The "Sampson Choice" is practically and essentially the quintessence of Israel's highly deterrent strategy!
Israel has some 350-400 multi-megaton thermonuclear weapons, which it can easily launch from land, air and sea, giving it a powerful second option for critical hits, even if much of its territory has already been destroyed…
It also has, according to many, nuclear weapons which it has not disclosed
