This is interesting because it coincides with some of the proposed timelines for the beginning of the Tribulation:
Generation (Genea) - A lifespan, which in today's world is around 120 years. The oldest known person in the world just died at the age of 118. (note: earlier, proposed generation meanings of 70 years and 40 years are no longer valid). Jesus referred to the "days of Noah". 3 Then the Lord said, “My Spiritwill not contend with[a] humans forever, for they are mortal[b]; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”
Beginnings of birth pains (Matthew 24): 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.
Per A Fruchtenbaum 'Nation against nation, kingdom against kingdom' is an idiom for World War, given the context of Matthew 24...That covers ~ 1914-1918, WWI era. At that time there was a spike in earthquakes, famine (famine around the world, beyond the war theater), pestilence (Spanish Flu). The next major birth pain was WWII era with similar spikes in the above.
At the latest, establish a date for WWI. 1917 seem reasonable and also the year the Balfour Declaration was finalized allowing the Jews to return to Israel. This was also when the Spanish Flu began to spike. 1917 + 120 = 2037. This is from the beginning of the generation plus 120 years and must include the Second Advent. By these numbers, the Tribulation would have to start by 2030. Many believe that there will be an interval of 3.5 years between the gathering up and the beginning of the Tribulation (it has to do with the burning of the weapons from Gog-Magog, Ezekiel 38-39) and that lasting 7 years (ending at the AOD when Israelis are told to flee).
Interestingly the above video by Pete Garcia comes up with very similar dates. Keep in mind, this is not date-setting for the gathering up - it is date estimating for the Tribulation.

Agree....Its very interesting - the synergy between the timelines based on 7,000 year model and this last generation-birth pains model - they line up almost perfectly...Very interesting
It is a John the Baptist moment. We have been taught to bow our heads and close our eyes in prayer. Just maybe we should now instead be open eyed and be looking to Heaven and watching as the time of His return is near. The door to everlasting life is never closed to those that accept Him.
