In this video link we have a very compelling summary of Matthew 24 by Anne Graham Lotz. The back story, at least partially, as I recall from an article a few months ago; was that Mrs Lotz spent considerable time taking care of her sick and dying husband. During that relatively long period, she studied prophecy and developed a keen understanding of "end times" prophecy and is fully on board with our literal view and she is now devoting her time to spreading this message. This is a little over an hour but there is no redundancy and her pleas to take this message seriously and to prepare appropriately hits the target.
