Unmanned incursions test NATO’s eastern flank, closing European airports

Unmanned incursions test NATO’s eastern flank, closing European airports

  • Recent drone and balloon sightings caused temporary airport closures in the Netherlands and Lithuania.
  • European officials are increasingly concerned about airspace violations as a form of hybrid warfare.
  • Lithuania attributes balloon incursions to Belarusian smugglers but calls the activity a state-sponsored "hybrid attack."
  • NATO's eastern flank faces a pattern of airspace breaches, including a Russian attack drone crash in Latvia.
  • The EU is responding with new defense proposals, including a "drone wall" to protect its borders.

European airspace is under a new form of siege, not from fighter jets but from unmanned and seemingly low-tech aerial objects. In a series of disruptive incidents, airports in Lithuania and the Netherlands were forced to temporarily halt all operations in late November 2025 after sightings of balloons and drones, marking the latest in a months-long pattern of incursions that is stretching NATO’s vigilance and testing its eastern borders.

These events, ranging from contraband-carrying balloons to mysterious drones near military bases, have escalated regional tensions, forced a re-evaluation of continental defense and raised urgent questions about the vulnerability of Europe's critical infrastructure in this era of hybrid threats.

The immediate disruptions were stark. On November 24, Lithuania’s Vilnius Airport twice closed its airspace overnight due to balloon sightings, diverting flights and marking the capital's ninth such shutdown since early October. Hours earlier, on the evening of November 22, both civilian and military air traffic at the Netherlands’ Eindhoven Airport was suspended after reports of "multiple drones."

Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans confirmed that responsive measures were taken but withheld details for security reasons, stating simply, "Disruption of air traffic with drones is unacceptable." These incidents are not isolated. Recent months have seen similar flight groundings in Sweden, Belgium and Denmark, creating a continent-wide pattern of aerial nuisance and menace.

PA ‘Reforms’ Will Do Nothing To Change The Overwhelming Desire Of Palestians To Destroy Israel

PA ‘Reforms’ Will Do Nothing To Change The Overwhelming Desire Of Palestians To Destroy Israel

The Palestinian Authority has done absolutely nothing to change its hatred towards Israel.

According to the Jewish News Syndicate (JNS):

The Palestinian Authority nearly doubled the payments it issued in 2025 to convicted terrorists and to the families of those killed while carrying out attacks, despite its repeated claims to have halted the practice, Israel’s Foreign Ministry revealed Wednesday.

Last year, Ramallah disbursed $144 million in payments rewarding attacks against Israelis. In 2025, it has already committed $214 million, “and the year isn’t even over,” Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar tweeted.

Sa’ar told reporters in Budapest on Oct. 27 that “contrary to the P.A.’s promises in English, they are continuing their pay-for-slay policy.

“Paying salaries to terrorists and their families for murdering Jews and Israelis has been Palestinian law since 2004 and until this very day. They just changed the method. The terrorists are collecting their payments from the Palestinian post office,” according to Israel’s top diplomat.

Abbas said on Feb. 21 that he would not deduct “a single penny” from payments to prisoners and the so-called Martyrs’ Fund, despite a statement earlier in the month that some countries had interpreted as signaling an end to the controversial policy.

“I told you once and I stand by my word: Even if we have [only] one penny left, it is for the prisoners and the martyrs,” Abbas continued, echoing previous remarks made during a 2018 address.

The actions of the Palestinian Authority are shameful, to say the least. However, what is especially disgraceful is the world’s constant pressure on Israel to make peace with these individuals.

The Palestinians not only hate Israel, they teach their children to do the same. Reminding us of that, Jewish News Syndicate, in a separate article earlier this month, wrote:

Palestinian textbooks remain filled with incitement against Jews and are rife with antisemitism and the promotion of martyrdom, in violation of past pledges of reform made to the European Union, a new study released Wednesday found.

The review of the Palestinian Authority’s 2025-2026 national school curriculum by the London-based IMPACT-se research institute finds that the schoolbooks remain unchanged from previous years in violation of an E.U. accord signed last year for continued funding.

The study of some 290 Palestinian textbooks and 71 teacher guides used to teach 1.3 million pupils finds that antisemitism remains a “central feature” of the curriculum, with Jews depicted as deceitful, manipulative or inherently corrupt enemies of Islam.

A 7th-grade teacher guide cited in the report describes Israelis bashing Palestinian children’s heads in front of their mothers and mutilating women for jewelry while instructing students to visually recreate the events with drawings.

Violence and terrorism are directly glorified, the review found, with Palestinians who killed Israelis lauded as “martyrs” and role models for youth.

