There is a spiritual battle raging today over one nation unlike any other in history. That nation is Israel.

It seems everyone has an opinion about Israel—politicians, journalists, influencers, podcasters, celebrities, and social media personalities. Sadly, one of the few places where many Christians are not hearing about Israel is from the pulpit.

That silence has come at a tremendous cost.

The issue of Israel has become a dividing line in the Church. Entire denominations, Bible colleges, seminaries, pastors, and Christian influencers are abandoning the biblical view of Israel and replacing it with theological systems that deny Israel’s future. As a result, millions of Christians are confused about God’s plan for the Jewish people, while younger generations are increasingly adopting anti-Israel narratives from secular voices rather than biblical truth.

The Root of the Problem: Replacement Theology

At the heart of the confusion is Replacement Theology.

Replacement Theology teaches that God has permanently rejected Israel as His chosen nation and replaced her with the Church. According to this view, the Church has inherited Israel’s covenants, promises, and prophetic destiny, while the Jewish people forfeited their unique role in God’s redemptive plan by rejecting Jesus as their Messiah.

To reach this conclusion, Replacement Theology must allegorize or spiritualize the plain, literal promises God made to Israel and reinterpret them as promises to the Church. The Church becomes the “New Israel” or the “True Israel,” while ethnic Israel supposedly no longer has a distinct future in God’s program.

But this is not merely a theological disagreement.

It has had enormous historical consequences.

By teaching that the Jewish people lost their covenant standing before God, Replacement Theology has provided a theological basis for hostility toward the Jews. It portrays Jewish suffering as evidence of God’s rejection rather than recognizing that God has preserved Israel for her future restoration according to His unconditional promises.

Now, to be clear, many Christians who hold to Replacement Theology are not personally antisemitic. Many sincerely love Jewish people and desire to see them come to faith in Christ. But the theological system itself is structurally harmful because it denies Israel’s God-given identity, covenant promises, and prophetic future.

Wrong theology always produces wrong thinking—and wrong thinking often produces wrong behavior.

History bears this out. Throughout much of Christian Europe, this theological framework helped justify discrimination, forced conversions, expulsions, and persecution of the Jewish people. While the Holocaust was driven primarily by Nazi racial ideology rather than Christian theology, centuries of anti-Jewish teaching influenced by Replacement Theology helped create a culture in which such hatred found fertile soil.

Biblical scholar Thomas Ice rightly observed: “Wherever Replacement Theology has flourished, the Jews have had to run for cover. Wherever such a view has gone it has always led to anti-Semitism.”

Likewise, Dr. Gary Hedrick writes: “Replacement Theology has provided the basis for all sorts of mischief, persecution, and atrocities against the Jewish people throughout Christian history.”

Ultimately, this debate is about far more than Israel; it is about the character of God.

If God can permanently revoke His unconditional covenants with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, and the nation of Israel, then His promises are no longer unconditional. Yet Paul declares in Romans 11 that “the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable” (Rom. 11:29). God’s faithfulness to Israel demonstrates His faithfulness to every believer.

The Church’s Silence Has Created an Information Vacuum

Unfortunately, many churches have stopped teaching on Israel altogether. Whether because of Replacement Theology, the Church Growth Movement, the Seeker-Friendly Movement, the Purpose Driven Movement, or simply the fear of offending people, countless pastors avoid the subject completely.

When pastors stop teaching, someone else fills the vacuum.

That is exactly what has happened. Today, millions of Millennials and Generation Z are forming their opinions about Israel not from Scripture but from internet personalities, political commentators, podcasters, and social media influencers. Names such as Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, Nick Fuentes, the Tate brothers, Cenk Uygur, Ana Kasparian, Stew Peters, Kanye West, Jake Shields, Shawn Ryan, Dave Smith, and countless others now shape the conversation about Israel for an entire generation.

Whether these voices come from the political right or the political left is beside the point. The church abandoned the conversation. The culture stepped in. And now young Christians are being discipled more by YouTube than by the Bible.

