Corruption And Imposed Silence

Likely Gag Order to Create Imprisonment

Trump will now find himself silenced and whatever Free Speech he once had, will now be stripped away from him like the rest of his constitutional and human rights. We are about to witness just how corrupt our legal system truly is. This is George Soros’s puppet. Alan Bragg will now show the entire world that in the United States, there is no such thing as constitutional or even Human Rights.

Bragg will most likely seek a Gag Order in addition to a denial of bail, which no matter how ruthless the judge, will probably realize he cannot deny bail to a former President. Still, they will most likely put a Gag Order on Trump, and that way they can throw him in jail even indefinitely as they did to me using Civil Contempt of Court which is not a crime. If they charge him with Criminal Contempt, then he gets a trial by jury. Under Civil Contempt, you have ZERO rights and no right to a trial.

Because I did an interview in the Japanese press and told all my clients to file suit against the bank, they then put a gag order on me FOR LIFE to prevent me from providing my own clients with evidence against the bank. Normally, you are supposed to get more time if you do not assist the victims. Law means ABSOLUTELY nothing in court. They do as they like and the Constitution means absolutely nothing.

This is who I believe is a disgusting individual. I have been told he ran for office saying he would indict Trump. Screw NYC. Crime is off the hook. It is no longer a safe city to even go to visit. At the last coin show there, they robbed a dealer and stole his entire inventory when packing up to leave. That’s OK – but for Trump to pay money to a porn star warrants endless taxpayer money to be spent for this guy’s career.

BEWARE Mr, Trump. They kept me in prison on Civil Contempt from 2000 to 2007. I was released ONLY because I got to the Supreme Court and they ordered the government to explain how I could be held for 7 years without anything on statute 28 USC 1826 which had a maximum of 18 months. To avoid having to answer, they suddenly released me.

They can now gag trump, restrict his movements, and harass him to PREVENT him from running in 2024. They will listen to every word he says and are just going to wait to be able to throw him in prison on Civil Contempt indefinitely with ZERO Constitutional Rights. Welcome to the REAL America. They call it a “protective order” to protect the Government and Bragg as you are stripped of ALL your First Amendment rights.

Is Nuclear Confrontation Inevitable?

Does America Have a Future?

In this article I  explain  why I think nuclear war is in the cards.  I know that most do not want to hear this.  But if no one knows, there is even less chance of preventing  it.

The headline yesterday (March 29) is “US To Withhold Nuclear Weapons Data From Russia As Last Treaty Collapses.”  https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/us-withhold-nuclear-weapons-data-russia-last-treaty-collapses

Washington’s propagandists, of course, blame Russia.  This succeeds with patriots who wrap themselves in the flag, but it doesn’t succeed with the Kremlin.  The Kremlin sees Washington taking another step toward war to obliterate the Russian obstacle to Washington’s world hegemony.

Looking at Russia’s puzzling conduct of its conflict with Ukraine, and now with NATO and the US, I have been seeking an explanation that makes sense.  Why, as readers know I have been asking, does the Kremlin refuse to use the force to quickly end the conflict before Washington and its NATO puppets become too involved to let go?

It made no sense until I realized that the Kremlin has been convinced by Washington’s neoconservatives that war with the US is inevitable, which, of course, means nuclear war.

My conclusion is that the Kremlin, convinced by Washington’s neoconservatives and their domination of every US government in the 21st century that the US intends the destruction of  Russia, is preparing for nuclear war.

Several times Putin has made the public statement that it is clear that the West intends Russia’s destruction.  It is incomprehensible that Washington is so reckless, so irresponsible, so utterly stupid as to have convinced the Kremlin that Washington intends Russia’s destruction.  It is extraordinary that Putin’s statements produced no reassurances from the White House.

Try to comprehend the enormous failure of US foreign policy to have led Russia to such a desperate conclusion.  Here you can see the consequence of the hubris and arrogance, of which I have written at length, of the totally unrealistic neoconservatives who have control of US policy.

I don’t see any way out of this.  The neoconservatives have control of all the principal agencies of government–the National Security Council, the Pentagon, the Department of State.  They control the US media, the think tanks, and the foundations.

Not even the Republicans oppose them.  Republican Senator Jim Risch, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, declared on March 29 that “I’m all in for escalation” of the conflict in Ukraine.  If the US doesn’t escalate, Risch says, we will lose.  It is about winning or losing, not about surviving.  Clearly Risch indicates that Congress has no concept of the real risk in the situation. https://sputniknews.com/20230329/us-senator-risch-says-he-supports-us-escalation-with-russia-to-win-ukraine-conflict-1108938498.html

The Kremlin has sized it up and is preparing to eliminate the enemy that intends the destruction of Russia.

EU Is Pushing To Criminalize Use Of Physical Cash?

Going Cashless: EU Is Pushing To End Use Of Physical Cash?

The European Union is in danger of “criminalising” the use of physical cash with its new anti-money laundering laws, an MEP has warned.

