Nasrallah's Call To Arms: Attack U.S. Bases, Warships, And 'Every Soldier' In The Region

Hassan Nasrallah: “Kill Every American Soldier in the Middle East”

Edy Cohen

This latest call to arms from Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of the Shi’ite Hezbollah militants...

We have watched Nasrallah broadcast his provocative speeches from within his bunker in Beirut for more than 10 years. He rails against the Lebanese people, then against Israel, and another time against the Syrian rebels, or Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, and so on.

But this time, his call to attack US soldiers managed to stir even the British, who in recent years have remained silent and unwilling even to call Hezbollah a terrorist organization. Even pressure from the Americans couldn’t convince the English to call the fanatic kettle black.

But Nasrallah’s speech did the trick.

Kill them all

His latest combative rhetoric directed at the Americans and their presence in the Middle East followed the assassination of Qasem Soleimani, leader of Iran’s Al-Quds Force.
After the killing of Soleimani, Nasrallah was angry and even sad at the loss of his terrorist friend. He said in a speech that one of Soleimani’s shoes was worth more than the heads of President Trump and all the American leadership.
Nasrallah committed to “a just punishment” and called for “Death to America.” His idea of “just punishment,” is “harming American bases in the Middle East, including American warships and every soldier and every American officer in the region.”
In addition, Nasrallah expressed confidence that if Americans are harmed, they will be “humiliated and beaten and leave the region.” He has also promised to attack US Embassies, referring to the “suicide bombers who kicked out America in the past (though they are still there and even more than they were in the past) when the soldiers’ burial caskets begin to arrive in the United States,” he boasted.
“Trump and his administration will understand that they have lost the region and will also lose the election,” he added.

It is not every day that a terrorist leader comes out publicly with a call to attack American soldiers.

Nasrallah will now be forever engraved in the minds of people around the world, especially the Americans, as a radical terrorist leader, and not a freedom fighter, as many foolishly think, against the so-called “Israeli occupation.”

This means that Nasrallah’s war to “liberate Palestine,” including Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, has now unwisely expanded to include attacks on the American military.

This is where Hezbollah deviates from its desire to be a “resistance movement,” and enters Iran’s war with the Middle East. It is no surprise that Hezbollah cares much more about Iran’s interests than those of its home country of Lebanon.

The public call to harm American soldiers will surely have many implications for Lebanon and the Hezbollah terrorist organization. And it has already begun. As mentioned, the British have now classified Hezbollah’s political arm as a terrorist organization. It was a long time coming, but better late than never.

In the meantime, the situation in Lebanon has worsened. Demonstrations have resumed and the people are blaming Iranian interference in their local affairs, and by association Nasrallah’s Hezbollah, for the dire financial situation in their country. The banks in Lebanon have announced that they are not able to give the citizens their funds, and many videos show locals shouting and beating bank employees who refuse to give them their money.
