Soros: National Borders Are The Enemy, The Explosive Growth Of Poverty In The U.S., Dangerous Volcano Roaring To Life In N. America

Soros: National Borders Are The Enemy

The preeminent funder of border-busting campaigns in the U.S. and overseas now openly admits his efforts in Europe are aimed at destroying national borders on that continent.

The unusually frank statement from frequent coup kingpin George Soros comes after Hungary’s prime minister accused him of helping to orchestrate the ongoing invasion of the landlocked nation and the rest of Europe by illegal aliens. Soros is arguably the biggest mass migration-promoting coyote on the planet. He is also an admitted Nazi collaborator, described by David Horowitz as a “deracinated Jew,” who argues that Muslims are treated so badly in the West that they are the new Jews. Soros doesn’t care that these migrants and Syrian war refugees are largely Muslim men and that intelligence agencies fear that many of the new arrivals have connections to Islamic terrorism.

Besieged Hungarian premier Viktor Orbán said the ongoing invasion of his country is “driven, on the one hand, by people smugglers, and on the other by those [human rights] activists who support everything that weakens the nation-state.”

“This Western mindset and this activist network is perhaps best represented by George Soros.”

“His name is perhaps the strongest example of those who support anything that weakens nation states, they support everything that changes the traditional European lifestyle,” Orbán said in a radio interview. “These activists who support immigrants inadvertently become part of this international human-smuggling network.”

Left-wing groups are relentlessly attacking the prime minister. Bloomberg News reports that human rights organizations have criticized Orbán “for building a razor-wire fence on the border, tightening asylum laws and boosting his support among voters with anti-immigrant rhetoric.”

But Orbán, who leads the conservative nationalist party known as the Fidesz–Hungarian Civic Alliance, shows no signs of backing down in his defense of his homeland. Last month he accused an array of Soros-funded groups of “drawing a living from the immigration crisis.”

Orbán spokesman János Lázár quipped that Soros “keeps bombarding the international public with his earth-shattering plans, quite obviously, in the name of true selflessness which he has manifested in so many ways in the countries where his activities have resulted in sovereign default in the past 30 years.”

Orbán also warned that immigration and multiculturalism are placing Europe’s “Christian roots” in jeopardy while creating “parallel societies.” Europeans have to “stick to our Christian values” and “Europe can be saved,” but only if they “take seriously the traditions, the Christian roots and all the values that are the basis of the civilization of Europe.”

Soros replied to Orbán in an email sent to Bloomberg reporters. He claims that a six-point plan promoted by his foundation helps “uphold European values” while Orbán’s actions “undermine those values.”

“His plan treats the protection of national borders as the objective and the refugees as an obstacle,” Soros, a naturalized American, said in the statement. “Our plan treats the protection of refugees as the objective and national borders as the obstacle.”
Of course it was Ronald Reagan who said, “A nation that cannot control its borders is not a nation.” Soros is proving Reagan right.

Soros blames the European Union, not the barbaric Islamofascist decapitators of Islamic State or those Muslims intent on hijra (i.e. conquest through immigration), for the crisis on the continent. In a preamble to his plan, which is more of an international power grab, Soros claims that EU countries have brought this crisis on themselves:

This Soros blueprint for the fundamental transformation of Europe, parts of which were previously disclosed, calls for “a European plan [that] must be accompanied by a global response, under the authority of the United Nations and involving its member states.” Such a move “would distribute the burden of the Syrian crisis over a larger number of states, while also establishing global standards for dealing with the problems of forced migration more generally.”

The EU must create a single EU border agency and harmonize the 28 separate asylum systems now in place in its individual member states. “[S]afe channels” must be established to aid migrants in traveling wherever they want to go. “This is very urgent in order to calm the panic.” Whatever operational and financial arrangements come out of this “should be used to establish global standards for the treatment of asylum-seekers and migrants.”

The EU must take in “at least a million asylum-seekers annually for the foreseeable future” and ante up €15,000, or US$16,800, for each “asylum-seeker for each of the first two years to help cover housing, health care, and education costs – and to make accepting refugees more appealing to member states.”

The Hungarian-born billionaire hedge fund manager even snuck in a way to profit personally from the crisis.

The EU “can raise these funds by issuing long-term bonds using its largely untapped AAA borrowing capacity,” Soros says, “which will have the added benefit of providing a justified fiscal stimulus to the European economy.”