Dr Gunnar Beck, a representative for the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, has warned that the EU appears to be pushing for the “criminalisation” of the use of physical cash with its new anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

Politicians in Brussels have long been pondering an upper legal limit on the value of cash transactions within the bloc, with lawmakers detailing plans to ban Europeans from spending over €10,000 in physical tender as part of a single transaction.

The European Parliament however has now voted for such a proposed limit to be dropped down to as little as €7,000 as part of efforts to clamp down on money laundering and tax dodging within the bloc, with officials also voting to see cryptocurrency transactions paying for goods and services that are valued over €1,000 to be banned.

Many within the parliament appear to be justifying the decisions as being an important step in curtailing criminality within Europe, though Dr Beck warns that the limits on cash payments now appear to have gone too far.

In a statement to Breitbart Europe, Beck emphasised that while the AfD welcomed additional efforts to tackle money laundering and terrorist financing, it rejected the parliament’s call for cash transactions to be curtailed.

“While we should focus on money laundering by organized crime and Islamist terrorists, the EU chooses to tighten its surveillance of German savers and pensioners transactions,” Dr Beck remarked. “This is a mistake.”

He went on to claim that the AfD were now the “only party defending cash freedom” in Germany, with the members of other supposedly right-leaning parties from the country allegedly voting in favour of the cash restrictions, despite criticising the implementation of similar measures at home

The populist representative also expressed concern about the nature of the measures Brussels is looking to pass, with the fact that Eurocrats have reportedly decided to opt “for a regulation instead of a directive” meaning that individual nation-states will not be able to avoid having to implement the anti-cash reforms, even if they want to protect the use of physical legal tender within their own countries.

Things To Come: Mark Hitchcock On Growing Persecution

Growing Hatred Of Christians In America

The battle lines are being drawn, and we’re seeing a real clash of kingdoms....

Jesus, in John 15, said this to his followers:

John 15:18-20 KJV – “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.”

We see a ramping up of this hatred against the people of God, against believers. In America, really, up to now, what we’ve seen in the last few years, it’s mainly been what I call a kind of low-grade or soft persecution. It’s more of a mocking, maligning, and marginalizing of Christians. But we’re seeing that now being ramped up. The rhetoric is rising, and more and more Christians are in the crosshairs because we stand in the way of Satan’s agenda—moving from low-grade and soft persecution to a more physical persecution against believers.

A couple of examples of this, back in 2015, at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, someone came into that school and killed nine people, including one professor, and wounded seven others. This was a religious persecution. He came into an English class at this community college, asked people if they were Christians, and shot them if they answered in the affirmative.

In fact, the person came in and said, “Are you a Christian?” and if they were a Christian, he’d say, “stand up,” and the Christians would stand up. Then he would say, “Good, because you’re a Christian, you’re gonna go see God in about one second,” and he shot and killed them. Clearly, this is an example of persecution against believers.

Many of you remember the tragic shooting killing 26 people at a Southern Baptist Church in Texas. There were 26 worshipers ranging from age five to age 72 that were killed. So again, another targeted attack against believers.

Now, this Nashville attack that we saw a few days ago has really brought out all kinds of terrible responses. What happened is horrific enough, but some of the responses to this really show a growing hatred for Christians in America.

One article title says this: “Nashville Christian school shooting: Leftists mock prayer as community reels from tragedy.” Here’s what the article says:

After the tragic shooting at a Nashville Christian school, some activists and media figures shamed Republicans who encouraged people to pray for the community and families of the victims. Following the horrific incident, progressives went into a frenzy on social media after people called for ‘prayer.’

David Pakman, who’s a progressive talk show host, said this:

Very surprising that there would be a mass shooting at a Christian school, given that lack of prayer is often blamed for these horrible events. Is it possible they weren’t praying enough, or correctly, despite being a Christian school?

Now think about that. In the wake of three young children being murdered, to have this kind of callousness come out and say, Well, maybe these people didn’t pray enough, or their prayers didn’t work.

Another statement that was made by Mervyn Warren, who’s a film composer, wrote that “prayer doesn’t work at all” in light of this horrific event:

The people at that Christian school in Nashville prayed that their children would be safe. How did that work out? Your mother-in-law was healed by doctors and nurses who went to school for years. Not by prayer.

Not only are they mocking prayer in the light of this and really mocking believers, but they’re also making excuses for this mass murder.

The Daily Mail, in an article, cited transgender activists as calling this school a “right-wing radical religious school,” with their headline reading, “Trans activists slam ‘radical religious schools’ in response to Nashville mass shooting in which three 9-year-olds were killed.”

They’re basically saying this person really had no other way to be seen than to carry out this mass murder.

Another headline read, “‘Hate has consequences’: Trans support group blames GOP ‘anti-trans legislation’ for Tennessee school shooting, calls Audrey Hale’s death a ‘TRAGEDY’ and demands media call shooter ‘he/him'” They’re more concerned about the pronouns that are used for this mass murder and calling the death of this person a tragedy rather than the death of these three adults and these three innocent children.