That should deeply concern every pastor.

Dozens of military-age men leapt from boats onto packed tourist beaches in mainland Spain this week, sending holidaymakers scrambling for their belongings as the fallout from the Ceuta mass crossing continues to escalate.

Footage from Cala del Barco near the exclusive La Manga Club in Cartagena captured the moment a large vessel packed with predominantly North African males in their late teens and twenties powered close to shore in broad daylight.

The men jumped into the water, waded or swam the final metres, and charged inland past stunned sunbathers.

Local officials did not hide their anger. Cartagena mayor Noelia Arroyo stated: "This cannot be normalised. We cannot accept that human trafficking mafias have such an easy time reaching our shores."

"If a migrant boat can reach a cove like this, disembark in full view of citizens and then leave, we have to ask ourselves how the control of our maritime borders is working," Arroyo further urged.

Former mayor Francisco Bernabe asked: "How is it possible that a boat of that size was not detected by the surveillance radar? Are they broken? Do they have them turned off? Or are they working and they simply ignore them?"

Authorities later reported 62 people aboard, including 45 adult men, two adult women and 15 minors, mostly of presumed Algerian nationality.

Police and Red Cross responded after the vessel had already turned and left.

The landings come weeks after more than 70,000 people poured into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco. While officials claimed the majority returned, thousands remained, and the spectacle of open landings on mainland tourist beaches has left many Spaniards convinced the message of impunity has spread.

In Ceuta itself the situation remains dire. Spanish police relocated hundreds of mostly young male migrants from El Trampolín beach to temporary facilities in industrial and military zones.

In a recent discussion that cut through the noise, he laid it out plainly when asked why certain powerful Democrats and their donors keep pushing mass immigration despite the chaos it creates:

“Cause if you wanted to destroy civilization, if you wanted to destroy Western civilization, which George Soros seems to wanna do…”

That’s not a fringe theory. That’s the world’s richest man, the guy building rockets and electric cars while staring down the same cultural rot the rest of us see every day, connecting the dots that the corporate media refuses to touch.

Musk has been hammering this theme for years under the banner of suicidal empathy — a term he popularized after borrowing it from evolutionary psychologist Gad Saad. The idea is simple and devastating: Western societies have a built-in bug. Our high-trust, high-empathy culture, forged in Christian and Enlightenment values, can be exploited by people who do not share those values. When we prioritize the feelings of outsiders over the survival of our own civilization, we commit slow-motion suicide.

Musk put it bluntly on Joe Rogan: “We’ve got civilizational suicidal empathy going on… The fundamental weakness of Western civilization is empathy. The empathy exploit. They’re exploiting a bug in Western civilization, which is the empathy response.” He has repeated the warning again and again on X: “Either the suicidal empathy of Western civilization ends or Western civilization will end.” And: “Suicidal empathy is killing Western Civilization.”

Look at Europe. After Angela Merkel’s open-door policy in 2015, Germany, Sweden, France, and others imported millions from cultures with radically different attitudes toward women, law, free speech, and assimilation. The results are no longer debatable for anyone paying attention.

In Sweden, immigrants and their children are heavily overrepresented in rape convictions (roughly two-thirds in multiple studies) and violent crime. The country that once prided itself on safety now deals with grenade attacks and gang shootings in cities that used to be quiet. Malmö has become a cautionary tale.

France’s banlieues have turned into parallel societies where police enter only in force. Sexual violence on public transport has exploded. German officials themselves have admitted foreign suspects account for a wildly disproportionate share of violent crime and sexual assaults, including the mass attacks on New Year’s Eve in Cologne that the media tried to memory-hole.

The UK’s grooming gang scandals — industrial-scale rape of working-class British girls by networks of mostly Pakistani-origin men — were covered up for years by authorities terrified of being called racist. That is suicidal empathy in its purest form: protect the narrative, sacrifice the native daughters.

