More rumors of war.
This comes from Hezbollah, who wouldn't issue such a statement without Iran's approval. This from the Jerusalem Post:
Failure to strike a deal with Iran over its nuclear program would result in "war in the region," Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah said on Wednesday, Lebanon's NOW reported.
"To all Arab peoples in the Gulf countries of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Oman: What is the alternative to understanding between Iran and world leaders? It is regional war," Nasrallah said in a rare public appearance to mark the Shiite Muslim Ashura holiday in southern Beirut.
Nasrallah accused Israel of trying to prevent the deal between Tehran and the P5+1 countries from being signed, in an attempt to push the Middle East into conflict.
"Israel wants a war in the region... it wants the US to strike Syria and attack Iran," the Hezbollah chief accused.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu "is angry and is attempting everything in his power to prevent a deal from taking place... he event called for the help of his Arab partners," Nasrallah said, referring to repeated warnings from Netanyahu against a "very bad deal" with Iran.
He also condemned Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states pushing to stop the impending deal with the Islamic Republic, accusing them of teaming up with Israel for this purpose.
“Unfortunately, Netanyahu has become a spokesperson for some Arab states," he said.
Nasrallah also denied that a nuclear agreement with the West would lead Iran to abandon Hezbollah, stressing that Hezbollah has full confidence in both its Iranian and Syrian allies.
So on the one hand, we have Hezbollah saying there will be war if an agreement is not reached.
Now we see Netanyahu saying that a 'deal' with Iran will lead to war.
From these two articles, it appears that there will be the threat of war regardless of whether a deal is struck or not:
The currently discussed deal between six world powers and Iran could lead to war, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Wednesday, intensifying his campaign against a possible interim agreement on Tehran’s rogue nuclear program.
“There are not just two possibilities on the Iranian issue: A bad deal — or war. This is incorrect. There is a third possibility — and that is continuing the pressure of sanctions,” Netanyahu said in the Knesset. “I would even say that a bad deal is liable to lead to the second, undesired, result.”
On Tuesday, the White House alsowarned of the dangers of war with Iran — should Congress vote for new sanctions on Iran.
Netanyahu has been vehemently opposed to the possible interim deal between the P5+1 and Iran since news of the possible breakthrough emerged Thursday, leading to a rare public disagreement between Jerusalem and Washington.
Comments Netanyahu made last Thursday during a meeting with visiting members of the US Congress reveal that he was surprised to learn the details of the planned deal. “I’m absolutely stunned. Such a monumental mistake,” Netanyahu said. “If the news that I’m receiving of the impeding proposal by the P5+1 is true, then I’m absolutely stunned.”

To strike or not, what's the big deal? That's what many are asking themselves. I've heard numerous media outlets saying, the issue really isn't Americas problem. I couldn't disagree MORE!
Any attack from any country, Israel , U.S., France, Arab nations, would cause Iran to close the straight of Hormuz. They are just waiting on an excuse to do it. A few missiles, a blockade of sunken ships would close it down. What does that do? It blocks 40% of all sea imported oil.
That in turn starts a chain reaction of events. Immediately oil prices sky rocket. Gas prices climb to astronomical figures, estimated from $15 to $ 30 dollars a gallon. Food prices skyrocket. Then Stephen, those record stock prices would go to hades on a moped.
Finally, a blockade will take boots on the ground to open and secure. Large portions of iranian land would need to be seized to secure that area. With that scenario in motion, we could easily see another Vietnam . The powder keg is about to blow. I don't see Israel standing idle while Iran is so close to its nuclear goal. .

You are exactly right about the Strait of Hormuz - which, to me, represents the ultimate problem when a conflict with Iran arises, and something that doesn't get nearly enough attention/discussion.
If the Iranians are just waiting for an excuse to close the Strait of Hormuz they are sorely mistaken in how the world would react (but then again, being "mistaken" seems to go with the territory of just being THEM).
