will get their hands on thousands of genuine assets that have real value. Like a heroin junkie, the country will be dependent on continual bailouts simply to keep functioning, and the cycle will just keep on repeating.

...as top Bilderberger and Harvard professor Kenneth Rogoff made clear in a recent Financial Times piece, the future plan for a globalized currency system is wholly dependent on the survival of the Euro, which would almost certainly be destroyed if the Greeks were to default and ditch the single currency.

That’s what’s at stake should Greek contagion erupt and infect the likes of Portugal, Italy and Ireland, which is why globalists are so desperate to keep the virus contained – it could kill off the entire European project and the wider move for global government that the Bilderberg Group and other affiliated power elites have worked so hard to craft for well over half a century.

With state governments already being forced to shut down in the U.S., everything we see unfolding in Greece is merely a portend of what the globalists have in store for America, with the IMF feverishly licking its lips at the prospect of unleashing its brand of financial terrorism as a final act of coup d’état against America.

The massive debt that the U.S. has taken on over the last 2 years is leading us into a situation which is almost identical to Greece. This situation was set up by George Soros, and his openly admitted plan to collapse the U.S. dollar - and like Greece, a day will come when the U.S. loses the same degree of sovereignty. This must happen if the globalist dream of a world government, along with a global financial system, complete with a central currency is to take place. And we know from biblical prophecy that this will take place during the Tribulation.

This is all coming together as planned, and we see Greece as the template.

Gaza flotilla activists: It's not about the aid!

Activists involved with the bogged-down "Gaza Freedom Flotilla" acknowledged on Sunday that their purpose is not really to deliver humanitarian aid to the residents of the Gaza Strip, but rather to provoke a confrontation with the Israeli navy.

The flotilla is currently docked in Greece, with Athens refusing to grant permission to sail due to the suspected violent intentions of at least some of its participants.

Greek authorities said that if the goal of the group is truly to deliver humanitarian aid, then the goods can be transfered to Greek ships that will get the aid into Gaza by working with Israel.

The flotilla organizers rejected the offer.

That says it all - right there. It has absolutely nothing to do with helping the people in Gaza and everything to do with further eroding the national sovereignty of the Nation of Israel. Period.

At any rate, even local Gazans are admitting that there is no humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and that stunts like the Freedom Flotilla are unnecessary.

Israel has repeatedly stated that the Gaza embargo could end in a day if only Hamas would recognize Israel's right to exist, halt and renounce all terrorist activity against Israel and cease smuggling weapons forbidden by the Oslo Accords into Gaza.

Iran Delivers Threatening Letter to President Obama

The Arab-language newspaper Al-Ahram reports that Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei recently sent a letter filled with threats to American officials. The letter, which is said to have been delivered by Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, accuses the U.S. of meddling in Syrian affairs. According to Al-Ahram, Khamenei has ordered the U.S. to cease and desist pressuring the Syrian regime leadership, cautioning that Iran will retaliate against American troops stationed in Iraq should Obama refuse to take the warning seriously.

He further elaborating that all U.S. military bases in the region and the Zionist regime (referring to Israel) are fully within range of the Iranian missiles. The deputy commander of the Guards, Hossein Salami, also stated : “We still have our fingers on the trigger, but the number of the triggers has increased.” The Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast, also boasted about Iran’s military capability, saying that the fact that Iran’s show of strength rattles the West “is a source of delight for us.”

It seems the Iranians are getting ready for a confrontation. Are we?

US Nuke Expert: N. Korea Could Have Super EMP Weapon

A U.S. nuclear weapons expert said North Korea may have developed a super electromagnetic pulse (EMP) bomb that could destroy South Korea’s telecom and electricity grids.

Voice of America (VOA) says, Dr. Peter Pry, who was a nuclear weapons expert in the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), said that a Russian scientist who developed the EMP bomb said the technology was leaked to North Korea.

The nuclear expert added that a large number of experts erroneously believed that the test had failed considering the weak explosion, however, such magnitude is characteristic of the Super EMP bomb explosion.

The Super EMP bomb does not afflict radiation damage when exploding. Instead, it releases powerful electromagnetic pulses to disable the electric power and telecom grids in the target areas.

News From The Epicenter

Today's news seems to be concentrated in and around the epicenter:

Rocket Attack Rattles Negev Residents

Terrorists in Hamas-controlled Gaza resumed rocket fire on the western Negev Sunday morning.

