First the Biden regime lifts the block on Ukraine using U.S. missiles to hit targets within Russia, making America a direct party to the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, and now the U.S. is sending anti-personnel landmines, which are banned in 150 countries, including the UK, to Ukraine.
It is noteworthy that the U.S. and Russia have not signed on to said ban, but this is yet another escalation by the U.S. in directly interfering in a war that holds no national security benefits to America.
Interestingly, Ukraine is a signatory of the ban of the use of these anti-personnel lands, but is considering withdrawing from the Ottawa Treaty, also known as the 1997 Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention.
Ukraine is a signatory, but has indicated that it might withdraw from the treaty out of military necessity.
The lifting if bans on these two measures, U.S. missiles being used to strike within Russia, and the land mines, is guaranteed to make peace talk negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, after Donald Trump takes office nearly impossible, even after Trump rescinds these latest permissions by whoever is controlling the decision-making at the White House.
According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, "Anti-personnel mines continue to maim and kill even after conflicts end – and it is mainly civilians who suffer the horrific consequences."

Anti-personnel mines leave a long-lasting legacy of death, injury and suffering. Stepping on a mine will often injure or kill one or more people – frequently children – with lifelong consequences for the victims and their families. Mine contamination makes it impossible to use vast areas of land, compromising food production and destroying livelihoods. The impact of anti-personnel mines on communities often lasts for decades.
That is why in 1997 the international community adopted the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention, which prohibits the use, production, stockpiling and transfer of these weapons and requires action be taken to prevent and address their long-term effects.
In 2020, then-candidate for president Joe Biden, criticized Trump for considering these landmines use, stating "The Trump administration’s reversal of years of considered decisions by Democratic and Republican presidents to curtail the use of landmines is another reckless act... It will put more civilians at risk of being injured by unexploded mines, and is unnecessary from a military perspective" according to the New York Post.
By April 2021, despite Biden's rhetoric on the campaign trail before the 2020 presidential election, his regime continued the use, with Department of Defense spokesperson Mike Howard stating antipersonnel landmines "remain a vital tool in conventional warfare that the United States military cannot responsibly forgo."
Sputnik reports the Belarusian First Deputy Defense Minister Pavel Muraveiko said on Wednesday after the decision was first reported ""It is a known fact that the West-East confrontation has reached a heated phase. In this context, the escalation of the Ukrainian conflict near the southern border of Belarus is a trigger. This is due to irresponsible political decisions, such as sending Ukrainian and foreign mercenaries to attack the Kursk Region, giving [Kiev] permission to fire long-range weapons at civilian infrastructure in Russia, and supplying the Kiev regime with antipersonnel mines. These factors cannot be ignored."
The hypocrisy of this latest action on the part of the White House is clear, as Sky News reports that Russia, not a signatory of the Ottawa Treaty, has used these landmines, but "the use of such mines is considered a violation of its obligations under international law."
A 2023 report by the International Campaign to Ban Landmines also said Ukrainian forces may have used anti-personnel landmines in contravention of the convention in and around the city of Izium during 2022, when the city was under Russian control.
So, it is a violation when Russia uses them, but not when Ukraine used them, and the Biden regime has no problem sending them to Ukraine, who is a signatory of the Ottawa Treaty, to use.
Fox News sub-header states "Biden has escalated the conflict in Ukraine ahead of President-elect Trump's inauguration," which is entirely accurate as to what we are watching, except for one glaring error.
As seen in the one and only presidential debate between Trump and Biden, clearly Biden doesn't have the mental capacity to be the one making these decisions, but someone in the White House has decided that kicking off World War III before they leave on January 20, would be a great middle finger to Americans that voted Trump back into office.

"The Military Industrial Complex seems to want to make sure they get World War 3 going before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives," Donald Trump Jr. posted on social media after Biden's long-range missile approval. "Gotta lock in those $Trillions. Life be dammed!!! Imbeciles!"
It is hard to argue Don Jr.'s point here as we are witnessing the start of a hot world war being started in front of our eyes like an out-of-control train with nobody able to hit the brakes.
