Are you ready for the last days? Next to the question of whether or not you are born again, this is the most important question you need to answer. The world around us is spiralling out of control into moral chaos, new forms of Marxism, wholesale rejection of God and Christ and the Bible, hatred for Israel, and Big Brother government rolling out technology to monitor and control mankind. Things are not going back to the way they were or anything close. You can forget about that. The new normal is the mystery of iniquity accelerating down the path of departure, trampling on and opposing every institution of God.

This is not my opinion. This is not the position of some small group of fringe-evangelicals whose stability is questionable. This is the position of EVERYONE who is going down the path of interpreting the prophetic parts of the Bible literally. We disagree on some details. But we don’t disagree on the direction the world is headed, on the shortness of time, and on the fact that the  signs mentioned in the Bible indicate that the time of tribulation at the end of the world is just around the corner.

Nor is this based on a tiny handful of passages whose application and understanding is legitimately debated. It is based on a massive chunk of the Bible. Folks, nearly 1/3 of the Bible is unfulfilled prophecy. For all practical purposes, if you don’t believe 1/3 of the Bible, you don’t believe the Bible.

The truth is, IF you are a student of biblical prophecy and you examine the current trends in the world with even a modicum of spiritual understanding,

THEN you can see the tentacles of darkness wrapping themselves tighter and tighter around the world EXACTLY as prophesied in the Bible. You can see the morality of the world degenerating rapidly into the morality of Sodom exactly as the Bible said it would happen. You can see the geo-political changes happening that are setting the stage for the world-shaking events prophesied to happen in the last days. You can see the economic trends that are preparing the way for a one-world, cashless economic system. You can see the technological trends that are going to usher in the mark of the beast and that awful time when men will be unable to buy or sell without taking the mark and participating in the antichrist’s economic system.

Prophecy is not making wild guesses about what might happen at the end of the age. Prophecy is giving ear to what God says in the Bible will happen at the end of the age. Prophecy is history told before it happens. Prophecy is reading the headlines and the story outlines before the story actually unfolds in the world. You have been given a glorious opportunity in the prophetic Scriptures. Take full advantage of it. If God gave you a report of every stock that would boom or bust for the next fifty years, can you imagine what you could do with that information. Wealth unimaginable. But you have been given the spiritual equivalent in the Bible. Capitalize on it. 

If you haven’t already refocused, it is high time to refocus. Get your eyes off the pursuit of fulfillment in the clean things of this life. Many opportunities will be taken from us. Many others will not be able to be enjoyed without compromise. Seek your fulfillment in Jesus Christ alone and his wonderful promises for a wonderful eternity. If you keep your focus on the clean things of this world, you are going to be severely disappointed. You will pierce yourself with many sorrows.

Now I am not telling you to not be diligent in your temporal obligations like family and work. These are God-given obligations. But I am telling you to make sure that you are going forward in your obligations with your eyes on Bible prophecy, on the signs of the times in the world around, on the things that will soon be coming over the horizon. Right now all the signs are pointing to things getting much more ugly down here in the next few years, ramping up to the rapture of the church followed by the time of tribulation. You don’t  want to be caught by surprise by these things. Be a watcher not a statistic.

Folks, I plead with you to go through this life with your eyes wide open to the truths revealed to us in the prophetic Scriptures. The prophetic passages of Scripture were given to us to be a light in this dark world (2 Peter 1:19). Learn them and use them.  This world is dark and evil. Ten times darker and ten times more evil than many of you think. And the darkness and evil are increasing. The mystery of iniquity is rapidly approaching its climax. Very dark times are bearing down on this world. The harbingers of that storm of evil are already making us uneasy. The only source of real hope in the dark days ahead are the wonderful promises held out to believers in Jesus in the prophetic Scriptures.

A U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) report warns that China is likely developing directed-energy weapons capable of disrupting, damaging or destroying satellites in orbit, potentially expanding the threat to American space assets in the coming years. 

The assessment highlights Beijing’s growing counterspace capabilities, including technologies that could temporarily blind satellite sensors or inflict permanent damage, as U.S. officials increasingly acknowledge Washington’s own military weapons in orbit.

The report, titled Challenges to Security in Space, is based largely on open-source information with a July cutoff date, the agency said.

The report said the People’s Liberation Army probably considers directed energy weapons ideal counterspace systems because they can cause reversible and irreversible effects against satellites ^[1]. The DIA report did not specify whether China is developing lasers, high-powered microwaves, particle beams or a combination, and the agency did not immediately respond to a request for more information, officials said ^[1].

