A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin appointed political scientist Sergei Karaganov to be his key advisor for strategic deterrence yesterday, says current Director Karaganov of the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy (SWAP) was branded by the socialist Western colonial powers as “Professor Doomsday” after he declared:
“Russia should revise its nuclear doctrine and lower its nuclear threshold in order to deter the West from pursuing reckless policies” and released his open letter “By Using Its Nuclear Weapons, Russia Could Save Humanity From A Global Catastrophe”.
Quickly following President Putin appointing “Professor Doomsday” to be his key advisor on the use of strategic nuclear weapons, this report notes, the United States Department of Defense (DoD) announced that the B-2 Stealth Bomber, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and F-15 Eagle aircraft have been approved to carry and deliver the new B61-12 thermonuclear gravity bomb, whose 11 foot 8 inch (3.56 m) length, 13 inch (33 cm) diameter and about 700 pound (320 kg) weight classify it as a tactical nuclear weapon, and the Federation of American Scientists estimated each one costs “more than its weight in gold”.
The sole use of a tactical thermonuclear weapon, this report continues, is to stop an advance of forces when you run out of reserves—the DoD approval announcement on the use of B61-12 thermonuclear gravity bombs by American warplanes was joined by the news: “Russia launched a new ground assault in the Kharkiv region in the northeast of Ukraine today”—news quickly followed by the socialist Biden Regime announcing a new $400 million military aid package for Ukraine, and White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby warned: “It is certainly possible that the Russians are setting themselves up for a larger assault on Kharkov...You’re not going to do that if you’re not also thinking about some other larger assault directly on the city”.
In response to the socialist Biden Regime sending another military aid package to its corrupt puppet state Ukraine, this report details, Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to the United States observed: “The yet another arms shipment to the Zelensky regime is a reaction to the success of the Russian Armed Forces at the frontline...Our soldiers and officers continue to liberate the Russian land by their heroic efforts...America acknowledges this fact”—an observation joined by former United States Marine Corp intelligence officer and United Nations weapons inspector Scott Ritter assessing: “What the Ukrainians have had to do is pull in reserves and take forces out from other fronts, including the Kharkov front and the Odessa front, to come into the battlefield where they've been eliminated, or they've been worn down and there are no replacements…What's going to happen is Ukraine will be compelled to withdraw reserves from the Kiev region and from Odessa, to go to Kharkov to fill that gap...While they do that, the Russians will then launch a second major attack somewhere in the Zaporozhye area, and Ukrainians are going to be put to the classic horns of a dilemma where if they go north they lose, they go south they lose, if they stay in the middle they lose - there's no good option for them...We will then see the total collapse of the Ukrainian army and the rapid withdrawal beyond the Dnepr River...Eventually, Ukrainian generals faced with the inevitable slaughter of the totality of their force will sue for peace”.
