PM: Israel Will 'Hit All Nuclear Facilities' - Has Destroyed Half Of Iran's Launchers

Defense Minister Says Israel Has ‘Lost Patience’: If There Is Terror, There Will Be No Hezbollah

Defense Minister Israel Katz addressed this morning (Friday) the threats made by Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem against Israel, warning the organization of escalation.

Katz said, “The Hezbollah Secretary-General is not learning from his predecessors and is threatening to act against Israel accordingly.” Earlier this week, the leadership of the Lebanese organizations Amal and Hezbollah met for a discussion about the situation in the Middle East amidst the war between Iran and Israel and developments in Lebanon.

The Al-Akhbar newspaper reported that both organizations condemned Israel’s attacks in Iran, which they described as “desperate attempts to attack the entire resistance axis and harm the will of free peoples.”

Regarding the internal situation in Lebanon, the two organizations emphasized the importance of rehabilitating areas damaged by “Israeli aggression,” defined the goal as a national and humanitarian priority, and called for increased efforts by the Lebanese government and civil society to complete the recovery actions and provide the necessary support to strengthen the resilience of the citizens.

In a public message, Katz issued a threatening warning: “I suggest the Lebanese proxy be careful and understand that Israel has lost its patience with terrorists threatening it. If there is terror, there will be no Hezbollah.”

The Defense Minister’s comments were made in response to Qassem’s statement, where he said, “Iran’s steadfast position does not exempt us from our responsibility to stand by Iran and provide it with all kinds of support to put an end to Israeli arrogance.”

PM: Israel Will 'Hit All Nuclear Facilities' - Has Destroyed Half Of Iran's Launchers

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated Thursday evening that Israel is “ahead of schedule” in its military campaign against Iran, exceeding prior expectations and poised for further success.

In a rare Hebrew-language interview with the Kan public broadcaster, Netanyahu said Israel has destroyed at least half of Iran’s missile launchers, eliminated key military leaders, is targeting paramilitary forces and will hit all of Iran’s nuclear sites — including the heavily fortified Fordo nuclear facility.

“We are ahead of the schedule we set, both in terms of timing and results,” the premier said.

“The work has been outstanding,” Netanyahu said, explaining that he decided on the plan when a series of IDF operations left Iran’s strongest proxy, Hezbollah, “on its knees” toward the end of last year, and it became clear that Iran “was racing toward a nuclear capability.”

“The elimination of [former Hezbollah head Hassan] Nasrallah,” along with Israel’s gains against the Hamas terror group, “broke the Iranian axis. What does [Iran] have left?… This operation has been in planning for many months,” the prime minister added.

Addressing concerns over Israel’s reportedly depleted stock of Arrow missile interceptors, Netanyahu said the US was resupplying them and emphasized that “We’re striking [Iran’s] launchers. It doesn’t matter so much how many rockets they have. What matters is how many launchers they have — and we’re already getting there. I think we’ve already passed the halfway mark of their launchers.”

Netanyahu praised Israeli resilience under fire, comparing the home front to British society during the Blitz, the WWII German bombing campaign against Great Britain.
