In the last week, a major earthquake swarm involving more than 3,000 earthquakes in a single 24 hour timespan. Elsewhere, in Italy, the famed Mount Etna volcano produced a fascinating series of volcanic smoke rings. And, in Costa Rica, the Poas volcano produced a small eruption which marked the first from this volcano in 16 months. This video will discuss these stories and list the 43 volcanoes which are actively erupting around the planet.
