To close out 2023, The United States Supreme Court quietly ruled earlier this month to throw out lower appellate district court rulings that challenged President Biden’s Covid-19 vaccine mandates for public employees and the Armed Forces, which effectively strips away any future precedent to challenge any future vaccine mandates or of the suchlike.
In other words, if the federal government wants to mandate any future vaccines, for example, chances of getting it repealed in court are probably moot and dead-on-arrival.
On December 11th, the three lower court rulings in question – Payne v. Biden, U.S., No. 22-1225, Biden v. Feds for Medical Freedom, U.S., No. 23-60, and Kendall v. Doster, U.S., No. 23-154. – were rendered “moot.” All three cases were filed before Biden’s federal mandate was rescinded in May.
As explained by Bloomberg Law of the day of the rulings: ‘the justices vacated decisions from the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and DC Circuits on whether federal employees can challenge the vaccine requirement in district court under the Civil Service Reform Act.’
A member of Donald Trump’s impeachment defense team, Alan Dershowitz, stated in an interview in May of 2020, asserts that the U.S. Constitution says the American people have no right to defy government mandates and order in what they declare to be a public health crisis.
Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree, you have no right not to be vaccinated. You have no right not to wear a mask. You have no right to open up your business.
And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm – if the vaccination is designed to stop the spread of disease.
You have no right to refuse to be vaccinated against a contagious disease. Public health, the police power of the constitution, gives the state the power to compel that.

Basically, the Supreme Court has said, in so few of words, that by challenging the Federal government and whatever they dictate, don’t bother wasting your time because they’ve already sided against you; not just with vaccine mandates, but, with a precedent such as this, the Supreme Court is saying that challenging the government is moot and in vain.
In short, freedom and justice is truly dead, and we undeniably have a dictatorship by another name. The fact remains is that this country truly is dead and gone. The problem was that the initial so called vaccine was experimental and lacked the sufficient animal testing and human volunteer trials. Violating the Nuremberg code. Sufficient testing and honest disclosure along with liability protection for the vaccinated versus the pharma would have alleviated any concerns and the need of any Supreme Court ruling. This was not done. It was an engineered virus with an experimental dubious untested bio weapon that caused and will cause more deaths to further the depopulation agenda while making those perpetuating this agenda wealthy which gives them additional resources to do even more evil while building their bunkers.
Jesus said, "You must deny (reject) yourself and follow Me".
This is what a follower of the Lord does is deny his or herself and follows behind Him. I don't see why believers are protesting against a vaccine that might stop or help prevent another or themselves from sickness. How is a believer, who is protesting against the government which the Lord God has placed over us to submit ourselves to, being a testimony and ambassador for Christ? We are only passing through this world. This world is passing away. Many believers are firmly planting their feet down in this present world demanding their rights. We gave up our rights when we received the Lord. The Lord Jesus bought us with a price to be used for His vessels for His work, not ours.
Many believers think it's their duty to fix the world system and fight for that which belongs to Satan, the enemy of our soul. The Lord Jesus Christ won the victory over sin and death at the cross. We are pilgrims passing through this temporary world. Instead, many are distracted and, rather than denying themselves, are joining in the fight alongside those of this world.
Wow....I don't even know where to start with this one....If I had time I would dissect this and discuss each point individually, but I don't have a lot of time at the moment.
First of all, widely available data reveals that 90% of covid deaths now are in the "vaccinated" and you are 3x more likely to transmit the virus if "vaccinated"...It also wipes out a large part of your immune system, specifically, the parts that fight cancer and a variety or respiratory infections. This is why the rate of cancer has skyrocketed in the last two years and why so many "vaccinated" are getting sick from an array or respiratory infections. Regardless, you believe that to "deny oneself" equates to taking this experimental mRNA product? Really? Thats a very interesting take on that scripture. We "gave up our rights" when we accepted Christ? Another interesting take....Too bad you weren't here to inform George Washington et al of this....

I for one am surely glad that Joseph and Mary protesting governmental policy and fled to Egypt.
