Three soldiers were injured, one seriously, when a drone packed with explosives launched from Lebanese territory crashed and blew up in an area near the northern community of Metula, the Israeli military said Thursday.

The attack was claimed by the Hezbollah terror group, which said it had targeted Israel Defense Forces targets with a missile-armed drone, as cross-border hostilities continued to spiral following the killing of a senior Hezbollah field commander earlier this week.

One of the troops was hospitalized in serious condition, the military said, and the other two were lightly hurt as a result of the blast.

Hezbollah said it had fired an “attack drone carrying two S5 rockets” that targeted a vehicle at a position in Metula.

It marked the first time Hezbollah has used a drone that launches missiles, rather than explosive-laden aircraft which it has used repeatedly amid the war.

Footage published by the terror group showed the drone flying over the army position near Metula, before it launched the two S5 rockets. Moments later, the drone is seen crashing and exploding in the area.

The IDF said it was investigating the incident, which came hours after Hezbollah fired dozens of rockets at the Golan Heights in two separate barrages.

The terror group claimed that it had fired some 60 Katyusha rockets at three military bases in the Golan Heights area, setting off rocket warning sirens throughout the area, although the IDF said that the number of rockets that crossed the border in the attack was closer to 40 and that the Iron Dome system had intercepted some of the rockets.

The military also said that the repeated sirens that sounded in the evacuated northern border community of Zar’it were triggered by five projectiles launched from Lebanon.

No injuries were reported as a result of either the rocket barrages or the projectiles.

Across the border, the IDF said it carried out a drone strike on a vehicle with two Hezbollah operatives in it, near the southern Lebanon towns of Qana and Seddiqine. Lebanese media reports said two people were killed in the strike and Hezbollah named two operatives killed while engaged in operations targeting Israel

The conflict with Russia has created new opportunities for bribes, kickbacks and theft in Ukraine, the US military’s inspector general told Congress in the quarterly report on the $113 billion in aid sent to Kiev.

Department of Defense Inspector General Robert Storch also serves as the special inspector for Operation Atlantic Resolve, the US-led operation to arm Ukraine.

“The ongoing war with Russia has created new opportunities for corruption, with several recent scandals within the defense sector revealing the misuse of wartime resources and weapons procurement funds,” the report said.

“Endemic corruption persists” in Ukraine, which remains “one of the least accountable governments in Europe,” according to the Pentagon’s inspector-general.

“Bribes, kickbacks, and inflated procurement costs are common risks for corruption within the Ministry of Defense,” leading to purchases of “inferior equipment” or “diversion of funds” intended for food and ammunition, according to the report.

Earlier this week, Ukrainian media reported the claims of one anti-corruption activist that Kharkov Region authorities embezzled or stole 7 billion hryvnias ($176.5 million) they were given to build fortifications along the border. The lack of defenses has resulted in Russian troops overrunning a dozen settlements in short order

No-bid contracts worth millions were given to cronies or freshly created companies run by people with criminal records, Martina Boguslavets wrote in Ukrainska Pravda.

According to the Pentagon, Transparency International ranked Ukraine 144th out of 177 countries back in 2014. Kiev has since improved, taking the 104th place out of 180 countries in the 2023 annual global Corruption Perceptions Index. 

Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) has investigated “several high-ranking officials in the government and judiciary accused of accepting bribes and embezzling worth more than $100 million,” Storch’s report said, citing the US State Department.

The Vatican has announced that it is set to hold a press conference on “supernatural phenomena” tomorrow, and it will touch on aliens and how it will deal with potential encounters in the future.

According to a notice on the Vatican's website, it will kick of at noon tomorrow, and will feature three prominent Vatican members.

Being held to “present the new provisions of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith for discerning between apparitions and other supernatural phenomena,” it will be led by Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandex, Messenger Armando Matteo and Daniela Del Gaudio.

The former are part of the Vatican's Doctrine of the Faith, while the latter is listed as the director of the International Observatory for Marian apparitions and mystical phenomena of the Pontifical International Marian Academy, lecturer in Mariology at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum and the San Bonaventura Faculty of Rome.

The move to hold the press conference has caused ripples in the alien community, as one like this hasn't been held since February 1978. However, according to the National Catholic Reporter, it is being done so after a surge in reporting of aliens and “supernatural phenomena” from mainstream media . . . such as the one you're currently reading.