These are not isolated failures. They are the predictable outcome of importing large numbers of people from low-trust, high-violence, clan-based societies into high-trust Western ones without demanding assimilation. The same pattern shows up in no-go zones, parallel legal systems, and rising antisemitism and anti-Western sentiment among certain migrant populations.

America has been running the same experiment under Democrat administrations. Record illegal crossings under Biden turned the southern border into a conveyor belt. Sanctuary cities, free healthcare for illegals in places like California, and soft-on-crime district attorneys (many funded by Soros-linked groups) complete the picture.

Musk has been clear about the  political motive: Democrats are importing a new voting bloc. Legalize enough people in swing states, provide benefits, and those states stop swinging. California already shows the end state — a one-party machine that never has to face real accountability. Musk has warned that if the open-border machine had continued uninterrupted, America was headed for permanent one-party rule.

George Soros and his Open Society network have spent decades and billions funding the infrastructure: pro-migration NGOs, progressive prosecutors who refuse to enforce the law, and activist groups that treat any enforcement as cruelty. Musk has repeatedly called this out, stating flatly that Soros wants to end Western civilization and has spent fortunes creating the asylum-seeker nightmare that is straining both America and Europe.

Real empathy includes empathy for your own children, your own culture, and the hard-won achievements of the West: individual rights, free inquiry, equality under the law, and the safety of women and girls. Suicidal empathy inverts that hierarchy. It treats the native population as the problem and the unvetted newcomer as the moral priority.

The data keeps stacking up. Crime stats, fertility collapse among natives, parallel societies that reject the host culture, and political capture by imported voters. Musk is not inventing this. He is describing what is already visible in European cities and American border towns.

Western nations that want to survive will have to choose. They can keep the current path — open borders, soft justice, and the constant demand to feel more and think less — or they can recover the will to prioritize their own continuity. Closing the border, enforcing the law, ending the benefits magnet, and demanding assimilation are not “hate.” They are the minimum requirements of any people that intends to remain a people.

Elon Musk is saying what millions already know but are told they cannot say. The goal of the mass-migration project pushed by certain Democrat donors is not charity. It is transformation. And transformation without consent is conquest by other means.

The recent wave of cyberattacks targeting U.S. water utilities is not a series of isolated incidents but part of a broader campaign targeting vulnerable infrastructure. Federal agencies, including CISA, have warned that additional attacks are likely. Defense contractors should pay attention because these attacks offer a preview of how adversaries are likely to approach smaller and mid-sized defense contractors.

These incidents are a reminder of how our adversaries think, how they operate, and where they believe they can achieve the greatest return for the least amount of effort. While Iran-nexus cyber groups are not the most advanced threat actors, low skill does not mean low risk. If you’re part of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), there are several important lessons to learn before similar campaigns reach the defense supply chain.

Attackers frequently target the organizations with the fewest resources. Many of the recent campaigns focused on smaller and mid-sized water utilities rather than the nation’s largest metropolitan systems. That shouldn’t surprise anyone. Smaller organizations often have fewer cybersecurity personnel, tighter budgets, and less mature security programs. The same reality exists throughout the DIB.

For years, many small and medium-sized defense contractors assumed they were simply too small to be targeted. Not only is this a misread of the threat environment, but in many cases, it is the exact opposite of reality. Foreign adversaries understand that a smaller subcontractor with weaker defenses can provide valuable intelligence, sensitive technical data, or a pathway into larger defense programs.

Many of the recent intrusions relied on familiar weaknesses, including vulnerable internet-facing devices, exposed remote access services, default or absent credentials, and end-of-life equipment no longer receiving security updates.

These were not sophisticated “zero-day” exploits. Attackers simply connected to internet-accessible controllers, then changed passwords and IP addresses to lock legitimate operators out of their own systems.

Defense contractors sometimes assume that sophisticated nation-state adversaries require equally sophisticated defenses. In practice, attackers often succeed because organizations fail to implement basic security controls consistently.