Soros criticizes Orbán’s six-point plan to address the massive migration as too focused on European interests. That plan “subordinates the human rights of asylum-seekers and migrants to the security of borders, threatens to divide and destroy the EU by renouncing the values on which it was built and violating the laws that are supposed to govern it.”
The octogenarian Soros, whose demeanor is that of a decrepit James Bond villain on sedatives, is profiled extensively at Discover The Networks.

Soros traffics in revolution and human misery. His devious business deals have brought the financial systems of the United Kingdom and Malaysia to their knees. Soros helped finance the Czech Republic’s 1989 “Velvet Revolution.” He acknowledged having orchestrated coups in Croatia, Georgia, Slovakia, and Yugoslavia. In the United States, he has financed the violent, politically destabilizing Occupy Wall Street and Black Lives Matter movements.

Crippling his adopted homeland, which already admits a quarter million difficult-to-assimilate foreign Muslims every year, is also a favorite pastime of Soros.

Through his philanthropies Soros has given more than $100 million to U.S.-based groups that support “immigrant rights,” immigration amnesty, and open borders since 1997. The goal is to flood America with reliably Democratic future voters who will support Soros’s extreme left-wing policy agenda.

Soros makes little effort to conceal his contempt for this nation. He openly favors the collapse of the greenback and the decline of America in general. “The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States,” he has said. Soros praises Red China effusively and has said the totalitarian nation—which cuts babies in unauthorized pregnancies from the wombs of their mothers, tortures and kills religious dissenters such as Falun Gong members, and runs over eminent domain resisters with steam-rollers—has “a better-functioning government than the United States.”

Soros also holds Europe in contempt, which is why he is cheerleading the swamping-in-progress of the EU with Muslim immigrants who resent learning the languages of their new homelands and embracing their cultures.

What you are about to see is more evidence that the growth of poverty in the United States is wildly out of control.  It turns out that there is a tremendous amount of suffering in “the wealthiest nation on the planet”, and it is getting worse with each passing year.  During this election season, politicians of all stripes are running around telling all of us how great we are, but is that really true?  As you will see below, poverty is reaching unprecedented levels in this country, and the middle class is steadily dying.  There aren’t enough good jobs to go around, dependence on the government has never been greater, and it is our children that are being hit the hardest.  If we have this many people living on the edge of despair now, while times are “good”, what are things going to look like when our economy really starts falling apart?  The following are 21 facts about the explosive growth of poverty in America that will blow your mind…

#1 The U.S. Census Bureau says that nearly 47 million Americans are living in poverty right now.
#2 Other numbers from the U.S. Census Bureau are also very disturbing.  For example, in 2007 about one out of every eight children in America was on food stamps.  Today, that number is one out of every five.
#3 According to Kathryn J. Edin and H. Luke Shaefer, the authors of a new book entitled “$2.00 a Day: Living on Almost Nothing in America“, there are 1.5 million “ultrapoor” households in the United States that live on less than two dollars a day.  That number has doubled since 1996.
#4 46 million Americans use food banks each year, and lines start forming at some U.S. food banks as early as 6:30 in the morning because people want to get something before the food supplies run out.
#5 The number of homeless children in the U.S. has increased by 60 percentover the past six years.
#6 According to Poverty USA, 1.6 million American children slept in a homeless shelter or some other form of emergency housing last year.
#7 Police in New York City have identified 80 separate homeless encampments in the city, and the homeless crisis there has gotten so bad that it is being described as an “epidemic”.
#8 If you can believe it, more than half of all students in our public schools are poor enough to qualify for school lunch subsidies.
#9 According to a Census Bureau report that was released a while back, 65 percent of all children in the U.S. are living in a home that receives some form of aid from the federal government.
#10 According to a report that was published by UNICEF, almost one-third of all children in this country “live in households with an income below 60 percent of the national median income”.
#11 When it comes to child poverty, the United States ranks 36th out of the 41 “wealthy nations” that UNICEF looked at.
#12 The number of Americans that are living in concentrated areas of high poverty has doubled since the year 2000.
#13 An astounding 45 percent of all African-American children in the United States live in areas of “concentrated poverty”.
#14 40.9 percent of all children in the United States that are being raised by a single parent are living in poverty.
#15 An astounding 48.8 percent of all 25-year-old Americans still live at home with their parents.
#16 There are simply not enough good jobs to go around anymore.  It may be hard to believe, but 51 percent of all American workers make less than $30,000 a year.
#17 There are 7.9 million working age Americans that are “officially unemployed” right now and another 94.7 million working age Americans that are considered to be “not in the labor force”.  When you add those two numbers together, you get a grand total of 102.6 million working age Americans that do not have a job right now.
#18 Owning a home has traditionally been a signal that you belong to the middle class.  That is why it is so alarming that the rate of homeownership in the United States has been falling for eight years in a row.
#19 According to a recent Pew survey, approximately 70 percent of all Americans believe that “debt is a necessity in their lives”.
#20 At this point, 25 percent of all Americans have a negative net worth.  That means that the value of what they owe is greater than the value of everything that they own.
#21 The top 0.1 percent of all American families have about as much wealthas the bottom 90 percent of all American families combined.