Cardinal Franjo Seper explained how the move made by The Pope and his officials is “necessary”. He said: “Moreover, the ease of going from one place to another fosters frequent pilgrimages, so that Ecclesiastical Authority should discern quickly about the merits of such matters.”

The press conference is will see new guidelines launched on how the Vatican will deal with aliens and phenomena created by them – or alleged aliens etc. Until now, pretty much everything has been dismissed by The Pope and its investigative team, so it remains to be seen what the new document will do in terms of being more open to it.

However, Pope Francis did touch on aliens at the end of last year, when he was talking about how early Christians discussed associating with “Jews and Gentiles” – which, for some reason, he compared to aliens.

He said: “That was unthinkable. If, for example, tomorrow an expedition of Martians came, and some of them came to us, here…Martians, right? Green, with that long nose and big ears, just like children paint them…And one says, ‘But I want to be baptized!’ What would happen?” 

He didn't answer his own question, but added: “It was never the ministry of the closed door, never,”

On Tuesday, Columbia University student Saham David Ahmed Ali delivered the class speaker address at the Mailman School of Public Health’s commencement ceremony.

As she spoke, rather than focusing on the accomplishments of the students sharing an important moment in their lives, Ahmed Ali used it as an opportunity to push her personal agenda and delivered an anti-Israel, anti-Columbia tirade.

While speaking, her mic appeared to glitch multiple times when she mentioned Columbia’s “silence” over the ongoing Gaza war. However, it isn’t clear if the microphone was intentionally cut or was simply malfunctioning.

During the technical issues, the audience can cheer her on and chant, “Let her speak.”

Despite the technical difficulties, Ahmed Ali delivered her roughly 15-minute anti-Columbia and anti-Israel screed without further interruptions, where she falsely accused Israel of false claims of genocide and then bashed Columbia for not doing enough to address the ongoing situation in Gaza.

Ahmed Ali said it felt “dystopian” to walk the halls of the school “scrolling through social media, standing in our classrooms as I witness the genocide of the Palestinian people.”

“The silence on this campus and the pressure to say nothing while administration and professors assert that ‘we’re here for you’ while we’re actively witnessing the most televised genocide of our lives made me lose hope,” she said.

She called for NYPD officers to be removed from campus and for the protestors who were removed from campus to be granted amnesty.

She concluded her speech by listing off the demands from the anti-Israel student group Apartheid Divest, which has been involved in the disruptions on campus over the last several weeks.

Ahmed Ali did not, however, address Hamas’ use of rape as a tool of war, their attack on civilians, their murder of women and children, or the hostages that are still being held.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is in Beijing visiting his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

On the first day of the two-day state visit, which includes top Russian defense and security officials, Putin referenced Russia being "brothers forever" with China and Xi. He quoted from a 1940s song, saying "The event is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. There is a famous song from that time, it was created 75 years ago, but is often sung today: there is a quite famous line in it: 'Russian and Chinese are brothers forever'.

"I am sure that we will continue to strengthen the fraternal spirit of the harmonious Russian-Chinese partnership," he emphasized. Xi in response hit upon the 'old friend' theme, and was quoted in Xinhua as saying, "China is ready to work with Russia to stay each other’s good neighbor, good friend and good partner."

As expected, the two presented the Russia-China relationship as a stabilizing force for the region in the world. Speaking a their joint press conference Thursday, Xi said, "China is willing to … jointly achieve the development and rejuvenation of our respective countries, and work together to uphold fairness and justice in the world."

While not naming the United States directly, Xi said that the two countries will grow closer and press on in the face of rising hegemony. XI also said they do no seek to target any third party, and expressed hope that the war in Ukraine would be solved peacefully.

One interesting area of clear agreement was the rejection of foreign military blocs in the region. Putin condemned what he called "closed alliances in the region"

Secretary of State Antony Blinken made an unannounced visit to Ukraine on Tuesday and delivered a speech where he justified President Volodymyr Zelensky’s decision to postpone elections.

Presidential elections were due to be held in March, but they weren’t, and Zelensky will remain in office after his term ends on May 20. Ukrainian parliamentary elections were scheduled to be held last year in October, but they were also canceled.

Zelensky and other Ukrainian officials have justified the decision by pointing to Ukraine’s constitution, which prohibits elections during martial law. Martial law was first declared when Russia invaded and has been extended since. However, at one point, Zelensky made it clear that he could hold a vote if he wanted to.

Last year, Zelensky said that he could hold elections if the US and other Western countries paid for them and if Ukrainian legislators agreed to amend the constitution.

