After reviewing this Article, other sources of information flowing out, it's so obvious in my opinion, the end objective from this sent virus was to depopulate, control remaining populace, and divide to conquer, in my opinion!

Stopping madmen can occur if we all rise up to remove those criminals instilling their mad agenda's to kill for control, wealth, and perhaps even pleasure of sorts!