Another part of this article says:

A radical transgender activist group has claimed that the Nashville school shooter was driven to murder six people by an ‘avalanche’ of anti-trans policies and sentiment, adding: ‘Hate has consequences’.

So basically, it’s excusing these mass murders by saying this person really had no other option in light of these things that are happening. What we see here is an unparalleled coldness, callousness, and depravity.

Jesus said one of the signs of the times in Matthew 24 would be that the hearts of many will grow cold. We see an evil coarsening of our culture that’s taking place, and this is just an evil signpost on the road to Armageddon.

Amir Tsarfati: The Current Crisis

Sunday night was like no other night I’ve experienced in my life. I was in Tel Aviv to record the audiobook for my upcoming release, Has the Tribulation Begun? From my hotel room, I had a bird’s eye view of tens of thousands of Israelis chanting, waving flags, blocking roads, and causing all sorts of mayhem. My heart broke as I witnessed firsthand the division that has laid siege to my country. Friend against friend, neighbor against neighbor, family member against family member.

This is a seminal moment in the history of my nation, Israel. As such, I have decided to make this week’s newsletter a Special Edition focusing on the current crisis. Along with reading what is written below, I would also encourage you to watch my Breaking News Update from Sunday night and my Special Middle East Update: Chaos in Israel from Monday. They both go into far more detail than I am able to provide here. When you have finished reading this special edition newsletter, please forward it on to others you know who have a love for the nation of Israel.

This situation in which Israel finds itself is not an overnight development. Despite it seeming as if the nation’s struggles have only come over the past couple of years, the foundations of this divide have been laid over the previous three-and-a half decades. It was at that time that the Israeli judicial system began to go through a revolution. The Supreme Court took more and more powers to themselves to the point that they began making various laws and overturning others.

The justification for this judicial overreach was found in the “reasonableness doctrine”. When a case or law is brought before the Supreme Court, they are allowed to ascertain whether or not it could be considered “reasonable” by their own arbitrary standards. This is a lot of leeway, particularly for a liberal, activist court, such as the one that exists in Israel today. The result, according to one pundit I respect, has been that our nation is now ruled by a judicial oligarchy. But if this has been building up for 35 years, why has it suddenly blown up now? It is because Benjamin Netanyahu ran his latest campaign on a platform of judicial reform, and the majority of Israelis voted him back in. Once in office, he sought to fulfill his pledge. The reform bill that he put forth seeks to correct five very obvious problems:

1. Remove attorney general overreach. Right now, rather than simply advising the government, the attorney general has the authority to dictate. This corrects his role from boss to adviser.

2. Currently, the judiciary has veto power over judge nominations. This has led to generational leftism amongst the judges wherein liberal judges beget liberal judges. The reform will limit the authority over judicial appointments.

3. As mentioned above, the “reasonableness doctrine” has given the judiciary the power to arbitrarily override any decision coming out of the administration or the Knesset. Judicial reform will require there be more solid reasoning for striking down a decision than just “we don’t agree with that.”

4. Israel does not have a formal constitution. Rather, it has an incremental constitution based on 13 Basic Laws. Judicial reform says that the Supreme Court cannot strike down any of the Basic Laws.

5. Judicial reform says that the courts can use Basic Laws to strike down new laws, but only under certain conditions. Those conditions require that all 15 justices must participate in the decision, there must be a supermajority of the justices voting against the law, and the Knesset must have the opportunity to override the decision. It is the third in that list that opponents to reform say will bring the end of democracy in Israel.

As the judicial reform began the process of working its way through the Knesset, the Left, funded by billionaires both domestic and foreign, unleashed their well-organized and well-funded resistance troops. The media began a campaign of disinformation that insisted that passing judicial reform meant an end to democracy and an end to Israel. People began buying into it. And it wasn’t just the masses. It was business leaders and people of influence. Generals began saying that they would not support the legislation. Military reservists said that if the reforms passed, they would not obey a call-up in case of national emergency. These included officers and air force pilots. The nation was beginning to erode from within.

Then Defense Minister Yoav Gallant took the opportunity of Netanyahu being on a state trip to the UK to announce his opposition to the reform bill. He made the announcement on a Sabbath, when Netanyahu was unable to respond right away, and he did it after promising the prime minister that he wouldn’t. When Netanyahu returned to Israel the next day, he justifiably fired Gallant.

Israel exploded. Protesters took to the streets by the tens of thousands. As I mentioned above, I was in Tel Aviv at the time, and watched out my window as they blocked main arteries and brought the city to a standstill. Then, the next day, Monday, the Histadrut union announced an unprecedented and illegal strike that saw 700,000 workers walk off their jobs shutting down airports, hospitals, museums, national parks, malls, government offices, and many more places. The promise was that the strike would continue until the judicial reforms were shelved.
