Report: Secret Service Agents Were Standing on Rooftop Near to Where Shooter Was Reportedly Stationed – How did They Miss This?

President Trump was shot at during a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday. Trump grabbed his neck after he was hit and pumped his fist as the Secret Service helped him walk away to the ambulance.

New photos have emerged allegedly showing the deceased shooter on a rooftop adjacent to the president’s podium. He was reportedly situated to the right side of Trump when he shot 8-10 bullets toward the rally.

Things do not add up, however, as video footage from the rally clearly shows what looks like two Secret Service agents standing watch on the Rooftop directly adjacent to where the shooter allegedly fired from.

The live video feed, broadcast by RSBN, shows Trump being introduced at the rally at 6:04 PM EST. Two agents can be clearly seen standing on the rooftop behind him on the same side he was shot. Furthermore, their rooftop was higher elevation than the shooter’s. How did they miss him?

What is the deal here?!

The Secret Service rooftop is slightly more elevated than the shooter's rooftop. They should have at least been able to see something.

Before the shooting took place, concerned rallygoers alerted authorities to a man crawling on the rooftop. However, they were apparently ignored. Secret service likely had this information, one of the men who saw the shooter explained to BBC at the rally.

The counter-snipers were positioned on a roof behind where Trump was speaking.

An eyewitness told the BBC that they could see the shooter crawling on another nearby roof and alerted police and the Secret Service before Trump was shot.

“He had a rifle,” the witness said. “We could clearly see him with a rifle. Absolutely. We’re pointing at them. The police are down there running around on the ground. We’re like, hey, man, this guy on the roof with a rifle. And the police were like, huh? What? You know, like they didn’t know what was going on, you know, we’re like, hey, right here on the roof, we can see him from right here. We see him, you know, he’s crawling!”

The witness continued, “Next thing you know, I’m like, I’m thinking to myself, I’m like, why is Trump still speaking? Why have they not pulled him off the stage? I’m standing there pointing at him for, you know, two or three minutes. Secret Service is looking at us from the top of the barn. I’m pointing at that roof, just standing there like this. And next thing you know, five shots ring out.”

Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldinger has confirmed that two people are dead, including the apparent shooter. The other is a man who was in the stands behind Trump.

A witness to the shooting at Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, told CBS News he saw a shooter on a nearby roof and warned police before any shots were fired at Trump.

The CBS reporter asked the Trump supporter, “Take me back. What were you doing before the shooting happened?”

The Trump rallygoer shared, “I was just standing there like everyone else, just waiting for Trump. And as Trump started, I noticed two officers looking for something or somebody.”

The witness added, “So I was looking around myself and seen a guy on top of one of the buildings go in between one building to the next and went and told the officer he was up there.”

“When I went back to my spot, I heard that people could still see the shooter from where they were standing, so I checked that out and went back to tell the officer if he came over there, he could see them, and when I turned my back is when the shots started,” added the eyewitness.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, officers killed the shooter who shot President Trump.

The shooter’s body was retrieved from a metal roof just 430ft away from the officers who killed him.

Another witness told BBC that several people witnessed the shooter bear crawling on the roof of a nearby building before Trump was shot.
