Marching Into Tyranny = Marching Into The Tribulation

Bundy Ranch Political Prisoner EJ Parker Speaks from Prison: "Do We Have a First Amendment?

Behind the scenes, and out of the eyesight of public and mainstream media brews a potentially watershed constitutional crisis. On Saturday 12 April, 2014 three men traveled from Central Idaho to Bunkerville, Nevada because of the lawless, heavy-handed suppression of natural, Constitutionally-protected rights that they had witnessed in the days prior. Agents of the Bureau of Land Management(BLM) had tazed, assaulted, and used bite dogs on protesters. The BLM established cordoned off areas known as “First Amendment Zones,” where people could lawfully exercise their First Amendment Rights. Recognizing the egregious overstep of Federal Agencies as it relates to these immutable rights; Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, and Steven Stewart traveled through the night to Nevada with the intent to resist the Government’s abjectly unlawful suppression of rights. On an overpass, able to observe a group of men, women, and minor children protestors who were preparing to walk toward a gate where agents had corralled 400 or so of Cliven Bundy’s cattle, they witnessed heavily armed agents announce that they were authorized to use lethal force if the crowd moved any closer… to protect cattle. Believing that these agents were about to unlawfully deprive these protesters of life and liberty with lethal force, they established a defensive posture from which, if necessary, they could defend the people below who were guilty of nothing more than exercising their right to free speech.

Fast-forward two years. Nearly 700 days after what has colloquially become known as the Bundy Ranch standoff, these men were arrested, detained, and charged with a litany of crimes that carry a maximum sentence of over 100 years if served consecutively. Despite being, functional, productive members of society with no relevant, substantial criminal history; maintaining gainful employment while raising families, they have been denied pretrial release. They were held in solitary confinement for nearly 60 days. Their right to a speedy trial is being suppressed by the US Attorneys who are asking the courts to consider the case “complex” and asking that they all be tried in a large, single trial… sometime in 2017. In the meantime, their families are left with the burden of survival with primary breadwinners sitting in Federal Prison.

Standoff = "A deadlocked confrontation between antagonists."
An eyewitness to what took place at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in Oregon concerning those protesting the DC government's unconstitutional usurpation of land has said that there was no standoff in Oregon.
Deb Jordan, co-host of The Pete Santilli Showtook to Facebook to convey that she witnessed absolutely no standoff in Oregon.
"Did you know there was never a "STANDOFF" at the Malhuer Refuge in Harney County Oregon?" Jordan wrote. "The Oregon Standoff is a myth created by the press at the command of the FBI, Sheriff David Ward, and Judge Steven Grasty who acted under direction of Oregon Governor Kate Brown. Governor Kate Brown's office controlled the narrative right down to what David Ward and the FBI would say to the press."

So, if there was no standoff, what exactly occurred? Jordan gives us an interesting insight that the press failed to report.
"At no time were the men and women unable to communicate freely with law enforcement -- actually the opposite occurred," she penned. "They traveled freely from County to County. They traveled freely in and out of the town of Burns and met with local authorities on an almost daily basis. Most, including Ammon Bundy, shook hands with and had meals in local establishments with law enforcement and FBI present who were having a meal at the same establishment at the same time. They traveled freely to buy groceries, and shop in local clothing stores. They went to meetings in town, and yes, they even attended local church services on Sundays. They met in the homes of many local citizens.

She added that she didn't observe law enforcement or protestors treat one another as if they were frightened.
"I saw them engage in civil conversation," she wrote. "I saw them shake hands. I saw them smile and laugh. I saw them interact on a level that was anything but hostile or threatening."
Additionally, while the mainstream media was reporting that the people were not only frightened, but wanted militia and those who were a part of the protest to leave, Jordan saw something completely different.
"Hotels and businesses were appreciative of the much needed business, and were happy to do that much needed business with their new found friends," she said. "Hugs and thank you's were the norm."
Even the media were not frightened to cover the story there.
"I asked other Media persons if they were frightened to be there and they all said, 'No'!" Ms. Jordan said. "Some even said it was kind of boring. Some said they didn't understand why the FBI and David Ward insisted that people were terrified."
It's because their every move and words were being orchestrated, not just by Kate Brown's office, but also from Washington, DC.

