Netanyahu: Iran Waging Global Terror Campaign

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke on Wednesday evening with Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and thanked him for his country's thorough and professionalinvestigation into the terrorist bombing in Burgas last July.
Netanyahu told Borissov, "The findings of the investigation are clear and prove that Hizbullah was responsible for the atrocity in Burgas. This is an additional indication that Iran, through its proxies, is conducting a global terrorist campaign that crosses borders and continents.

Why are corporate insiders dumping huge numbers of shares in their own companies right now?  Why are some very large investors suddenly making gigantic bets that the stock market will crash at some point in the next 60 days?  Do Wall Street insiders expect something really BIG to happen very soon?  Do they know something that we do not know? What you are about to read below is startling.  Every time that the market has fallen in recent years, insiders have been able to get out ahead of time.  David Coleman of the Vickers Weekly Insider report recently notedthat Wall Street insiders have shown "a remarkable ability of late to identify both market peaks and troughs".  That is why it is so alarming that corporate insiders are selling nine times as many shares as they are buying right now.  In addition, some extraordinarily large bets have just been made that will only pay off if the financial markets in the U.S. crash by the end of April.  So what does all of this mean?  Well, it could mean absolutely nothing or it could mean that there are people out there that actually have insider knowledge that a market crash is coming.  Evaluate the evidence below and decide for yourself...

What makes this so alarming is that corporate insiders have been exceedingly good at "timing the market" in recent years.  The following comes from a recent CNBC article entitled "Sucker Alert? Insider Selling Surges After Dow 14,000"...

So where is all of this headed?
Well, after the next major financial crisis in America things are going to get very tough.
We can get a hint for how things are going to be by taking a look at what is going on over in Europe right now.
Can you imagine people trampling each other for food?  That is what is happening in Greece.  Just check out this excerpt from a Reuters article...
Hundreds of people jostled for free vegetables handed out by farmers in a symbolic protest earlier on Wednesday, trampling one man and prompting an outcry over the growing desperation created by economic crisis.
Images of people struggling to seize bags of tomatoes and leeks thrown from a truck dominated television, triggering a bout of soul-searching over the new depths of poverty in the debt-laden country.
The suffering that the Greeks are experiencing right now will come to this country soon enough.
So enjoy this false bubble of debt-fueled prosperity while you can.  It is going to end way too soon, and after that there will be a whole lot of pain.

Predictably, it's all about a common hatred of Israel and it's highly predictable:

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is visiting Egypt this week, becoming the first Iranian head of state to visit Egypt since Tehran broke off diplomatic relations with Cairo in 1980.  Ahmadinejad is in Cairo for a summit meeting of the inter-governmental Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), but he hopes his meetings with Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi will help the Iranian regime to forge a strategic alliance with the Muslim Brotherhood-led government in Egypt.

Ahmadinejad’s journey to Cairo follows the icebreaker of Morsi’s visit last August to Tehran during the meeting of the Iranian-led Nonaligned Movement and a visit last month to Cairo by Iran’s foreign minister.

Although Iran is a Shiite-majority country and Egypt is a Sunni-majority country, the Iranian leaders are willing to put aside the historical theological conflicts between Shiites and Sunnis and focus on areas of common interest. Ahmadinejad explained the overarching bond among Muslims this way in an interview with Egypt’s state-run Al-Ahram daily, responding to reports of some differences of opinion between him and Egypt’s leading cleric:
For example, 40 people are sitting in a bus and they differ among themselves, but they are all heading to the same destination and to the same goal. What is common among us is bigger than our differences.
As an example of their common goals, the Muslim Brotherhood’s innate hostility towards Israel dovetails nicely with the Iranian regime’s hatred of the Jewish state. At the OIC summit in Cairo, Ahmadinejad warned, “The Iranian people are ready to march on Israel to destroy it if it launches an attack adventure against Iran.”

I am curious... Do we see an Iranian/Egyptian alliance anywhere in Scripture?

