FBI: Maduro’s Marxist Regime Using Tren de Aragua Gang to Destabilize U.S. from Within

FBI: Maduro’s Marxist Regime Using Tren de Aragua Gang to Destabilize U.S. from Within

Nicolás Maduro is a vicious Marxist dictator who absolutely hates the United States. When he opened the prisons in Venezuela and started sending gang members across our border, it was obvious that it was a form of unconventional warfare, and former President Biden either didn’t care or welcomed it. The murders, rapes, torture, sex trafficking, drug dealing, and other crimes were brushed off and the victims of TdA were unceremoniously ignored.
Fox News obtained “unclassified portions” of an FBI assessment, from a “senior” Trump administration official, that found that Maduro’s regime was using TdA gangbangers “as proxies for the Maduro regime in an effort to destabilize” a number of countries to undermine public safety. And it seemed to work very well until President Trump arrived on the scene.

Fox News Digital has learned that the FBI assesses that some Venezuelan government officials are likely using Tren de Aragua members as proxies for the Maduro regime in an effort to destabilize Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, and the United States. The official said the FBI assesses that this demonstrates Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro’s willingness to violate the territorial sovereignty of Venezuela’s neighbors to advance his regime’s policies.

The news outlet went on to report that FBI officials have further assessed that within “six to 18 months,” Venezuela will attempt to “leverage” TdA gangbangers in the US. They will be utilized as “proxy actors to threaten, abduct, and kill members of the Venezuelan diaspora” who dare to criticize Maduro. It is expected that similar activities throughout South America will take place.

“These findings should shock Americans but not the law enforcement community,” a senior administration official told Fox News Digital in an interview. “They reflect the sentiments of numerous other intelligence assessments across multiple agencies.”

How does it work? TdA answers to Maduro's cartel, the Cartel de los Soles. The cartel uses them as foot soldiers to terrorize the people and the political rivals of the socialist party to keep them in power. As an example, after the last election, in which Maduro got less then 30% of the vote, angry Venezuelans began protesting in the streets. Chavisitas and TdA would open fire on the protesters, murdering them. But because they weren't the military or state police, it gave Maduro and the socialists deniability. This is probably why the Democrat officials and the MSM lied to protect TdA when it began stealing apartment complexes from landlords, then selling underaged girls out of them. Speculations is, intended to protect them and keep them here to use them as muscle against their rivals exactly as Maduro had. Is this why there has been such a powerful reaction from Democrat activist judges against Trump for trying to rip down their internal networks? ‘The ODNI official told Fox News Digital that the FBI’s assessment is based on its domestic law enforcement operations against Tren de Aragua in America. ‘

‘ “This information and intelligence are the most robust and accurate given their focus on domestic security and crimes, versus limited intelligence assessments from other intelligence elements who by law focus solely on foreign intelligence collection and who, until President Trump took office, had very limited resources focused on TdA," the official said. ‘ Venezuelan government uses Tren de Aragua as proxies to undermine US public safety, FBI assessment finds

Trump has branded TdA, MS-13, and a number of other gangs as foreign terrorist organizations. He’s also prepping to go after the cartels.

Activist judges attempt to assist violent gangbangers

All of this is playing out as activist judges do everything they can using lawfare to keep President Trump from deporting Venezuelan migrants, who are suspected of being gang members, using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.

The Wall Street Journal has reported that federal judges in both Colorado and New York have “questioned the legality of the administration’s use of wartime measures to speed deportations of suspected TdA gang members.” Really? The company they keep, the tattoos, and the murderous crime sprees don’t speak for themselves? These obstructionists have more empathy for gangbangers than they do for their victims and they are all leftists.

From the Wall Street Journal:

In one of those cases, US District Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney in Colorado expressed serious doubt Tuesday about the government’s claims that current events constitute “irregular warfare” in which gang members are immigrating to the US to commit murders, kidnappings, drug trafficking, and other offenses.

Sweeney all but said Trump’s invocation of wartime authority for the gang deportations was unlawful. To use the Alien Enemies Act, Trump would have to establish the US is in a state of war, the judge said.

Well… we are in a state of war.

Breitbart has been at the forefront of reporting on Maduro’s machinations. Back in March, reporter Christian K. Caruzo wrote that the dictator’s regime would “’not rest’ until it had rescued Venezuelan migrants who were deported from the US and ‘sent to jail in El Salvador.’”

“We will not rest until the Venezuelans who have been kidnapped and sent to jail in El Salvador, violated and subjected without due process or the right to defense, return to their homeland,” Maduro asserted.

That same month, Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act in an effort to ratchet up the removal of Venezuelan TdA gangbangers.

“The Trump administration will continue to use every authority in our power to make sure these TdA terrorists, who are some of the worst in the world, are kept out of our country,” the official vowed to Fox News. “The American people voted overwhelmingly to make America safe again, and that is exactly what we will do.”

Maduro is set to stay in office until 2031. He has eliminated political competition, and it’s a good bet that, if given the chance, he will remain in power indefinitely. The brutal dictator needs to go.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) told Fox News on Wednesday that Tren de Aragua leaders historically have been “located and broadly benefited from conditions in Venezuela created by the Venezuelan government.”

“The Venezuelan government gives sanctuary to TdA, aiding and abetting their crimes and terrorist activities against the United States by enabling them to thrive,” the ODNI stated.