"At no time was there a hostile law enforcement presence at the Refuge," Jordan continued. "The most terrifying things that happened was in the form of an ambush designed by the FBI and OSP that ended in violence, and a counter protest after the fact where LEO failed to constitutionally protect the protestors from harm."

"The march towards martial law is something that is often ignored by the general public, often labeled as Quackery or something belonging on conspiracy websites. But what's happening in this country is exactly what our founders warned us about, and martial law is something they took very, very seriously." – SGT

Rawles: "We're verging on a society that's a police state at this point. And people need to wake up, and they need to get themselves prepared. If they're going to move overseas, they should take the gap, soon. If they're going to hunker down in the States, they need to get their beans, bullets and band-aids squared away, now. Because those windows of opportunity are closing."
Jones: "Are you getting chills? What I mean is, ten years ago I used to feel the urgency, but now, it's blowing me away."
Rawles: "The immediacy of it is almost overwhelming at this point. When I drafted my first novel 'Patriots' back in 1990-91, people looked at it as sort of wild speculation. But a lot of it in there has come to pass. We're living in increasingly dangerous times. We're entering into an age of deception and betrayal, by our own government. And people need to recognize that. And if they're not scared right now, they're not paying attention."

Here is a lesson from History: Socialism doesn’t work.  Look at the most spectacular crash of an empire in our lives: the sudden Christmas present to the world of the unexpected evaporation of that great prison house of nations the USSR.  Look at the rolling blackouts of Venezuela.  Look at the pathetic pictures of a once prosperous Havana, now a slum frozen in time.  Socialism provides example after example, it just doesn’t work.

Winston Churchill said, “Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.” Margret Thatcher told us that the problem with Socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people’s money. Ronald Reagan said, “Socialism only works in two places: Heaven where they don't need it and hell where they already have it.”  The way I see it, once it becomes obvious that robbing Peter to pay Paul is the foundational policy of the State, everyone will change their name to Paul.

We penalize success.  Our corporate tax rate is the third highest in the world.  Because of this, many of our most successful corporations are seeking to relocate to other countries with lower tax rates in a practice known as Corporate Inversion.  Some stock holders might call that due diligence.  Our wanabe Big Brothers call it treason.  Our Dear Leader followed his habit of ruling by decree and declared the procedure to be illegal. Afterwards, he renewed calls on Congress to pass a law to prohibit the practice of putting the cart before the horse constitutionally speaking.  We can’t build a fence to keep intruders out, but we can build a legal fence to keep earners in to pay for the very system that is penalizing them for succeeding.

[A] group called the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association is intent on strictly enforcing their view of the U.S. Constitution … “its ambition is to encourage law enforcement officers to defy laws they decide themselves are illegal.” In essence, they are troubled by the overreach of the federal government in matters concerning guns, taxes and land management, and founder Richard Mack has described the federals as “the greatest threat we face today,” and his association as “the army to set our nation free.”

At a recent training for local police, the CPI reported, Mack declared that “gun control is against the law” and that his goal was to sign up about one-fourth of the nation’s sheriffs to join the association… find a true constitutional sheriff who’ll tell the federal government, ‘You’re not going to abuse citizens anymore.’”

As more people are arrested in connection with the Bundy Ranch siege in 2014 and the Oregon protest that took place earlier this year, attorneys for defendants are concerned that their family members and friends are being put on the terror watch list, a list which has no criteria and is a clear violation of the Fifth Amendment.

In an exclusive interview, Deb Jordan, who is the co-host of the Pete Santilli Show, spoke with us from Nevada where Santilli is incarcerated until May 8 when he is to face a judge there for charges against him.
"The attorneys are concerned that the family members and those close to these guys are being monitored," Jordan said. "Their concern is that they're being put on the terror watch list, monitoring phone calls with attorneys and others."
Back in December, before the events unfolded in Oregon, Santilli and Jordan were held at gun point by Ohio police and were told that Santilli was listed on the terror watch list. Later, Jordan was released, but Santilli faced a gun charged, which was later dropped.
