One of the most important command centers in eastern Ukraine, specifically in the city of Pokrovsk, was destroyed by the Russians with a double missile strike, hitting the Druzhbahotel, where hundreds of mercenaries and senior Ukrainian officials were at the time.
The number of Western mercenaries killed by the missile strikes is not known, but both the Russians and the Ukrainians report very heavy losses.
If the report of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs is accepted, the dead exceed 67.
To understand the very important position of Pokrovsk, it is a city very close to Marinka and Gorlovka, the suburbs of Donetsk through which Ukrainians have been squeezing the large Russian-speaking city of 1 million inhabitants since 2014 until today.
Marinka has in fact become a very painful "thorn" for the Russians/Russian-speakers as despite the fact that it is now controlled (the ruins basically) by the Ukrainians at a rate of 15%, however they have not yet been expelled from there (the type A fortifications created there by the Ukrainians under the instructions of the Americans are dense and multi-layered).
The strike in Pokrovsk was carried out because the Russians had information about a large meeting between Western mercenaries, Western agents and Ukrainian officials.