He later ruled out the idea and there’s been no pressure from Ukraine’s Western backers to hold a vote despite the claims that the proxy war is a fight for democracy.

In a speech at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Blinken said the US and Europe had been helping Ukraine build "democratic pillars," including "free and fair elections," but said a vote can only happen when the "conditions" are right.

Gen. Valery Zaluzhny, Ukraine’s former commander-in-chief who was recently appointed ambassador to the UK, has long been rumored to be a potential presidential candidate in a future election, although he hasn’t announced his intention to run.

Earlier this year, a poll in Ukraine found Zelensky would lose to Zaluzhny in a presidential election. The poll found that 41% favored Zaluzhny in a first-round election, while only 23.7% would vote for Zelensky.

The man who critically injured Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico on Wednesday was a fierce critic of the latter’s decision to stop arms shipments to Ukraine, Interior Minister Matuss Sutaj Estok has said.

Fico was shot at point-blank range several times on Wednesday as he greeted supporters in the small town of Handlova. The assailant was immediately arrested and the prime minister was rushed to a hospital in serious condition. Local authorities said earlier that there was a “clear political motivation” behind the attack.

Media reports identified the attacker as Juraj Cintula, 71, said to be the founder of the Slovak Association of Writers and a supporter of the opposition Progressive Slovakia party.

On Tuesday, Sutaj Estok confirmed earlier media reports that “the perpetrator is charged with the premeditated crime of attempted murder” and stressed that this was “a politically motivated act.”

According to the minister, the suspect closely followed domestic and international events, and protested against several government policies, including the closure of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, and the suspension of military aid to Ukraine. Fico, a critic of the Western stance on the Ukraine conflict, campaigned on a promise to cut arms deliveries to Kiev, which he proceeded to do after taking over as prime minister after the election last autumn’

“He stated these reasons why he disagrees with the government policy and why he decided to assassinate the Prime Minister,” Sutaj Estok said, describing the attacker as “the so-called lonely wolf” not linked to any groups. 

He noted that the suspect’s actions were in part accelerated by the recent victory of Peter Pellegrini, an ally of Fico, in the presidential election. The term of the current president, Zuzana Caputova, described as having pro-Western leanings, expires next month. Both Pellegrini and Caputova have denounced the attack, describing it as a threat to democracy.

Yesterday there was an assassination attempt on Slovakian Prime Minister, Robert Fico. Apparently, five shots were fired whilst Fico was greeting supporters. He was shot in the stomach and whilst his condition has improved, according to Slovakia’s PM, “he is not out of the woods yet”.

Fico actually predicted that something like this would happen a few weeks ago.

The Slovakian PM was a bit of an outcast in Western politics. He was against the CV narrative and recently announced that he was going to investigate “politicians and their meaningless purchases of medical devices and vaccines and we reject the WHO treaty”.

In fact, only days before the assassination attempt, the Slovak Government announced that it would not support the current version of the new pandemic treaty or the draft amendments to the International Health Regulations. It would not support any documents that weakened its position as a sovereign state, declared the Health Ministry. 

There has been much online speculation that these are the reasons for the attempted assassination but the most likely cause is Fico’s opposition to the Ukrainian war.

In January, Slovakia announced that it would veto Ukrainian membership to NATO. Fico’s reason for doing so was that it would mean “nothing other than a basis for World War III”.

The man who shot Fico, Juraj Cintula, was the founder of the ironically named “Against Violence” movement and was a prominent pro-Ukrainian activist. He often attended rallies where he has been recorded shouting “Long live Ukraine”.

Fico wasn’t pro-Russian but he didn’t follow the rest of the world in turning anti-Russian. He was more of a Russian pragmatist. So it comes as no surprise that the massively anti-Russian MSM almost justifies the assassination attempt due to his support for a Ukrainian peace deal.

Not only that but they suggest he is being paid by the Kremlin and connect him to Hungary’s Orban. This tenuous link suggests that because they don’t like Orban and Fico is a bit like Orban, the assassination attempt was inevitable. 

The NY Times did a similar thing in print - Fico is an ally of Putin and Orban so what do you expect?

A conservative legal firm is accusing a Tennessee hotel of canceling a pro-Israel meeting and demanding the establishment honor its commitment to the organizing party.

First Liberty, a religious freedom firm, sent a letter Monday to Sonesta Nashville Airport Hotel, imploring the venue to “fulfill its contractual obligation to HaYovel, a Christian ministry that was scheduled to hold a summit supporting Israel at the hotel next week,” according to a press release.

