REPORT: Order Given To Let Ukrainian Leave Kursk Alive, Kremlin Says Peace 'Situation Starting To Move', Zelenskiy Again Attempts To Torpedo Peace

The video below is reportedly a Russian soldier declaring that an order has been given to allow remaining Ukrainian soldiers to leave Kursk alive. There are less than 20,000 remaining. Over 70,000 Ukrainians have been killed on the Russian territory.

However, former Russian President Medvedev has stated publicly the forces need to surrender or they will be destroyed. Putin said, "In order to implement Trump's call, Kyiv must give the order to its military in the Kursk region to surrender."

The Russian President said the Trump team was doing everything possible to restore relations with Russia. Putin declared the 'situation for peace is starting to move'.

For his part, Ukrainian President Zelenskiy continues to try and torpedo peace talks.

"Putin is lying about the real situation on the battlefield, he is lying about the losses, he is lying about the real state of his economy, which has suffered from his ill-gotten imperial ambitions, and he is doing everything possible to ensure that diplomacy fails.  Putin cannot get out of this war, because then he will be left with nothing.

"Putin will try to drag everyone into endless discussions, just as he did with “Minsk”, wasting days, weeks and months on meaningless negotiations, while his weapons continue to kill people. Every condition that Putin puts forward is just an attempt to block any diplomacy.

"We support our American partners and President Trump. We want to trust America and its President. Ukraine is ready to act quickly and constructively. And we have warned that the only party that will try to sabotage everything will not be us."

Ukrainian Minister of Justice Stefanishyna said, "Negotiations on the minerals agreement have been completed, Ukraine is waiting for the signing date from the US."