The assessment adds to a growing body of public warnings from U.S. officials about Chinese military activities in orbit. In September 2026, Secretary of the Air Force Troy Meink acknowledged during a keynote speech that the United States has weapons in orbit to protect American interests in space, declining to provide details, according to remarks at the Air & Space Forces Association conference ^[2][3]. The DIA report’s release comes as Washington is becoming more open about its own anti-satellite capabilities.

The report did not make new revelations about a specific Chinese directed energy program, but it stated that such capabilities could present a widening threat in the next few years, according to the document ^[1]. The DIA said China has developed and probably will continue to develop weapons for use against satellites in orbit to disrupt, damage and destroy adversary space capabilities.

According to the DIA report, reversible attacks include jamming satellite signals or temporarily blinding optics, while irreversible attacks can cause permanent damage through laser burns, high-power microwave emissions or other methods ^[1]. The report stated that in 2021 PLA media asserted laser weapons were entering a golden age and cited dazzling, or temporarily blinding a sensor, as one operational use ^[1].

The DIA reported that as of July 2026, China’s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance satellite fleet contained more than 510 systems, more than tripling since 2018 ^[1]. The report said dual-use capabilities and military-civil fusion policies mean collected data can be used by the PLA ^[1]. The DIA also cited Chinese spaceplane developments, confirming that an image circulating online shows an experimental Chinese reusable spaceplane in orbit ^[4].

The report further cited academic research since at least 2006 into aerospace engineering technologies associated with space-based kinetic weapons, according to the DIA ^[1]. Separate reporting has noted that Chinese scientists announced the country’s military can launch hundreds of mini-satellites called CubeSats from a large space-based mothership, devices weighing just 2.2 pounds each that require artificial intelligence for control ^[5].

Satan’s assault on the Western world is ramping up exponentially while the end of the Church Age (Age of Grace) draws near. Western Europe is in ferment, with the streets in the major cities exploding in violence that reminds us how times are like they were in the days of Noah, as Jesus said about the end of the age.

Daniel the prophet said that out of the heart of Europe would come a “false peacemaker” who will at some point declare himself to be God.

“And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate” (Daniel 9: 26-27).

The “prince that shall come” is, of course, Antichrist, who will, for a short time, rule over almost all of the world from within a tyrannical regime the likes of which have never been seen. We can know the virulence of this future era by considering the prophecy from the lips of our Lord.

“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be” (Matthew 24:21).

Jesus said it would be the most violent, most terrible time in all of human history. But He, in His resurrected and ascended position, gave the Apostle John the prophecy about the coming purveyor of false peace who will deceive most of the world at first.

The prophetic Scripture that speaks most specifically to this coming prince is one most students of Bible prophecy are thoroughly familiar with:

“And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer” (Revelation 6:1-2).

We are given the picture of the first of the four horses of the Apocalypse as they carry their riders across the last seven years of human history just before Christ’s Second Coming back to Earth. This is the Tribulation.

The first rider on that spectacular white steed is none other than Antichrist. As the prophecy says, he will come forth conquering everything and everyone in his path.

Most scholars and students from the fundamentalist camp who are of the premillennial, pre-Trib view of Bible prophecy believe the bow in this vision-depiction indicates this “prince” will come in on a peace platform. He has a bow but displays no arrows.

This is exactly the image Daniel was given to prophesy:

“And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many” (Dan 8:25 a, b).

I believe the world is now witnessing the beginning of conditions developing that will bring forth that son of perdition, that prince that shall come who will deceive and enslave all who accept his mark-and-numbering system of Revelation chapter 13.

Europe, the very part of the world out of which Daniel said that prince will come, is experiencing an ever-increasing upheaval that looks to be uncontrollable. And, despite the destructive, dangerous buildup toward total chaos, a surreal sense of detachment from the reality of the dangers involved pervades.

France’s streets burned, shops were looted and stripped bare, and a historic town hall collapsed under arson. Yet the most striking images from Saturday night were not the fires. They were the people who carried on as if nothing was happening. One woman jogged straight through thick black smoke past a burning barricade, treating the chaos like an outdoor treadmill session. Groups of French boomers kept dancing while buildings were torched around them, and a tour guide was filmed continuing her routine for visitors, smiling and pointing out landmarks while flames literally engulfed the city right in front of tourists. … meanwhile! French President Macron joins a Celine Dion concert. (“This Is Perhaps the Most Dystopian Thing Ever,” Steve Martin, via Modernity News S, ZeroHedge, October 20, 2026)

And France is but one European nation that’s experiencing the build toward uncontrollable destruction and violence. Indeed, it is as if modern Europe is acting as an incubator for the man of sin (Antichrist).

There will at some point come a mighty cry for peace and safety—a call for a man to come forth and save Europe and the world from utter destruction.