The Giog Magog war will involve multiple nations against Israel . Quite sure Iran is one of those nations but double check with Egypt..I'm GUESSING Egypt will b part of nations that attempt to destroy Israel. Frm wht I understand Gog Magog war wl take place AFTER Rapture. Gog Magog is not the final battle of Armeggedon wch takes place upon Jesus second coming after seven year Trib.

Hi Sister Alice,
No, Egypt will not be involved in the Ezekiel 38-39 war. Their, along with a lot of other of these enemy nations, destination is the Pit, as God will personally send them there.

God Bless!

Thanks! I knew that Egypt won't be a part of the Ezekiel 38-39 scenario (that's a Russia/Iran/Turkey alliance, if I understand correctly), but just wondered if we see Egypt and Iran together in any of the judgement passages on Egypt, for instance?

Also, I think I just answered my own question. Went back to check Psalm 83 and they are both there (the Hagarites are Egyptians). Granted, it's not necessarily and alliance, per se....

Bella, GREAT idea!

Back to work for me!!! Have a wonderful day in The Lord, blog family! :)

Hi everybody. If you don't mind please say a little prayer for me. Today I woke up screaming in pain. I don't know what I did or what caused it but breathing deep is very difficult and my back and abdomen are killing me. Hopefully it will go away because I have no idea what it is all about.

I think that the significance of the relationship goes like this:

- I believe Egypt will be involved in the Isaiah 17 scenario, based on their mention in Psa 83. ANd I am also starting to believe (and this is my speculation, so take it with a grain of salt) - that Isa 17 will really be a proxy war with Iran/Russia triggering events.

Especially considering that Hezbollah is an extension of Iran, and Iran is really controlling both S. LEbanon and Gaza. - Also part of the Isa 17 scenario IMO.

Now with Egypt - and this newly forming alliance - we see he southern part of what I call the "inner circle" conflict (Psa 83/Isa 17). The circle is almost complete and Iran/Russia are backing much of it.

Exactly Brother Scott :) There will be but a remnant of these nations left to tagalong with Gog after the Isaiah 17 war. Retaliation will be their cry when they flee to seek Gogs protection...

Scott and Mrs C

I was reading another opinion on another site the other day in researching for Revelation 18.
The man had an intersting take on the timing of Is 17 and thought that because there is sucha decimation of Israel mentioned ( fruit left in the tops of trees) that this is likely ( his opinion) in the tribulation. He said he could not imagine Israel being that cut down and then entering the trib.I think ( and this is with some cloudiness of memory) but tht he thought God magog came first , then a peace pact brought at the start of trib and this is 17 coming around the time of the death of the prophets.
Could this be a scenario worth considering?

Christine in Cleveland, thank you for the prayer. Unfortunately, I have no insurance and so I really am hessitant to go to a hospital. The one free hospital in my area is not a good one unfortunatley. I don't know what I'm going to do. Medicine like Gas x has helped but the pain is not completely gone.

I am not a Dr but this sounds like gall bladder. I have had mine removed and my daughter has too with symptoms just like what you described.Stay away from rich foods and roughage till you can get to a clinic. Sometimes a ston ewill move and cover the opening and it causes excruciating pain. Then it moves away till another time. A sonargram will tell you if you have gallstones at an xray clinic..
Praying for you,
kr

Sister KR,
This person is in error. Isaiah 17 does not take place during the Trib. This person is missing Gods Purpose for allowing His People to be taken down to a remnant ( only a few left in the branches) To put it simply, He is bringing Israel to their knees, while at the same time beginning to return to them.
It is the beginning, followed by the Ezekiel 38 invasion/war where He will return to His People in full Covenant once again after thousands of years. This person is correct with the Ezekiel 38 war followed by the beginning of the Trib, but Isaiah 17 precedes Ezekiel 38, and is in no way a part of the Trib.

God also tells us in Isaiah 17 why He allows this to happen to them. In addition, this would be the first time God has allowed this to happen to His People. As Brother Zola Levitt used to say, God chastens His People, but ALWAYS leaves a remnant, always. This is the history of the relationship between God and His People for centuries...