The IDF has not retaliated but, based on previous incidents, it will likely do so in the next 24 hours. Response to rocket attacks usually consists of bombing rocket factories and tunnels designed for terrorists to infiltrate into the Negev in order to kidnap or murder civilians and soldiers.

And, we see an important reminder:

...the primitive Kassam rockets have no guidance system, and their trajectory usually leaves Israeli residents in the Gaza Belt area in a situation of being unwilling players in “Russian Roulette.”

Gaza flotilla to set sail Monday despite numerous setbacks

The organizers of the Gaza-bound flotilla said Sunday that all operational ships will set sail on Monday, despite the numerous delays the flotilla activists had encountered in the past week.

The decision to depart on Monday was made following several days of deliberations on the subject, and the exact number of ships due to sail is still unknown.

Gazans admit said flotillas are unnecessary

Israel has maintained that the international aid flotillas that keep trying to break the Israeli maritime blockade and reach the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip are unnecessary, since no one is starving in the narrow coastal strip.

Now local Gazans are saying the same thing.

In a series of conversations with Gaza businessmen, Israel's Ynet news portal revealed that the Palestinians living there are unimpressed with the latest aid flotilla, the first ship of which set sail from Greece on Friday.

Palestinian efforts for sovereignty not limited to the UN

The Palestinian plan for achieving statehood this September is not limited to a vote recognizing a state in the United Nations General Assembly. While several overseas trips in the past month by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman have been focused on enlisting countries to vote against the expected UN resolution, Palestinians officials are discussing other measures to increase the PA’s sovereignty – either alongside the UN bid or in the case of its failure.

Another move being discussed as part of the larger Palestinian plan to move toward sovereignty in the absence of a negotiated two-state solution is one rooted in international law. PA President Mahmoud Abbas has discussed the possibility of turning to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for an advisory opinion on the bid for statehood.

Adam Yoffie, a recent graduate of Yale Law School, writing in the Yale Journal of International Law, wrote that after decades of being failed by the UN, “Palestinians are adopting a broader view of international law that is not restricted to the United Nations.”

The emergence of international legal bodies such as the ICJ and the International Criminal Court offers new opportunities to use international law to advance the prospect of statehood.

While neither a General Assembly resolution nor an advisory opinion by the ICJ would infer de facto statehood or sovereignty on the PA, he argued, it “would serve as another crucial, falling domino in the greater push toward statehood.”

Syria Fails to Deflect Criticism Onto 'Israeli Occupation'

Syria attempted to shift international focus from President Bashar Al Assad's brutal crackdown on anti-government protesters in his country by raising Israel's 'occupation' of the Golan Heights.

"The real role of the Security Council is to end the illegal occupation of Israel and the Golan," Syrian ambassador to the United Nations Bashar Jaafari argued

The discussion veered to Assad's domestic woes after Ron Prosor, Israel's new ambassador to the UN, accused Syria of sending protesters to the border to provoke Israel and violate its territory.

France's permanent representative to the UN, Gerard Aruad, also took aim at Syria and steamrollered over Jaafari's objections calling them 'hypoctitical' before going on to lambaste Assad's brutal police crackdown at great length.

"The council can not accept the hypocrisy of Syria exploiting the Palestinians to divert international criticism from Syria's internal problems. This attempt to divert international attention will not distract us from the repressive measure's Assad's regime has taken against its citizens," said Araud.

Interestingly, Syria's plan was observed by others as well.

Britain's ambassador also expressed concern over the violence employed by the regime and the riots at the Israeli-Syrian border. Germany's ambassador joined Britain its its concerns about the incidents at the border.

"The protesters were not able to get to the border without the consent of the Syrian regime, and leaders keep sending people to the border of Israel. They encouraged protesters to reach the border of Israel," Dr. Peter Wittig, Germany's permanent representative to the United Nations said.

"Syria was trying to trigger a flare-up at the border to divert attention from its internal problems. It was behind these provocations" Wittig added bluntly.

America bows before Muslim Brotherhood's rising power

The Obama Administration on Wednesday signaled that it will reestablish official ties with Egypt's rising Islamist power, the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Muslim Brotherhood, while not actively involved in terrorism at present, has a very violent past and continues to support allied terror groups across the region. The Brotherhood also has a stated long-term goal of establishing an Islamic caliphate, first in Egypt, then stretching across the Middle East, and finally encompassing the whole world.