The firm’s attorneys, who accused the hotel of breaching “its contractual obligation,” decried the alleged actions and lambasted the hotel for purportedly canceling The Israel Summit, a conference for pro-Israel supporters who believe the nation has a right to the Holy Land where it currently resides.

Luke Hilton, director of marketing for HaYovel — a group bringing volunteers to Israel to help support the Jewish state — told CBN News he received a call just 10 days before the event, which is set to unfold May 20-22, 2024, telling him the hotel was no longer willing to host.

“They decided to cancel our contract due to pressure that they’d received from pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas groups, making phone calls,” he said, noting the hotel cited safety concerns in making the decision. “It’s complete shock to us and, obviously, very last minute.”

Hilton said HaYovel pledged to help provide increased security for the event and to do “whatever was needed to make sure everyone was safe.” But the hotel reportedly wasn’t persuaded by these offers.

First Liberty has pleaded with Sonesta to reverse its decision. Hiram Sasser, the law firm’s executive general counsel, told CBN News he is concerned about several matters surrounding the cancellation.

“There’s obviously a contract dispute issue,” he said. “But, more importantly, there’s a federal law, The Civil Rights Act Title II. The Civil Rights Act prohibits places of public accommodation from discriminating based upon religion and other things as well.”

Sasser continued, “In this case, what you have is, you have these agitators and protesters who are anti-Semitic and they do not want this group to be able to support the Jewish people or to support Israel, because of the religion of the people that they are trying to support. That’s their motivation.”

He believes the hotel potentially giving into that pressure could cross some lines when it comes to Title II, but the issues, he said, stretch beyond federal consideration.

“There’s also a Tennessee state law that’s sort of the equivalent of that they’re also in violation of,” Sasser said.

In the end, the attorney said people and institutions shouldn’t be in the habit of shutting down simply because “there’s some heckler who comes along and wants to do a heckler’s veto, which is basically, they’ll complain enough in order to try to create trouble to shut down” an event. 

“That’s not how our country’s supposed to operate,” Sasser said.

First Liberty detailed these concerns and others in a letter addressed to the hotel on behalf of HaYovel, The firm wrote the hotel’s cancellation was not only a breach of contract, but also “unlawful religious discrimination in a place of public accommodation in violation of Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000a, and the Tennessee Human Rights Act, Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-21-501 (the ‘THRA’).”

Cold air masses from the Arctic Ocean caused temperatures to drop significantly, affecting not only Russia but also Turkey with severe weather.

The first ten-day period of May in the European part of Russia may be recognized as the coldest in the history of observations, according to Roman Vilfand, the scientific head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center. The region experienced an unusual meteorological situation, where cold air masses from the Arctic Ocean were drawn in, leading to significantly lower temperatures.

Vilfand explained to TASS that two different weather systems—a western anticyclone and an eastern cyclone—contributed to this cold air movement from the Arctic Ocean.

This rare phenomenon caused temperatures in the first ten days of May to drop by 8 – 10 °C (14 – 18 °F) relative to the climatic norm. He also noted that the current weather in the European part of Russia is lagging behind typical patterns by three to four weeks.

As a result of this cold spell, temperatures through May 15 were expected to be 5 – 7 °C (9 – 13 °F) below the norm. The cold air masses originated from the Kara Sea and the Laptev Sea, significantly impacting the region’s climate.

But with the climate, they just love to keep the fraud going. After June 6th, they are whispering about restricting travel to reduce CO2 this summer. A survivor of Mao’s Cultural Revolution says she is experiencing post-traumatic stress witnessing history repeat itself on college campuses as “Marxist hordes” have taken over in anti-American and anti-Israel demonstrations.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Lily Tang Williams, who is currently running as a Republican candidate for Congress in New Hampshire’s 2nd district, said she fears the country she left is coming back to haunt her again in the United States. 

“I sometimes I get nervous, and I feel like I’m having a little bit of PTSD and like I can’t sleep well whenever I see the way they’re chanting, using drums and us[ing] slogans, [are] humiliating people and have a huge amount of young people…chanting ‘Death to America,’ not just ‘Death to Israel.’ I just feel like, oh my goodness the… Red Guards are in action again,” she said.

Dr. Ngare Issues Warnings About WHO Pandemic Treaty At Inter-Parliamentary Conference

A Kenyan physician has warned that the World Health Organization's (WHO) proposed pandemic treaty is but a ploy to usher in a globalist One World Government.

