George Soros Puppet-Master: Hacked Emails Expose Truth Behind Ukraine Turmoil

Hacked Emails Expose George Soros As Ukraine Puppet-Master

Just days after George Soros warned that World War 3 was imminent unless Washington backed down to China on IMF currency basket inclusion, the hacker collective CyberBerkut has exposed the billionaire as the real puppet-master behind the scenes in Ukraine. In 3 stunning documents, allegedly hacked from email correspondence between the hedge fund manager and Ukraine President Poroshenko, Soros lays out "A short and medium term comprehensive strategy for the new Ukraine," expresses his confidence that the US should provide Ukraine with lethal military assistance, “with same level of sophistication in defense weapons to match the level of opposing force," and finally explained Poroshenko's "first priority must be to regain control of financial markets," which he assures the President could be helped by The Fed adding "I am ready to call Jack Lew of the US Treasury to sound him out about the swap agreement."
The hacking group CyberBerkut claims it has penetrated Ukraine’s presidential administration website and obtained correspondence between Soros and Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko. It has subsequently posted all the intercepted pdfs on line at the following location. More details as RT earlier reported:

The hacktivists have published three files online, which include a draft of “A short and medium term comprehensive strategy for the new Ukraine” by Soros (dated March 12, 2015); an undated paper on military assistance to Kiev; and the billionaire’s letter to Poroshenko and Ukraine’s Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk, dated December 23, 2014.

According to the leaked documents, Soros supports Barack Obama’s stance on Ukraine, but believes that the US should do even more.

He is confident that the US should provide Ukraine with lethal military assistance, “with same level of sophistication in defense weapons to match the level of opposing force.”

“In poker terms, the US will ‘meet, but not raise,” the 84-year-old businessman explained, supposedly signing one of the letters as “a self-appointed advocate of the new Ukraine.”

The Western backers want Kiev to “restore the fighting capacity of Ukraine without violating the Minsk agreement,” Soros wrote.

Among other things, the leaked documents claim that the Ukrainian authorities were also asked to “restore some semblance of currency stability and functioning banking system” and “maintain unity among the various branches of government” in order to receive assistance from foreign allies.

Soros believes that it’s up to the EU to support Kiev with financial aid, stressing that “Europe must reach a new framework agreement that will allow the European Commission to allocate up to $1 billion annually to Ukraine.”

As for the current state of economy, the billionaire wrote that former Chilean finance minister, Andres Velasco, after visiting Ukraine on his request, returned with “a dire view of financial situation."

“The new Ukraine is literally on the verge of collapse” due to the national bank’s lack of hard currency reserves, Soros warned Poroshenko.

The correspondence shows that the billionaire has been in constant touch with the authorities in Kiev and consulting them.

Digging into the details of the documents, we find one intriguing snippet:

Your first priority must be to regain control over the financial markets—bank deposits and exchange rates. Unless you do, you will have no way to embark on deeper reforms. I believe the situation could be stabilized by getting the European Council to make a commitment in principle that they will pull together the new $15 billion package that the IMF requires in order to release the next tranche of its original package at the end of January 2015. Based on that commitment the Federal Reserve could be asked to extend a $15 billion three months swap arrangement with the National Bank of Ukraine. That would reassure the markets and avoid a panic.

I am ready to call Jack Lew of the US Treasury to sound him out about the swap agreement.

One wonders what other matters of national importance involve George Soros getting on the line with the US Treasury Secretary to arrange virtually unlimited funds courtesy of the US Federal Reserve just to promote one person's ulterior agenda?
And just like that, conspiracy Theory becomes Conspiracy Fact once again.
The full documents are below:
Ironically, the first document laying out the "short and medium-term comprehensive strategy for new Ukraine" and signed by George Soros, "a self-appointed advocate of the New Ukraine", was ironically created by Tamiko Bolton, the 40 year old who became Soros' third wife several years ago.
To sum up: Soros is basically lobbying on behalf of Ukraine, pushing for cash and guns, to oppose Putin in every way possible.
If genuine, and based on their meta data, they appear to be just that, these lettes show how Soros is trying to weasel around the Minsk agreements (for instance, how to train Ukrainian soldiers without having a visible NATO presence in Ukraine). The documents link up Nuland with Soros, and clears up who is truly pulling the strings of the US State Department.
Finally, while the documents don't mention what Soros has in store for Ukraine, one can use their imagination.

Assad is miles away from even thinking about surrendering. According to the Al-Quds al-Arabi newspaper, Syrian forces have started strengthening the Alawite bastion on the Mediterranean coast – the province of Latakia. A newly created unit of the so-called “coastal guards” has recently been reinforced by 1,500 officers of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard elite unit. And Iran is not going anywhere, Tehran has already announced that Syria is a crucial element of its strategic defense. At the same time Hezbollah units are preparing to strengthen the resistance in Syria, since the days of this organization will be over shortly after the fall of the government of Bashar al-Assad.

