The United States "DELTA" Command and Control System is the computer network that the US uses for battle operations. It is constantly updated by military planners and intelligence sources with troop deployment info, weapons stock info, and complete attack plans. Russia has HACKED it; Ukraine's battle plans totally compromised.
Equally important, the DELTA system is also constantly updated with information about the OPPOSING forces, in this case, Russia.
Here is what a Russian computer Hacker got access to, with videos proving he got access, and how it is likely to be dispositive of the entire Ukraine war, in Russia's favor:
A computer hacker calling himself "JokerDPR" has publicly revealed he gained full and complete access to the US DELTA Command & Control System. It is not yet known WHEN, this was done.
In videos put together by "JokerDPR" he shows his touring of the DELTA system, revealing the exact location of ALL Ukraine troops, the weapons they have, and their attack plans/Schedules.
More interestingly, the DELTA system also shows what Ukraine/US/NATO knows about Russian troop levels, deployments, weaponry, etc.
Here is one small example of what the Hacker gained access to and published publicly. It shows Ukraine's battle plan for Mykolaiv/Kherson:
The detail is phenomenal. It shows which units come from where, go to where, how they get there, when, and what comes next. No detail is omitted.
As you read this story, published at 10:14 AM EDT on November 1, Russian military forces not only know the exact, precise, locations of all Ukrainian forces, they also know which AMERICAN/NATO units are deployed, where they are deployed, what weapons systems they are equipped with and most importantly, the attack plans that Ukraine has in their fight with Russia.
So when the Russian Ministry of Defense publicly accuses the US or UK or NATO of doing a particular thing, it is because the Russians already have the proof! They got it from our own systems thanks to Russian computer hackers.
This computer hacking of a premier American military software system, being used in actual battle, is likely the single most serious breach of US computer information in decades.
Tens of thousands of Ukraine troops are now in lethal danger, because Russia already knows where they are and what their plans are. The Russians got it all. The whole ball of wax. Everything.

The Pentagon has not yet responded to request for comment about this story.
A source in Russia, commenting on condition of anonymity said "The fact that our special services gained access to it indicates that we now know everything about the enemy and know everything that the enemy knows about our forces and means and their deployment.
The fact that Ukraine (and it's US/NATO co-conspirators) are clearly planning to commit so much force to Mykolaiv/Kherson is proof this city is key to US/NATO future plans.
If successful in Mykolaiv/Kherson, Ukraine will be able to physically cut-off Crimea; making it ripe for conquest. If this endeavor fails, then not only is Crimea safe, but next to fall would be Odessa.
If Odessa falls to Russia, then Ukraine is completely cut-off from the entire Black Sea. It will literally be a landlocked, rump, state. It won't even matter anymore - to just about anyone.
Losing Odessa means Ukraine will then not be able to grant permission for a NATO naval base on the Black Sea, and THAT will utterly wreck all US/NATO Plans for the future.
So right now, Mykolaiv/Kherson is the gigantic battle plan. If they win, Ukraine cuts-off Crimea and keeps Odessa. If they lose Mykolaiv/Kherson, next goes Odessa and that is the literal end for Ukraine.