Dr. Wahome Ngare issued this warning during the Second African Inter-Parliamentary Conference on Family Values and Sovereignty, held from May 1 to 3 in the city of Entebbe in Uganda. 

According to the obstetrician-gynecologist, the real purpose of the treaty – which gives the global health body total control over its member nations on the matter of public health – is depopulation. 

But Ngare mentioned that this depopulation agenda through the injections only preface a bigger depopulation campaign via the treaty. The amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that are part and parcel of the Pandemic Treaty will determine how the WHO, and by extension its Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, would manage pandemics.

"The WHO is seeking to increase its powers so that the director-general can unilaterally declare that there is a pandemic, whether real or imagined. The minute he pronounces that, the new regulations would allow him to take charge of pandemic management in every country that is a signatory to [the] WHO," he explained.

"It is Tedros who will say when you will lock down, whether you can ever go to work [and] which vaccines you'll be given. If the WHO causes so much damage with its current power, can you imagine what it would do if you actually gave it more power?"

Ngare ultimately concluded that the WHO "is no longer a health-promoting body" but "an imperialist arm of global corporate interests." He continued that both the pandemic treaty and the IHR amendments will give the global health body "the mandate to use the pandemics to establish a One World Government by totally obliterating the sovereignty of member states and countries and eroding the citizens' individual liberties."

Ngare urges African nations to RESIST Pandemic Treaty

The ob-gyn also recounted how the globalists injected African females with contraceptives presented as "tetanus vaccines." Females from age 14 to 49 were injected with these contraceptives every six months, with the "vaccines" developed by the WHO, the United Nations and the World Bank.

Ngare wasn't all doom and gloom, however, as he suggested several ways that African nations can push back against this draconian treaty.

First, he called on African nations to avoid this immense harm by formally writing to the WHO to reject the treaty and IHR amendments. He also urged them to "consider exiting the WHO by 2024, which is when the pandemic treaty is supposed to come into force."

Ngare also urged African countries to "collectively call for an end to gain-of-function research," something he described as both absurd and extremely dangerous.

"African countries should take a step and say, 'It is criminal for anybody to train viruses and bacteria to attack human beings as a way of creating a vaccine just in case the virus escapes.' That is witchcraft, it is not medicine."

Lastly, the Nairobi-based ob-gyn called for the rejection of any plans to link individual health records – including vaccination records – to the digital ID being forced on African countries.

"Honorable members, do not allow the government to access private health information as a means to determine who will get health services or not. It is medically unethical and it is against basic human rights."

Over the past several years, the use of drones in armed conflicts such as the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the Russia-Ukraine War, as well as by several Iranian proxy militias, has revolutionized battlefield tactics around the world.

Ironically, one of the countries that pioneered the military use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the past, Israel, has now been suffering daily drone attacks on at least five fronts for over half a year.

Hamas used cheap, small commercial drones to great effect during its surprise attack on October 7, even causing the IDF to hurriedly install metal cages over its tanks to prevent drones from dropping explosives on them.

While Iran-backed militias in Syria and Iraq, and even the Yemeni Houthi rebels, have launched drones against Israel once in a while, the Lebanese terror militia Hezbollah has raised the intensity of its drone attacks to the point of carrying out more than one drone attack per day during the month of April.

After launching its attacks on Israel last October, mainly using rockets and anti-tank missiles, the terror group has increasingly relied on drone attacks – killing and wounding numerous Israelis over the past few months.

Contrary to this, most of Iran’s drones are meant to explode upon impact on the target and are, therefore, often called “suicide“ or kamikaze drones.

Because they are relatively simple and cheap to produce, in effect, they function as low-cost cruise missiles, delivering relatively large warheads at high precision and low cost.

Lebanese terrorists have been the main benefactors of their Iranian sponsors’ armament program over the past decades, which has increased in pace after the Syrian Civil War enabled Iran to strengthen its grip on the country, allowing it to facilitate larger and more frequent shipments through Syria.

Israel has worked tirelessly in an effort dubbed the “war between wars” to thwart the covert arms smuggling to Hezbollah, carried out by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps(IRGC) through Iraq and Syria.

Nevertheless, it is estimated that Hezbollah managed to amass a huge arsenal of weapons, including some 150,000 rockets and missiles, as well as an estimated 2,000 drones of various types and ranges.