It would be one thing if economic conditions were getting better and poverty was in decline.  At least then we could be talking about the improvement we were making.  But despite the fact that we are stealing more than a hundred million dollars from future generations of Americans every single hour of every single day, poverty just continues to grow like an aggressive form of cancer.

More than 25 million people live in the vicinity of North America’s 2nd-highest volcano, and in recent weeks this volcano has been steadily rumbling and has been spewing out massive amounts of black smoke and ash.  I have previously written about “the most dangerous mountain in the United States” (Mt. Rainier), but if the volcano that I am talking about today experiences a full-blown explosive eruption it could potentially be a cataclysmic event beyond what most of us would dare to imagine.  Popocatepetl is an Aztec word that means “smoking mountain," and it is also the name of a giant volcano that sits approximately 50 miles away from Mexico City’s 18 million residents.  “Popo," as it is called by locals, was dormant for much of the 20th century, but it came back to life in 1994.  And now all of this unusual activity in recent weeks has many wondering if a major eruption may be imminent

As most of you already know, Mexico sits on the “Ring of Fire” that stretches along the outer rim of the Pacific Ocean.  Over the past couple of years seismic activity throughout this area has started to really heat up, and according to Volcano Discovery there are dozens of volcanoes associated with the Ring of Fire that have recently erupted.

That is why so many people are alarmed about the very unusual activity that we began to see from Popocatepetl starting in mid-September.  The following is from a report that was posted on September 23rd

CENAPRED reported that during 16-22 September the seismic network at Popocatépetl recorded 15-89 daily emissions consisting of water vapor, gas, and sometimes ash; cloud cover often prevented visual observations. Variable nighttime or morning crater incandescence was observed most days, and 1-13 daily explosions were registered.

In recent days, the activity at Popocatepetl seems to be getting stronger and more intense.  This next excerpt is from an article the Telegraph posted on October 21st
Mexico’s Popocatepetl volcano put on a spectacular display as it spewed out huge clouds of ash in to the sky.
The volcano, which is 50 miles south east of Mexico City spat ash and smoke 2500 metres above the volcano’s crater.
Mexico’s volcano experts says the volcano had around 40 exhalations with a series a of rumblings in the past three months.

So ultimately Popocatepetl is not just a Mexican problem.  If a major eruption took place, it would quickly become a U.S. problem too.
Speaking of the United States, the unprecedented earthquake swarm near San Francisco that I reported on the other day is getting even worse.  The following comes from NBC News

Islamic State militants seized the Syrian town of Maheen in southwestern Homs province on Sunday. The offensive started with two suicide bomb attacks, after hours of fierce battle government forces withdrew from the city.

