Soon, there will be no need to discuss territorial concessions by Kiev – Russia will have conquered all Donbas.
While negotiations to end the Russia-Ukraine war are proceeding in a very low-key format, it’s only fair to admit that the process appears to be deadlocked.
And while the MSM is super happy to blame Russian President Vladimir Putin, the fact is that these negotiations are a game of concessions, and the losing side doesn’t want to play.
The US and Russia tackle the peace negotiations in a no-nonsense basis: ‘to the victor, the spoils’ – the winning side gets to have most demands met, and fewer concessions made.
That’s the way it goes.
But the EU Globalists, with Ukraine riding along, seem to think that their collective will overrides the basic facts of life, so they insist on a ‘just peace’.
The problem for Kiev is: Russian forces are conquering territory in Ukraine at one of the fastest rates since the war began.
The Telegraph reported:
“The speed of advance was approaching the fastest since the initial invasion almost four years ago, the Institute for the Study of War, a US think tank, said.
Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, has said he will seize the eastern Donbas region of Ukraine either by force or through negotiation.”
