30 Ukrainian soldiers ran for their lives and fled the industrial zone and coke factory as Russian artillery launched a heavy attack with the brutal Soviet 'Malka' guns also known as 203mm 2S7 Pions.

Russian troops have now entered the city of Avdifka.

After the capture of the Yasinovataya-2 industrial zone, Russian units were able to control the SNT "Vinogradniki", occupy the sand quarry and reach Vulichiya Kolosova street, while also capturing the monument to the fallen of the battle of Avdifka.

Watch the powerful self-propelled guns "Malka" of the 14th separate artillery brigade "Kalmius" of the 1st Corps of the Donetsk Army engage with heavy 203 mm shells targets on the grounds of the Avdeevka Coke and Chemical Plant (AKHZ) in the video below.

The shots are fired based on aerial reconnaissance data, from a distance of 34-35 kilometers. Firing points, headquarters, as well as manpower concentrations and military equipment on the territory of the Avdeevka coke and chemical plant are hit.

During the successful offensive, units from the 1st Army Corps' 1487th and 87th Regiments, along with units from the 10th Armored Regiment and the Veteran Assault Brigade, captured a large fortified area in the Avdifka industrial zone, completely clearing it of Ukrainian forces.

The Russians start and count the Ukrainian soldiers who put it on their feet.

The Ukrainians admitted the retreat of their forces from several fronts in Avdifka.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine confirm the loss of control in the area of the Avdifka sewage treatment plant and the advance of Russian troops in the direction of the Ocheretino transport hub.

At the same time, the Ukrainian garrison suffered heavy losses in the settlement of Pervomayska, which is located southwest of Avdifka.

Russian forces launched a powerful artillery attack on the forested area of Pervomaiska settlement. Soon after the Russian infantry launched the attack, during which they captured positions previously held by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the forest zone southwest of Avdifka.

The Russian Armed Forces, having taken up new positions, are bypassing Pervomaiska from the south, waiting for the right moment to enter the settlement itself while at the same time approaching from the southeast the village of Netailovo, next to the Karlovskoye reservoir in the east.

At the same time, Russian troops are attacking Ocheretino, which is located northwest of Avdifka.

All these actions lead to wider coverage of Avdifka from different directions, and the supply corridor for the Ukrainian garrison remaining in the city itself is becoming increasingly insecure for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as it comes under fire from the Russian army both from the north and and from the south.