But first, the Muslim Brotherhood wants to see Egypt return to a state of war with Israel, an entity that it sees as a blight on the Muslim Middle East.

There is concern in Israel that if Washington can succumb to pressure to accept the Muslim Brotherhood, it may eventually open its arms to Hamas and Hizballah, too. After all, both of those groups also wield considerable political clout in their respective societies.

Iran: UN sanctions can't slow missile advancements

Iran's defense minister says the country's missile development shows that UN sanctions are ineffective and won't hinder defense programs.

Gen. Ahmad Vahidi says Iran's missile program is "indigenous" and has no reliance on foreign countries.

Iran on Monday unveiled underground silos that can carry missiles capable of hitting Israel and U.S. bases.

State TV broadcast footage of deep underground silos, claiming that medium- and long-range missiles stored in them are ready to launch in case of an attack on Iran. The silos are widely viewed as a strategic asset for Iran in the event of a U.S. or Israeli attack on its nuclear facilities.

In the news:

On a slow news day, a few stories caught my eye:

Radioactive Waste Dumped in Open Pits Outside Los Alamos

To understand why a raging wildfire near the Los Alamos National Laboratory is a big deal, you must understand how wastes were disposed.

AP writes today:

Los Alamos Canyon runs past runs past the old Manhattan Project site in town and a 1940s era dump site where workers are near the end of a clean-up project of low-level radioactive waste. The World War II Manhattan Project developed the first atomic bomb, and workers from the era dumped hazardous and radioactive waste in trenches along six acres atop the mesa where the town sits.

But a report produced by the Alliance for Nuclear Accountability found:

Approximately 18 million cubic feet of radioactive and chemical solid wastes onsite were disposed of since 1943. “All of the radioactive waste and most of the chemical waste have been buried on the mesas of Pajarito Plateau where LANL is located. Radioactive liquid wastes were discharged to the canyons, initially with little treatment.”

An estimated 899,000 curies of low-level transuranic [i.e. radioactive elements heavier than uranium, such as plutonium] wastes were buried at Los Alamos. It is difficult to estimate exactly the quantity of radionuclides buried onsite due to the inaccurate record keeping and alterations in the definitions of low-elevel waste in the intervening years. Disposal continues today in unlined pits and shafts, a practice declared illegal by the New Mexico Attorney General’s office in 2011...

No wonder people have warned that the trees and soil in the areas surrounding the Los Alamos Laboratory may themselves now be radioactive. See this and this.

A Terror Attack This Weekend? FBI Gearing Up For Possible July Fourth Incident

This is probably nothing, but worth a mention:

The threat matrix that U.S. intelligence and law enforcement closely monitor to guard against terror attacks has ticked up in recent weeks as groups such as al Qaeda eagerly try to regroup from a series of leadership losses, including the killing of Osama bin Laden, federal officials say.

Officials caution that there is no specific, credible threat of an impending attack as Americans head into the Fourth of July holiday, but their growing caution is evidenced by a series of recent bulletins they’ve sent local law enforcement.

One bulletin last week disclosed that evidence found in bin Laden’s possession in May, when he was killed by U.S. special forces in Pakistan, indicated an interest in attacking Americans at major holiday gatherings, including Independence Day celebrations.
Another warned of Internet chatter that an al Qaeda affiliate had identified more than 40 prominent Americans the terrorist group wanted killed.

“There is a higher threat environment,” says Frances Fragos Townsend, a national security expert who advised George W. Bush on homeland security issues.

Was it a Political Conspiracy? Prosecutors Back Off From Their 'Iron-Clad' Case Against Strauss-Kahn

It actually is beginning to look like a political conspiracy for anyone who has followed this story.

The New York prosecutor has had to tell the judge that the police and prosecutors have lost confidence in their sexual assault case against former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn. The judge has released DSK from house arrest and returned his bail and bond money.

The prosecutors say that the immigrant hotel maid lied to the police about the incident and about other things, and the police have revealed that the “victim” discussed with an imprisoned man the possibility of turning the case into extortion. According to the New York Times, the maid’s jailed confidant was among a number of people who had made multiple cash deposits totaling $100,000 to the maid’s bank account. The police now suspect that the maid has connections to illegal drugs and money laundering.

