An earthquake was felt in Northern California Monday afternoon.
The U.S. Geological Survey recorded a 6.2 magnitude earthquake at 12:10 p.m.
The earthquake hit 24 miles off the coast of Petrolia, California.
Several aftershocks have hit the area, including a 3.0 magnitude earthquake.
The U.S. National Weather Service says a Tsunami is not expected.