Even first-grade children learn the Arabic word for “martyr” as one of their very first spelling terms.

The study also found that the State of Israel has been erased from both maps and texts, its existence described as “incompatible with justice,” while Israelis are routinely dehumanized.

I could go on and on with what the young children are being taught in Gaza and the so-called “West Bank.” Palestinian children are instructed to hate Israel, being fed with constant falsehood and propaganda about the Jewish State.

For the First Time Since the Temple’s Destruction: Levites Return to Sing on Temple Mount

For the First Time Since the Temple’s Destruction: Levites Return to Sing on Temple Mount

The silence that has hung over the Temple Mount for nearly two thousand years was broken Thursday morning when three Levites ascended Judaism’s holiest site and sang the daily psalm. The moment marks an unprecedented restoration of an ancient Temple service that ceased with the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 CE.

The Levites who participated in the ascent described their experience in a statement: “We were moved today to fulfill (partially) our dream as sons of Levi – to sing the song of God on the holy mountain. Today, thank God, there are several organizations of Levites preparing for the day when we can stand again on the platform, and we invite our Levite brothers to inquire and join.”

The Bible assigns the Levites a specific role in Temple worship. In the book of Chronicles, King David organizes the Levitical singers: “David and the commanders of the army set apart for the service the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun, who prophesied with lyres, harps, and cymbals” (1 Chronicles 25:1). This wasn’t merely ceremonial music. The Sages teach that Levitical song was an essential component of the Temple service itself, so integral that sacrifices offered without it were considered incomplete.

Akiva Ariel, acting CEO of Beyadenu, stated: “Since the destruction of the Second Temple, the song of the Levites has not been heard on the Temple Mount. This moment expresses the longing and deep connection of the people of Israel to the holiest place in a respectful, modest, and sanctifying way. This is a moving civic initiative that continues the heartbeat of the nation toward this place.”

Beyadenu emphasized that events of this type join a long line of communal and educational initiatives that express the awakening and renewed connection to the Temple Mount from across the country.

The return of Levitical song to the Temple Mount represents more than historical reenactment. It signals a generation of Jews refusing to accept the Mount’s status as a place where Jewish prayer and worship remain restricted. While current policies limit Jewish religious expression on the site, initiatives like Thursday’s Levitical singing push the boundaries of what Jewish presence on the Mount can mean.

The three Levites who sang on Thursday stood in the footsteps of their ancestors who once filled the Temple courts with psalms. Their voices carried across stones that remember King David’s harp and Solomon’s dedication. After 1,955 years of silence, the songs of Levi sound again on the Mount.

Traditionally, Temple musicians were selected from the tribe of Levi. The Zohar explains that the Levites were selected to sing in the Temple because the name Levi means to accompany, and their music would cause others to come close to God. In the days that the Temples stood in Jerusalem, the Levites sang on the 15 steps— corresponding to the 15 Songs of Ascent in Psalms 15 —that led from the Ezrat Nashim (“Court of Women”) to the Ezrat Yisrael(“Court of Israelites”). The Mishna states that there were never less than 12 Levites standing on the platform, but their number could be increased indefinitely. While ordinarily, no minor was permitted to enter the Azarah (“Courtyard”) to take part in the service, the young Levites were permitted to join in the singing to “add sweetness to the sound” but were not permitted to stand on the same platform with the adult Levites (Talmud Erchin 2:6).

In the Bible, the tribe of Levi included Moses and Aaron. Kohanim (priests) are descendants of Aaron and his descendants became a subset of the tribe of Levi. The other members of the tribe were chosen by God to forfeit their portions of land in Israel and to serve in the Temple. The Levites performed various functions in the Temple including guarding and serving all the musical needs.

Jewish communities are scrupulous about perpetuating the status of the Levites, which is passed from father to son. Only Jewish men whose fathers were Levites are considered eligible. Comprising about 4% of the total Jewish population, they are recognized for conspicuous honors in religious services and their status as Levites is inscribed on their gravestones.

The Gaon of Vilna (an 18th-century Torah sage) said that the Temple music would be the last secret to be revealed before the Messiah.

Locked Out of His Own Hand: The Microchip Mishap & The Prophetic Future
PNW STAFF

Every now and then, a story comes along that sounds more like satire than news. Such was the case this month when Zi Teng Wang--a Missouri magician and molecular biologist--confessed online that he had lost the password to the microchip implanted in his own hand. Yes, you read that correctly. A chip... in his hand... that he can no longer control.

At first glance, it's an amusing cyberpunk mishap. Wang, who goes by Zi the Mentalist, originally embedded an RFID chip between his thumb and index finger years ago as part of a magic routine. The idea was clever: an audience member could tap a phone to his hand and activate a trick. But the execution was less than magical. Phones differ in where their RFID readers are located, many people disable the feature, and tapping someone's hand repeatedly kills the mystery pretty quickly.