He will look like a great peacemaker and one who can reestablish order, which will no doubt have been all but destroyed. He will even promise prosperity, as Daniel’s prophecy indicates. He will “cause craft to prosper.”

The UK’s much-anticipated “social media ban” isn’t even actually law yet, and it’s already proving itself an obvious front for pushing digital ID on the whole country.

The so-called “social media ban for under-16s” – more accurately an “online anonymity ban” for everyone – is due to come into force in March 2027, and the build up to that happy day has already seen regulators clamouring for stricter measures.

OfCom – the body empowered to enforce the ban, and other dystopian internet controls in the UK – has issued a warning that facial scans, put forward as one way over 16s can prove they should be allowed to use social media, are not accurate enough.

According to the wannabe tyrants – sorry, “regulatory agency” – results from Australia’s social media ban show that kids are getting around the new law too easily, and that’s because the facial scans can make mistakes, and even be fooled by relatively simple tricks.

What does this mean?

Well, it means we’re going to need to use identification documents instead, obviously.

As the Telegraph puts it:

Everyone over 16 may need ID to use social media, Ofcom says

Get used to playing “Ofcom says”, because it’s very much going to be the national hobby from 2027 onwards. Like “Simon says”, only there’s no prize for the winner and hefty fines or prison time for the losers.

This has been the predictable play since the ban was announced, made doubly obvious by the suspect enthusiasm with which the press reported the alleged permeability of Australia’s ban.

The only reason the press ever has to report authoritarian isn’t working, is justifying stricter authoritarianism.

And, just in case you can’t see the digital ID train barrelling down the tracks towards us, Ofcom had this to say as well [emphasis added]:

[OfCom said] digital ID services enabled people to digitally prove who they were or information about themselves, such as their age […] they could use a photo ID to verify their age with a digital ID service once, then use the digital ID services thereafter, reducing the need to access their photo ID repeatedly.

It’s not even slightly hard to see where this is going.

1. Facial scans are too easy to fool, we have to scan our passports or drivers’ licenses instead.
2. Scanning your physical ID every time you want to sign up to a digital service takes too long, maybe we should have an app instead.
3. Signing in to different platforms with different passwords is so confusing, why not use the ID app to log in to everything?
4. To save time, you can use it to store your tax information, employment and medical records too.
5. Did you know processing digital ID checks are instant, but processing hard-copy ID checks takes 24-48 hours?
6. Unfortunately, using an old fashioned paper passport is not as sustainable as the digital ID app, and moving forward its use will incur a £5 carbon off-set fee.

…and there you have it.

Digital ID for all, because it’s cheaper and faster and “Ofcom says”.

And, as ever, this is not just a UK thing. Dozens of countries all over the world are pulling the same manoeuvre with only the tiniest variation in measures or age.

Just this week, Greece joined the procession.

As we observed on Twitter, and have said many times before:

“If all the nations of the world have near-identical laws, how is that functionally different from a global government?”

It’s not.

And when all the countries have their bans, and their ID apps, and all those systems are all “interoperable” to promote “hassle-free travel”, we’ll all know it.

Hooded rioters looted stores in Frankfurt late on Saturday after tens of thousands of demonstrators took to the streets across Germany's biggest cities to demand better education and lower living costs.

The protests followed a wave ‌of Gen Z-led demonstrations across Europe this year. In Serbia, student-led activism helped unseat the country's longtime leader at the ballot box, while protests in ‌France have descended into rioting and looting.

The German protests organised by the campaign group "Gen Z regelt" — "Gen Z takes charge" in German — took place in 34 cities including Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich. The group says ​it opposes compulsory military service and wants greater investment in education as many young Germans struggle with rising costs.

In Frankfurt, Germany's financial hub, at least two stores were looted as protests turned violent, with several more damaged and police trying to get the situation under control, according to a Reuters witness.

"Violent disturbances are continuing," Frankfurt police said on X. "In the city centre, windows have been smashed at several shops. Molotov cocktails are also being thrown at the emergency services. We urge all bystanders to avoid the city centre ‌or to leave the area."

Parts of Germany's far-left extremist scene and some groups linked ‌to foreign extremist movements have joined efforts to mobilise support, according to the federal interior ministry.

"We all have those images from France in our minds — looting, burning houses, burning police vehicles, and attacks on police officers," said Roman Poseck, interior minister for the state of Hesse, whose capital is Germany's financial hub, Frankfurt.

"France must not be held up as a model in this regard."

Some businesses across German cities boarded up windows and planned early closures ahead of the demonstrations due to concerns over possible unrest, including along Berlin's luxury Kurfuerstendamm shopping boulevard.