For now it’s the top priority for the Assad regime to establish effective defense of Damascus, Homs, Hama and the cities on the Mediterranean coast – Latakia, Tartus and Baniyas. But should Ankara introduce a “no-fly zone” in the northern parts of Syria, then the situation will turn from bad to worse. Syrian media sources have even been urging Moscow to abandon diplomatic means and start carrying out air strikes against the positions of terrorist groups.

In the last week Syrian and Lebanese armies have been violently bombarding positions of terrorist groups on both sides of the border. In Eastern Guta terrorist group Jaish al-Islam, which shelled Russian embassy in Damascus twice in May, made a number a number of frutitless attempts to reverse the situation on the ground in its favor in the area of Deir Salman. At the same time their “allies” in the Western Guta intensified fighting to the west from the town of Sasan.

According to most analysts, the Asad regime cannot fight Islamists more than eight months on its own. Should Alawites consolidate their forces in the areas of their traditional residence, especially in Latakia, due to the real threat of their survival, they would be able to defend this region. But the question of the day is does Iran is prepared to fight for Syria. For Tehran, it’s about the time to start a direct military intervention, instead of using special forces locally, which can dramatically change the situation on the ground. It seems that the number supporters of this position is increasing rapidly in Tehran. Syria is the key figure in its regional game, the fall of which can cause an irreparable damage to Iran’s authority, since its allies would become aware of the fact that Iran is in no position to defend them effectively.

The preparations for a military operation in Syria are already underway in Iran. Transport aircraft from Iran are making several flights a day to the airport in Dabaa, drone control centers are being built in Syria. All this testifies to the fact that in the very near future we can expect the first Iranian assault against Islamists in Syria. The choice of the Dabaa airport implies that Iranians will attack from the direction of Homs. Neither Turkey, nor Saudi Arabia is willing to take a shot at a direct military engagement against Iran. Saudis will be obliterated, given the fact that they have been unable to fight the Houthis effectively. But Erdogan alone will not dare to start a war against Iran, out of fear that this will increase the influence of military elites in Ankara, that have been dreaming for a long time to see him go. But all this would only matter if Tehran decides to start a large-scale military intervention in the Syrian conflict. And it seems that it will…

ISIS supporters were shot dead in Gaza Tuesday, June 2, in their first firefight with Hamas forces come to arrest them  The Islamists had planted a bomb trap in their hideout. The showdown occurred 48 hours after the Ansar al Dawa al-Islamia, renamed “Supporters of the Islamic State of Jerusalem,” gave Hamas a 48-hour ultimatum to end its crackdown on the group and release dozens of Islamists held for a series of attacks

ISIS fighters were spotted for the first time this week on the Gazan-Israeli border. They have threatened to target Eilat Port.

Followers of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant were spotted for the first time in the Gaza Strip this week...Their arrival on Israel's border was confirmed as a division-strength IDF force launched its large-scale “Turning Point 2015” exercise for repelling Islamist cross-border incursions. The Islamist group which has established a substantial anti-Hamas presence in the Gaza Strip is Ansar al Dawa al-Islamia, renamed “Supporters of the Islamic State of Jerusalem.”

Israeli, Egyptian and Hamas’ military sources are all concerned to make light of this development. When asked, they say that the group’s nature and scope have not yet been evaluated. Western and Middle East governments took the same tack two years ago, when ISIS first embarked on its calamitous course in Syria.

In the last 48 hours, Hamas security authorities have suddenly set up scores of roadblocks across the Strip, including Gaza City. They acted after senior Hamas security officer Sabah Siam was murdered Saturday, May 30, by a gang of five gunmen sporting ISIS insignia.
Hamas tried pretending that the officer died in a bomb planted in his vehicle by a local rival faction.  But the attack was too public to be concealed. The ISIS gunmen burst into a shop owned by the officer’s family in the center of Gaza City while he was visiting. They cut him down in front of his relatives and dozens of passersby, none of whom made any move to stop them as they made off in two vehicles.

The terrorists later issued a communiqué saying: “Sabah Siam was liquidated because he was a partner in a war declared against religion and against Muslims working for the heretical government in the Gaza Strip.”
In a declaration of war, ISIS warned the Palestinian Hamas to “end its war against religion in Gaza or face the consequences.”

On May 8, the ISIS Sinai branch Ansar Bait Maqdis shelled the Hamas facility in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.On May 28, ISIS-Sinai threatened to “target Eilat Port in the coming days,” as a joint project with the ISIS wing in the Gaza Strip, which would also attack Hamas’s military arm, Ezz e-din Al-Qassam, and take control of the Gaza Strip.

Ansar al Dawa is preparing to declare the Gaza Strip a province of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