So Wang repurposed the chip, linking it to a Bitcoin address and later to an Imgur meme. But when the image link went down and he tried to rewrite the chip, he discovered something chilling:
he had forgotten the password to the device inside his own body.

His tech friends told him the only way to unlock it now would be to strap an RFID reader to his hand for days--or weeks--and brute-force every possible password combination. In the meantime, the device is locked permanently inside him, functional but inaccessible. An inconvenience, yes. But also a strange parable for our times.

Because what seems like comic relief is actually a flashing red reminder of just how far technology has crept beneath our skin--literally.

Zi Wang's plight would be little more than a funny headline if it weren't part of a much larger story unfolding around the world. In Sweden, thousands of citizens have already had microchips implanted in their hands to access transit, open office doors, store personal identification data, and even buy snacks from vending machines. European tech companies have hosted "implant parties," where volunteers line up to receive NFC chips the way people once lined up for the newest iPhone.

In the United States, several companies have experimented with optional employee implants for building access and digital payments. Even more significant is the rapid growth of biometric ID systems--facial scans, palm-vein signatures, retina recognition--that are being tied to banking, travel, and online access.

And of course, layered on top of all of this are the major shifts toward:

Central bank digital currencies (CBDCs)

Digital wallets required for government services

Biometric tattoos developed by major research groups

Implantable health sensors from Silicon Valley startups

Neural implants like Elon Musk's Neuralink

Individually, these technologies seem impressive--sometimes even helpful. But together? They form a powerful ecosystem that is merging faster than most people realize.

And that's where Bible prophecy readers feel their ears perk up.

The Quiet March Toward a Single, Universal "Mark"

For Christians who take Revelation seriously, none of this sounds far-fetched. Scripture describes a future where a global power demands not only identification and economic compliance, but loyalty--enforced through a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. A mark intertwined with commerce, control, and allegiance.

For decades, that seemed futuristic. Today, it sounds uncomfortably close.

The idea of a chip in the hand is no longer science fiction. European payment systems already allow it. Biometric tattoos--ink embedded with nanoscale circuitry--can store health data or authenticate identity. Digital currencies can be tracked, restricted, or programmed to expire. Governments are actively discussing digital IDs tied directly to financial systems.

The question is no longer "Could this ever happen?"

It has quietly become "How long until these systems merge into one?"

Once every part of life--identity, access, purchases, travel, healthcare--requires a digital credential, the infrastructure for a Revelation-style system is already in place. All it would take is a crisis, a charismatic leader, and a promise of safety and order.

Where This May Be Heading

Zi Wang's locked-hand fiasco is humorous, but it exposes something serious: once technology crosses the boundary into the body, the rules change. Ownership changes. Access changes. Control changes.

Imagine a future where:

Your digital currency wallet is tied to a chip in your hand.

Your travel permissions are embedded in a biometric ID tattoo.

Your medical data is stored in a subdermal sensor.

Your loyalty to the governing system--political, ideological, or religious--is verified through your digital signature.

At that point, losing access to your internal tech isn't just funny.

It's catastrophic.

People would be unable to buy or sell--not because they forgot a password, but because the system locked them out.

Exactly as Revelation forewarns.  Except this time it will be for more than technical reasons.

A Glimpse of What's Coming

The world is not there yet. But the convergence is happening. Sweden has normalized chips. The EU is rolling out digital identity frameworks. The U.S. is piloting biometric payment systems. Silicon Valley is embedding tech under the skin while banks explore wallet-based digital currencies.

And in Missouri, a magician stares at an X-ray of the chip in his own hand and jokes that he has become "a useless cyborg."

For prophecy watchers, it's hard not to hear the whisper behind the humor:

The technology now exists. The infrastructure is being built. The world is being conditioned. The future described in Revelation is no longer impossible--it is increasingly plausible.

We're not laughing anymore.

Things To Come: Cameras, Cameras Everywhere – 'Orwellian Nightmare'

Cameras, Cameras Everywhere – See Every Move You Make
BP

Have you noticed cameras going up everywhere? These cameras aren’t just crime-fighting tools, they’re the foundation of an American surveillance state, paid for with your tax dollars and owned by private billionaires. Drive past one of those innocuous “Flock” solar-powered poles and it instantly photographs your license plate and logs the make, model, color, bumper stickers, exact time and location – and then uploads everything to Flock’s private cloud. From there, thousands of police agencies nationwide can search your movements without a warrant, without suspicion and without you ever knowing. [1]

Flock Safety’s data can be integrated with “predictive” policing platforms, including Palantir’s software.