The Syrian Observatory for Human rights said the capture of Maheen was a response to the recent attacks on ISIL positions.
The new US backed Syrian opposition, called the Democratic Forces of Syria, has recently launched offensive on ISIL positions in Hasaka province, which borders Iraqi territory and is critical for the jihadist group.
The United States is also planning to deploy its troops to help battle the Islamic State. Fewer than 50 soldiers would be sent to Syria to train, advise and assist the country’s opposition forces.
Finian Cunningham, a British freelance journalist working on international affairs, spoke to Sputnik in an exclusive interview saying that the US move is not aimed to counter ISIL, but rather restrict Russia’s air operations against the jihadist group.
“It would be a complete violation of the international law if the US sends its troops into Syria no matter what number of troops,” Cunningham said.
Talking about the real purpose of this mission he said, “I am very skeptical about it just like the yearlong air campaign that the US led coalition has allegedly been running to defeat ISIL. That was completely ineffective and sending troops in there to fight ISIL I just don’t buy it.”
He further said, “They are sending 50 troops and that is not going to be a game changer. It’s not going to strike a strategic blow against ISIL so I think it is a way of the US forces trying to strip Russia of its air campaign. The US is not cooperating with these troops and I think that the real purpose is to introduce a risk factor on the ground for the Russian military because the Russians would not want to accidentally hit the US forces.”
Talking about Syria he said that it is a sovereign government and President Assad was elected just last year. He said that the fate of Assad is not really up to the West, “Who are these foreign pars who are presenting the option that Assad has to go? It is an illicit interference into a foreign country. No outside par has the right to get involved.”
“The links with al-Qaeda, ISIL these extremists are just proxy forces for the imperialist pars. The West is orchestrating trouble for Russia by instrumenting these jihadists. I have seen reports of a lot of movement of these ISIL personnel through Ukraine they are proxy forces for the western pars. ”

In some ways it's very depressing what has become of our nation and the world. What's really baffling is how the one person with the answers to our problems is being systematically driven from society. This would be impossible to deal with if it were not foretold in Scripture, which makes it easier to accept. As our Lord and Savior said: When you see these things begin to happen, LOOK UP! For your redemption is nigh. Scott, thanks so much for all you do for us. Lord knows I could never do this.

3 John 1:11

Diotrephes and Demetrius

…10For this reason, if I come, I will call attention to his deeds which he does, unjustly accusing us with wicked
words; and not satisfied with this, he himself does not receive the brethren, either, and he forbids those who
desire to do so and puts them out of the church. 11Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. The
one who does good is of God; the one who does evil has not seen God. 12Demetrius has received a good
testimony from everyone, and from the truth itself; and we add our testimony, and you know that our testimony is true.

Dutch, so true.

Scott...lets say the scenarios come true and the flow of goods and services come to a stop...including medications. With all the folk on Psychotropic medications, sleep meds, BP meds, tobacco products, alcohol, and all the other "stuff" that alter the mood suddenly become unavailable? What's that going to look like?

Scott said...

I see two "layers" of this...One - the first layer - are those people with chronic medical conditions which will make it hard to survive without their meds (insulin dependent diabetes would concern me the most - without insulin things would be really tough for them, also those who need dialysis and more "immediate" day to day things ) - and there are an array of conditions like this...Then as the other half of this layer are the more chronic conditions that won't be immediately life threatening, but over months would be tough (hypertension, non-insulin dependent diabetes, those needing blood thinners, high cholesterol etc...) - they will survive although it will be harder.

The psych situation doesn't concern me as much as the above, but it will make things harder for sure. The extreme psych conditions willed to even more homeless, as those without their meds will probably end up on the streets- but we see this a lot today as well.

That first group above concerns me the most as it will be very hard to survive without their meds.

Good information and food for thought. Thanks.

After hearing about the huge increase in the number of people on mood/mind altering prescription drugs, I was wondering if we would be facing a world going a bit bizarre during withdrawal and less than "normal" when the current meds fully wore off.

My next door neighbor is a great guy but full disability due to PTSD and on a very regular Rx routine. We were discussing this and he said he might be very unpredictable for a couple weeks after his meds ran out. Just best steer clear if he seemed agitated at all.

Was wondering if there were any generalizations that could be made of the magnitude of this type problem and how to handle it or just stay "in" and insulated for a few weeks.

Scott said...

Yea thats true, but when we hit a situation like that, I'm going to be watching everyone's behavior for a lot of various red flags - and that includes those who may not be on any meds or anything like that.....IOW, the times will be so strange that our survival will depend on being able to read people. It will be a new experience - plus, we wouldn't know who is no longer receiving meds or those who have become unhinged from the situation (previously "norma;") - the psychotic folk are pretty easy to spot and typically harmless (the paranoid schizophrenics are much less common than the other categories)... So those folks will be easy to spot just like they are now in the downtown streets...

I think the situation will trigger a lot more "mental instability" than the lack of meds alone. It will definitely contribute to the situation, but in some ways everybody will be in that same pool - people who were previously "perfectly normal" may be more of a threat than people off their meds.

I hope this is making some sense.

No problem Scott. At our age we're entitled to a brain cramp here and there.
