U.S. Army Special Command Conducts War Game Exercises Preparing to Defend Taiwan From China

The United States Army Special Command (USASOC) is conducting war game exercises in preparation of going to war with China in order to defend the nation of Taiwan.

According to Military.com, the USASOC fired “recoilless rifles, breached tunnels and operated Switchblade drones that flew with an unsettling whiz over a training area” while conducting the exercise on Thursday of last week.

“The [People’s Republic of China], in accordance with our national defense strategy, is our true pacing challenge out there,” Lt. Gen. Jonathan P. Braga, USASOC commanding general, stated before the exercise took place.

“Ultimately, what we are trying to do is prevent World War III. That’s our job,” he added, apparently without a hint of irony or self-awareness.

With the proxy war against Russia in Ukraine not going so hot, the U.S. is apparently goading China in order to keep the global war machine afloat a little while longer. Military officials are growing more brazen in their agitation against the rising foreign power.

“I’m going to receive a brief from my boss giving us a task to conduct an operation to counter the [Chinese People’s Liberation Army] on the island of Taiwan,” a Green Beret officer said.

Big League Politics has reported on how the U.S. government is giving hundreds of millions in money and weapons to Taiwan in order to provoke conflict with China:

The U.S. State Department announced that they are selling Taiwan missiles for F-16 fighter jets and other weapons coming to a total of $619 million. This will only goad China and risk another dangerous and costly proxy war for the U.S., similar to what is going on with Russia and Ukraine right now…

The Pentagon stated that arming Taiwan “serves US national, economic, and security interests by supporting the recipient’s continuing efforts to modernize its armed forces and to maintain a credible defensive capability.”

Congress will ultimately have to approve the deal before it can go through, but considering how owned by the military-industrial complex all of these lawmakers are, it is expected to be little more than a formality.

  1. Now if I wanted to destroy Amonkey I would ensure all their forces and hardware were tied up somewhere else, like Ukraine or Taiwan. Just a thought.

  2. China is not going to waste equipment and men invading Taiwan. They will blockade and starve them into submission. Best case is that the US will be forced to do another Berlin type mission flying in and out necessities.