And this is where it gets real interesting:

With DSK’s reputation in tatters and DSK knocked out of the French presidential election and removed from the IMF, where he was beginning to raise questions about the establishment’s use of the IMF to bail out rich bankers on the backs of poor peasants, the “justice system” has done its work.

It is now safer for the authorities to release him than to risk a trial. The shrill bleating of the maid’s legal team signifies their agony at having lost their share of the hoped-to-be extorted millions now that a monetary settlement would clearly indicate obstruction of justice and prison for them all.

Those few who actually care about justice, not only for DSK and everyman, but also for the Greek, Spanish, Irish, and Portuguese people, can find comfort in the fact that apparently DSK had come to New York in order to speak with Nobel economist Joe Stiglitz about a more humane and democratic way to resolve the sovereign debt crisis in Europe than the one imposed by the private creditor banks.

Obviously, anyone who would consult with Stiglitz is perceived by the rich and powerful as a threat to their interest.

You don't have to look far to find even more intrigue in this whole case:

France abuzz with talk of comeback for Dominique Strauss-Kahn

News that the sexual assault case against Dominique Strauss-Kahn was teetering electrifies French political circles, with his allies talking of him making a swift political comeback and possibly playing a role in next year's presidential elections.

Note this next sentence and then consider the possibility of conspiracy:

Before his arrest in May, Strauss-Kahn was widely predicted by polls as able to beat President Nicolas Sarkozy in next year's election.

Exactly.

There was a sense that his Socialist Party had come almost full circle: from hopes of Strauss-Kahn winning next May's election, to shock at his arrest, to despair at his ordeal, back to shock, and now to new hope after claims that the woman who accused him of attempted rape may have lied.

And the story below adds yet another layer of interest:

First female IMF chief receives praise from former hometown of Chicago

French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde made history Tuesday by becoming the first female managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and her appointment received wide praise in Chicago, where she once served as chairman of one of the world's largest law firms.

From Chicago huh? Hmmmm. That certainly is interesting isn't it.

Lagarde, 55, will officially take over the IMF post on July 5. But as the current finance minister of France and member of the influential G-20 ministers that coordinated the multi-billion dollars in bailouts around the world, she is familiar with the crises in Greece, Ireland and Portugal.

With her victory, France maintains its 65-year stronghold of the IMF post. But it also followed controversy over the arrest of Dominique Strauss-Kahn on allegations that he sexually assaulted a hotel maid in New York.

"The IMF desperately needs a stable leadership," Eichenbaum said. "She really does face the extraordinary challenge of making the IMF less Euro-American-centric and more inclusive."

Unmasking the "international community"

Once again, we see Caroline Glick at her best:

Unmasking the "international community"

For many years, the Left in Israel and throughout the world has upheld the so-called "international community" as the arbiter of all things. From Israel's right to exist to climate change, from American world leadership to genetically modified crops, the Left has maintained that the "international community" is the only body qualified to judge the truth, lawfulness, goodness and justice of all things.

She could have included additional items such as "biblical prophecy, evolution, Jesus' identity", etc.

Most of those who uphold this view see the United Nations as the embodiment of the "international community."

US President Barack Obama has repeatedly made clear that his chief litmus test for the viability or desirability of a foreign policy is the support it garners in UN institutions.

After discussing the current bid from the Palestinians to obtain UN approval for a "PA State", and the UN's anti-Israeli history, she gets to this:

A glance at UN affairs in recent days is revealing.

Last week UN members elected Qatar President of the General Assembly and Iran one of the body's vice presidents. Both countries' representatives will use their platform to advance their regimes' anti-American, anti-Israel and anti-Western agendas.

Then we get to this bit of news- if you aren't familiar with the "Durban" meetings, then below is a useful reminder

As Prof. Anne Bayefsky noted in The Weekly Standard last week, their first order of business will be leading the Durban III conference that will take place in New York on the sidelines of September's General Assembly meeting.

The first Durban conference was of course the infamously racist and anti-Jewish UN conference in Durban, South Africa, in September 2001. At Durban, Israel was singled out as the only racist, xenophobic country in the world and Jewish people were denied their right to national rights and self-determination. The conference ended three days before the jihadist attacks on the US on September 11, 2001.

