The San Francisco Department of Public Health is recommending that people begin wearing masks again in some indoor settings. In a post published to X, formerly Twitter, on Friday, the department recommended people “consider” wearing masks in crowded indoor spaces.

“Make this summer a healthy one for yourself and others,” the department tweeted. “With COVID-19 circulating, please consider wearing a well-fitted mask in crowded indoor spaces.”

According to the latest city data, there are currently 33 people hospitalized in San Francisco with COVID. The 7-day average test positivity rate is currently at 6.5%.

This recommendation does not apply to Gavin Newsom dining in expensive restaurants nor Nancy Pelosi getting her hair washed in toney salons.

Probably more because of the stench in the air from defecating and urinating, or maybe the smell of butt-heads hair gel.
