Another U.S. city has been hit with historic flooding.
Chattanooga, Tennessee, has been hit with historic floods after flash flooding hit the city on Tuesday.
As of Thursday, four people have been reported dead due to the floods, with dozens more still unaccounted for.

Chattanooga Airport recorded 6.42 inches of rain on Tuesday, the second wettest day in the city’s history since records began in 1879, the National Weather Service Office in Morristown said.