In addition to their anti-Jewish conference, the Qatari and Iranian leaders of the General Assembly will reliably advance a General Assembly resolution embracing Palestinian statehood and condemning Jewish statehood.

Perhaps anticipating its new leadership role in the "international community," last weekend Iran hosted its first "World Without Terrorism Conference." Speaking at the conference, Iran's supreme dictator Ali Khamenei called Israel and the US the greatest terrorists in the world.

Aside from the fact that the leaders from Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan - who owe their power and freedom to the sacrifices of the US military - participated in the conference, the most notable aspect of the event is that it took place under the UN flag.

This is incredibly ominous news - yet highly prophetic. The UN is now shaping up to be even more radically opposed to Israel than ever before, and that is saying a lot. The above comments make it abundantly clear - that these "leaders" are openly declaring, as representatives of the UN - that the U.S. and Israel are being called the "greatest terrorists in the world". This statement cannot be casually dismissed, especially when considering that this statement was made "under the UN flag".

This is a surreal moment and should force us to step back and consider where we are - as a world - at this time in history.

So as far as the UN's highest official is concerned, when it comes to terrorism there is no qualitative difference between Iran on the one hand and the US and Israel on the other.

Here it is worth noting that among the other invitees, Iran's "counterterror" conference prominently featured Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir.

Bashir is wanted by the International Criminal Court on genocide charges for the genocide he has perpetrated in Darfur
.

She adds this important point:

The new General Assembly vice president is not merely the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism. It is also a nuclear proliferator. This no doubt is why Iran's UN representative expressed glee when earlier this month his nation's fellow nuclear proliferator North Korea was appointed the head of the UN's Conference on Disarmament.

Sigh...You have to be kidding.

This would be the same North Korea that has conducted two illicit nuclear tests; constructed an illicit nuclear reactor in Syria; openly cooperated with Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile program; attacked and sank a South Korean naval ship last year, and threatened nuclear war any time anyone criticizes its aggressive behavior.

But other than that, N. Korea was a great choice for this position. (sorry for the sarcasm, but this is just too ridiculous)

At this point, our friend Caroline Glick brings the point home:

What these representative examples of what passes for business as usual at the UN show is that the international institution considered the repository of the will of the "international community" is wholly and completely corrupt.

It is morally bankrupt. It is controlled by the most repressive regimes in the world and it uses its US- and Western-funded institutions to attack Israel, the US, the West and forces of liberty and liberalism throughout the world.

While emptily mouthing slogans of tolerance, all these adherents to the rule of the "international community" embrace the agenda of the most violent, intolerant, totalitarian forces in the world. Not only do they embrace them, they serve them.

Amen.

Daily Headlines

It now looks like the U.S. will align with the Muslim Brotherhood - the same group who would like to destroy Israel:

U.S. to expand contacts with Muslim Brotherhood

The U.S. government has decided to expand contacts with Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood, officials said Thursday, a shift that reflects the Islamist group’s growing role since the pro-democracy uprising in the key Arab country.

Egypt’s interim government recognized the Brotherhood’s political party in June. With a network of social-service providers and sympathetic mosques, the Brotherhood is expected to do well in parliamentary elections scheduled for September.

The shift in U.S. policy is likely to upset some U.S. lawmakers. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, declared in June that the Islamist group was “committed to violence and extremism” and said that “the administration must not engage the Muslim Brotherhood.”

A Major U.S. Policy Shift Toward the Muslim Brotherhood Disguised

Here’s the headline: “U.S. to resume formal Muslim Brotherhood contacts.” But that’s not true. In fact, as the Reuters article itself admits, there have never been “formal” contacts before but only informal ones. Let’s examine the language, which stems from a “senior U.S. official,” to see what the Obama administration thinks about the Muslim Brotherhood:

A step that reflects the Islamist group’s growing political weight but that is almost certain to upset Israel and its U.S. backers.

We are supposed to believe that only Israel and the Jews will be upset about the Obama administration moving closer to a radical antisemitic, anti-Christian, anti-American, anti-Western, pro-terrorist group that wants to repress women, kill gays, and overturn pretty much every existing government in the region.

You know, just like in the 1930s when certain people said that opposition to the totalitarian threat of those years was just coming from the Jews.