Earlier this year, we analyzed 130 real-world techniques used by prominent Iranian threat groups and mapped them against the security controls in NIST SP 800-171, the cybersecurity baseline that underpins the Department of War’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). The highest-leverage controls including monitoring, configuration management, baseline hardening, and malicious code protection, address these same underlying failures. Secure configurations and hardened baselines help prevent devices from being exposed with default credentials in the first place, while monitoring and malicious code protection help determine whether an intrusion is detected before significant damage occurs.

The scale and speed of these campaigns should concern every executive, because automation is fundamentally changing the economics of cyberattacks.

Threat actors no longer need to handcraft attacks against every organization they wish to target. Automated reconnaissance, vulnerability scanning, credential harvesting, and increasingly AI-enabled capabilities allow adversaries to identify and exploit thousands of potential targets simultaneously. AI will only make this process faster, cheaper, and more scalable, lowering the barriers for less sophisticated actors while increasing the volume of attacks that defenders must confront.

To cause that disruption, attackers are increasingly targeting operational technology (OT), such as industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. While defense contractors may not operate water treatment plants, they do operate manufacturing equipment, robotics, testing environments, production lines, logistics infrastructure, and other operational technologies that support the warfighter.

Protecting operational resilience is just as important as protecting sensitive information. The Department of War’s Office of the Chief Information Officer has recently highlighted this same issue, underscoring the growing importance of securing operational technology across the defense ecosystem.

Diplomatic Confrontation Between Turkey And Israel Intensifies

Turkey accuses Netanyahu of 'cheap politics' after Interpol arrest request

The diplomatic confrontation between Turkey and Israel intensified Friday after Ankara accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of engaging in "cheap politics" following Turkey's request that Interpol issue arrest warrants for him and other senior Israeli officials.

"Israel's election campaign has fallen under the sway of an irresponsible security-focused populism and a threat politics that is growing ever harsher. The Netanyahu administration's effort to construct Turkey as a new figure of threat is part and parcel of this cheap politics," said an official statement posted to social media by Turkey's Directorate of Communications.

"This threat [of] politics and escalation of tensions, pursued for the sake of domestic political rivalry, carries serious risks-not only for Israeli society, but also for regional and global peace and stability," the statement claimed.

"Turkey as yesterday, stands today as well on the side of the oppressed against the oppressor; come what may, it will steadfastly continue to defend peace, justice, and stability in our region," it concluded.

The Turkish statement followed a sharp response from Netanyahu to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan after Turkish authorities sought international arrest warrants for Netanyahu and dozens of other Israeli officials.

“Erdogan is an antisemitic dictator who has massacred Kurds, harbors Hamas terrorists, occupies half of Cyprus, and jails record numbers of journalists and politicians who oppose him. He now seeks to extend his aggression against Israel into Syria. Israel will not tolerate it," said a statement from the Prime Minister's Office.

“Erdogan’s pathetic attempt to intimidate the leaders and soldiers of Israel, the only true democracy in the Middle East, will go nowhere," the statement stressed.

Turkey's request was submitted in connection with criminal proceedings being conducted in absentia by Istanbul's 11th High Criminal Court.

The case reportedly concerns Israel's interception of the "Global Sumud" flotilla, which sought to breach Israel's naval blockade of the Gaza Strip before being stopped by Israeli forces in international waters.

There was no indication as of Friday that Interpol had accepted Turkey's request.

Ankara and Jerusalem had been moving toward renewed diplomatic ties before the October 7, 2023 Hamas terrorist massacre in southern Israel, but relations deteriorated sharply afterward. Turkish officials, particularly Erdogan, have since repeatedly criticized Israel.

In March of last year, Erdogan described Israel as a "terror state" after Israeli preemptive strikes against terrorist infrastructure in Gaza. He later said Netanyahu's government represented the single greatest threat to stability in the Middle East.

Erdogan renewed his criticism last week, accusing Israel of seeking to remove the Palestinian Arab issue from the international agenda.