Mrs.C said...

Correction - this "wouldnt" be the first time God has allowed this to happen to His People...

Thanks Mrs C,

I agree with that as well. I have a very very hard time seeing Isa 17 taking place during the Tribulation.

First of all, I can't imagine a scenario in which the 'inner circle' of Psa 83/Isa 17 would not participate in Gog-MaGog unless they had already been destroyed. I mean, their land will be critical in the invasion (or build up/staging) - and the fact that they aren't involved at all in Gog-MaGog would be puzzling at best. That wouldn't be an invasion that they would willingly sit-out.

ALso - who would God save Israel from a massive invasion (Gog-MaGog) - and bring them back to Him in all the ways described - only to then allow Syria et al give them a huge blow. That makes no sense to me

It makes a lot more sense that Isa 17 would be a proxy war by Iran/Russia?turkey and then seeing a weakened Israel (probably the goal) - and in retaliation for Damascus - THEN invade. ANd now - with Israel completely vulnerable and on the verge of sure defeat, God comes in and saves them, and declares His existence and His intervention for the world to see.

Middle paragraph should say "Why would God", not "who..."

Waterer said...

Thanks Scott.
I see your points too. My only followup question is,won't Israel be puched out during the great Trib? I am thinking of this from a Matt 24 perspective in the time following the abomination?
The part that confuses me is that they sign a peace covenant with the wrong guy. They are preached to
by the 2 prophets and possibly.. Elijah before the prophets. Are you both saying that God returns and renews His covenant with them Prior to their signing with the Ac?
And they will only be a small remnant when they sigb the peace pact?
Do I have this right?

Scott said...

Well, thats complicated. Israel's reawakening to God is a process IMO, and it really begins around the time of Gog-MaGog; but that is just the beginning. As far as the 490 year period, that begins when the AC 'confirms' the covenant. As far as Matt 24 - are you referencing the mid-point when the AC declares himself god from the temple - and Jesus gives His warning that they are to flee? (presumably to Petra)? That reference to persecution is something different entirely, if I am understanding that correctly. That isn't a result of war, but a result of the AC's reign of persecution. But I may be misunderstanding the question there

Mrs.C said...

Its late, but Ill try to explain this. Yes, as His Word says, there are only a remnant left after the Isaiah 17 war. As said before, God has done this with His People many times over history.
He will return to His People in full, yes, right before the Trib starts. The Church, we are gone, and so now ALL of His Attention is back with them. He will reveal Himself to them, and the world He says.
This is fascinating, but Zola taught a gem from His Word. He said, (and Ill have to go find the notes) but he said that when the Rapture happens, that the Jews around the world will hear the trumpet, it will be the LAST Trumpet calling them back to Israel. He said the "Shout" was for the Church, and the Trumpet was for His People. He said they will return to His Land, and followed up that by saying that that is why their are so many Jewish congregated in Israel for the ac to go out at mid trib and viscously attack them. Whew, it was an awesome study. Zola didnt mention this, but Gods Word tells us Isaiah 17 will be devastating for His People, and yet at the same time, when the Last Trumpet blows they are called home to Israel, and we the Church respond to the Shout and are taken home to be with the Lord...Wow...forgive me, pretty tired...

Absolutely! God certainly hz allowed suffering for His People. And its so ironic that they, being the Apple of His eye, have failed , as a nation, to recognize that Jesus has been their Messiah all along. And in the infinite wisdom of Gods plan, He will bring them back to Him.....such astounding Divineness; its actually hard to wrap ones thinking around Gods perfection, timing and orchestration. God bless~

Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers. I don't know exactly what the deal is but I fee like I can barely move without pain. I just hope that it is not gallbladder like many you suggest. You are all in my prayers also.

Even tho you don't have insurance, you need to go to your doctor immediately & have him verify what is going on.... he will probably have you admitted but ask to go to hospitals with sliding scale based on your income. I don't have insurance either, but am "rated" at a county hospital in my area. You can't just sit on symptoms like you have- too serious to wait around on! Please keep us updated! :)