But there’s more. Every day for decades the Brotherhood has supported violence against Israel. It has supported violence against Americans in Iraq, and on various other fronts. Why is this so hard to see?

The result has been a dilemma for the Obama administration. Former officials and analysts said it has little choice but to engage the Brotherhood directly, given its political prominence after the February 11 downfall of former President Hosni Mubarak.

And what are we told about the Brotherhood’s goals? This:

The group says it wants a civil state based on Islamic principles, but talk by some members of an “Islamic state” or “Islamic government” have raised concerns that their goal is a state where full Islamic sharia law is implemented.

The MSM is attempting to paint the Muslim Brotherhood as a "moderate" group and thus a reasonable alternative to more radical groups. Don't be fooled.

So we just can’t tell if the Muslim Brotherhood wants a radical Islamist state before it takes power. Just like it was presumably a mystery about what Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini wanted to do in Iran, the Taliban in Afghanistan, Hizballah in Lebanon, and Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

And finally the article doesn’t even mention the most important development in U.S.-Muslim Brotherhood relations during that group’s eighty-year history: President Barack Obama’s explicit (and uninvited) statement accepting the Brotherhood being in government. U.S. policy is paving the way for a radical, possibly Islamist, Egypt. It is a catastrophic strategy.

Who Is The Muslim Brotherhood?

The MB has has tried to portray itself as moderate and democratic. But at its core it is anything but. The Brotherhood is a wolf in sheep`s clothing.

The Brotherhood`s goal is to turn the world into an Islamist empire. The Muslim Brotherhood, founded in Egypt in 1928, is a revolutionary fundamentalist movement to restore the caliphate and strict shariah (Islamist) law in Muslim lands and, ultimately, the world.

Here are some interesting quotes:

"It is in the nature of Islam to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its law on all nations and to extend its power to the entire planet." -Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna

The Brotherhood calls for jihad against "the Muslim`s real enemies, not only Israel but also the United States. Waging jihad against both of these infidels is a commandment of Allah that cannot be disregarded." -Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Muhammed Badi, Sept. 2010

Hamas is a "wing of the Muslim Brotherhood,"according to the Hamas Charter, Chapter 2. The Charter calls for the murder of Jews, the "obliteration" of Israel and its replacement with an Islamist theocracy.

The Brotherhood supports Hezbollah`s war against the Jews. Brotherhood leader Mahdi Akef declared he was "prepared to send 10,000 jihad fighters immediately to fight at the side of Hezbollah" during Hezbollah`s war against Israel in 2006.

The Brotherhood advocates a deceptive strategy in democracies: appear moderate and use existing institutions to gain power. "The civilizational-jihadist process...is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and `sabotaging` its miserable house...so that it is eliminated and God`s religion is made victorious overall other religions," reads a US Muslim Brotherhood 1991 document

There are many more quotes contained in this article - quotes that reveal exactly what the Muslim Brotherhood is all about.

Our Partners in peace, the Muslim Brotherhood?

While we were sleeping, literally and figuratively, this President decided that the leadership of the Muslim Brotherhood are actually swell folks who deserve our recognition. Yes, the same Muslim Brotherhood who is among the most virulent Jew haters on the planet, spawn of Hitler and the genocidal Nazi death machine, will now be welcomed into our diplomatic circles.

America's Future: No More Credit

On our current path, the economic future of the United States is darker, less prosperous, and less secure. Why? For decades, Washington has been on a spending spree fueled by reckless levels of debt and trillions in deficits. This problem has only been exacerbated during the first 19 months of the Obama administration. Federal debt, held by the public, has increased by more than $2.5 trillion. This vast increase is greater than the cumulative total of national debt that was amassed from George Washington through Ronald Reagan.

Global 'train wreck' coming

THE global economy is facing ''a slow-motion train wreck'' with Greece only the first nation to be hit, Reserve Bank director Warwick McKibbin has told a Melbourne conference.

''Greece, Portugal and Ireland don't just need to have their debts written off, they need to have a 30 per cent to 40 per cent depreciation of their real exchange rate,'' he told the conference.

''There are two ways to do that, either pull out of the euro and depreciate by 40 per cent, or have deflation of 40 per cent over the next 12 months.

'I do not believe any society can survive having a 40 per cent deflation that's been imposed by the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank.''