Think “Minority Report” – the well-known dystopian movie centered around predicting and preventing crime before it happens. The film’s tagline was even: “The system is perfect until it comes after you.”  Palantir, a company co-founded by Peter Thiel with initial funding from the CIA, is bringing battlefield-level surveillance and predictive policing capabilities straight into everyday local law enforcement. The system is marketed as “Your software is the weapons system.” Military tech being transferred to domestic policing raises major concerns.

Flock isn’t alone. Bosch’s DINION and AUTODOME ALPR and other cameras blanket highways and parking lots. Rekor, Vigilant Solutions (Motorola), PlateSmart, Verkada, red-light cameras, toll readers, Ring doorbells, Tesla dashcams and private security systems, all feed the same growing web. Data from these overlapping networks flows into shared law-enforcement databases and fusion centers, creating a permanent, searchable map of where every vehicle and every American go.

Condor uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to provide communities with live and recorded video to help deter and solve crime equitably and effectively”. [2]

The company cashing in big time? Flock Safety, a Silicon Valley darling backed by Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund – the same Peter Thiel who co-founded Palantir, the NSA’s favorite data-vacuum. Thiel and Andreessen Horowitz collect the checks while cities lock themselves into endless subscription fees ($2,500–$4,000 per camera per year), turning YOURtaxes into a perpetual revenue stream for a private duopoly (Flock + Axon) that owns your travel history.

Why is Flock Safety named “Flock”?

According to Flock’s own marketing and explanations (e.g., on their site and in interviews), they describe building a “public-private safety network” that unites communities “like a flock” to deter and solve crime. The name draws from the metaphor of a flock of birds (or sheep) that protect each other collectively by staying together and watching out for threats:

    • It emphasizes community protection – the idea that cameras work best when deployed in networks (a “flock”) across neighborhoods, sharing data to create a collective safety net. (The modern-day neighborhood watch)
    • Flock reinforces watchfulness and vigilance, as birds in a flock are highly alert to danger.
    • The company names many products after birds (e.g., Falcon cameras, Condor, Sparrow, Raven gunfire detectors) to tie into this avian theme of overhead observation and awareness.

If Palantir wanted truth in advertising they’d call it “All-Seeing Eye” – but “Flock” sounds so much cuddlier while it herds the sheep. “Flock” is adorable until you realize the birds aren’t watching for hawks.  They’re watching you.

As a reminder, Peter Thiel and his co-founder named their company Palantir after the Lord of the Rings Palantir, which were magical seeing stones originally made for good: to let the forces of light communicate and watch over their lands. In the wrong hands (especially Sauron’s), they became tools of total surveillance and mind-control, letting the Dark Lord spy on everyone and twist what they saw. What was meant to protect the people’s freedom ended up enslaving them.

Larry Ellison, another billionaire tech oligarch working with President Trump on the infrastructure for storing all the surveillance data, stated, “Citizens will be on their best behavior because we’re constantly recording and reporting everything that’s going on.” [3]

According to the Conservative Daily News article,

“Flock Cameras Are Invading And Coming To A City Near You…Casa Grande, Ariz. in Pinal County, recently approved a 10-year contract with Flock totaling $10 million for 100 ALPRs, 100 pan-tilt-zoom cameras, 10 video cameras, a gunshot detection system, and additional surveillance devices. With 22 ALPRs already operating and 100 more on the way, no one will cruise around Casa Grande without the government’s careful observation. Yet the Casa Grande police chief brushes off privacy concerns, saying: “I know people are worried about Big Brother… But if they’re calling or emailing with these concerns on their phone, that phone is capturing a thousand times more information than Flock will.” In other words, you’re already being tracked, so what’s a little more?”[4]

It starts with public safety and morphs into an Orwellian Nightmare
This is how China built its modern Communist Gulag: start with “public safety” cameras, quietly centralize the data, then weaponize it. Over 700 million cameras, primarily through its “Skynet” system, feed a social-credit system that already decides who can travel, work or send their kids to good schools.

We don’t have the social scoring (yet), but the infrastructure is identical, except ours is being assembled by profit-hungry venture capitalists instead of the Communist Party. You are being tracked right now, everywhere you drive, whether you’ve done anything wrong or not. And you and your neighbors are paying Peter Thiel’s portfolio companies for the privilege.

These systems don’t make us safer – they normalize life under constant unaccountable surveillance while billionaire investors get rich. If we let this grid finish weaving itself across the country, we’ll wake up in the exact same digital prison China spent a decade constructing – one “safety” camera at a time.
