With the Islamic State’s stronghold over areas in Syria and Iraq quickly slipping, ISIS is now boasting that Muslims born in the United States will become an army of conquest and are “getting ready for the battle in their homeland”.
According to an article in the Spectator by BBC world affairs correspondent Paul Wood, “A document is circulating among Isis members through text messages and Twitter. Titled ‘The caliphate will not perish,’ it is a series of morale-boosting declarations by Isis leaders, living and dead.”
The document makes it clear that when ISIS loses its territory, which could happen in just weeks or months, a “virtual caliphate” will replace the physical one, with a new generation of jihadis inspired to continue the fight.
In the document, a member of the Isis Shura Council “boasts that Muslims born in the US will become an army of conquest,” according to Wood.
“They are getting ready for the battle in their homeland. Today the caliphate is in Iraq and Syria. Tomorrow, it will be in the White House,” asserts the ISIS council member.
Wood also spoke to Rolf Holmboe, a former Danish ambassador to Syria, who told him that nine out of ten Danish ISIS fighters (ethnic Danes and immigrants) have made it back into Denmark and that some “were being instructed to smuggle themselves back for operations”.
“There could obviously be an upsurge in terror attacks in Europe and in the western world as revenge for the fall of the caliphate,” Holmboe told Wood.
This clearly exonerates Donald Trump and his supporters who are concerned about jihadists using the refugee red carpet to smuggle themselves into the west to carry out deadly attacks.
As we reported back in 2015, an ISIS manifesto bragged about how the terror organization brags has exploited the refugee program to send jihadist sleeper cells to Europe since 2012
“No doubt, some of these refugees were undercover fighters of Al Qa’idah and the Islamic State,” the ISIS manifesto stated. “They were quick to take the opportunity of entering into the different countries of Europe (most probably as early as 2012).”
“All this was happening under the nose of the European intelligence services whose job during this time (2012) was only to prevent European Muslims from entering Syria. (This shows how quick the Islamic groups were in planning ahead. Years before Europe even knew where its Muslim citizens were going – experienced Islamic fighters had already found safety in Europe.)”
The document also revealed how Muslims were being radicalized inside Islamic ghettos that the left still refuses to acknowledge even exist despite ongoing riots and violent unrest in cities like Stockholm, Malmo and Paris.
French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen, and leader of the National Front, canceled a Tuesday meeting with Lebanon's grand mufti, its top cleric for Sunni Muslims, after refusing to wear a headscarf for the encounter. After meeting Christian President Michel Aoun, her first public handshake with a head of state, and Sunni Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri on Monday, she had been scheduled to meet the Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian. He heads the Dar al-Fatwa, the top religious authority for Sunni Muslims in the multireligious country.
Officials at the Dar al-Fatwa said Le Pen had been told in advance she’d need to put on a headscarf before meeting the Grand Mufti. Reminded again on arriving at his Beirut headquarters, she refused and left. “Dar al-Fatwa regrets this inappropriate behavior,” the council said in a statement
"I met the grand mufti of Al-Azhar," she told reporters, referring to a visit in 2015 to Cairo's 1,000-year-old center of Islamic learning. "The highest Sunni authority didn't have this requirement, but it doesn't matter. You can pass on my respects to the grand mufti, but I will not cover myself up," she said.
Le Pen disputed she broke a prior agreement. “I told them Monday that I wasn’t going to wear a headscarf. They didn’t cancel the meeting and so I therefore assumed that they had then accepted that I wouldn’t be wearing a headscarf,” she told reporters after the incident, according to Agence France-Presse.
As Reuters reports, Le Pen, who is a frontrunner for the presidency, is hoping to boost her foreign policy credentials with a two-day visit to Lebanon nine weeks from the April 23 first round, and may be partly targeting potential Franco-Lebanese votes. The cleric's press office said Le Pen's aides had been informed beforehand that a headscarf was required for the meeting and had been "surprised by her refusal".
But, as Reuters observes, it was no surprise in the French political context: French law bans headscarves in the public service and for high school pupils, in the name of church-state separation and equal rights for women. Le Pen wants to extend this ban to all public places, a measure that would affect Muslims most of all.
Furthermore, as discussed last month, buoyed by the election of President Donald Trump in the United States and by Britain's vote to leave the European Union, Le Pen's anti-immigration, anti-EU National Front (FN) hopes for similar populist momentum in France. Like Trump, she has said radical Islamism must be faced head on, although she has toned down her party's rhetoric to attract more mainstream support and possibly even woo some Muslim voters disillusioned with France's traditional parties.
After meeting Hariri on Monday, Le Pen went against current French policy in Syria by describing President Bashar al-Assad as the "only viable solution" for preventing Islamic State from taking power in Syria. "I explained clearly that ... Bashar al-Assad was obviously today a much more reassuring solution for France than Islamic State would be if it came to power in Syria," she told reporters.
Sweden has opened the floodgates to more Muslim refugees than any other liberal democracy country in the West. In the process, the once-homogenous northern European state has been subsumed by crime and violence, including sexual violence.
“In 1975, the Swedish parliament unanimously decided to change the former homogeneous Sweden into a multicultural country. Forty years later the dramatic consequences of this experiment emerge: violent crime has increased by 300%,” explains the Gatestone Institute. “If one looks at the number of rapes, however, the increase is even worse. In 1975, 421 rapes were reported to the police; in 2014, it was 6,620. That is an increase of 1,472%.”
So why aren’t we hearing about this rape epidemic? Why aren’t the voices of European women being heard?
Well, for one, the mainstream media, especially in the United States, would much rather print tabloid-style headlines about fake scandals in the Trump White House than cover actual news. By actual news we mean Muslim refugees raping innocent women (see: Cologne, Germany New Year’s Eve).
Second, when intrepid independent journalists do make an attempt to cover Europe’s importation of Islamic rape culture, they are censored, silenced, discredited, defamed, or worst of all, savagely beaten.
That’s exactly what happened to American journalist Ami Horowitz.
“Recently journalist and documentary filmmaker Ami Horwitz [sic] went to Sweden to investigate the [rape epidemic],” reported Townhall’s Katie Pavlich in January. “When he started asking questions about filming, he was beaten by immigrants speaking Arabic.”
Horowitz’s latest documentary, appropriately entitled “Stockholm Syndrome,” explores the crisis of sexual violence in Sweden. The journalist’s extensive research has led him to conclude that Sweden is now the official “rape capital” of Europe, thanks in large part to the country’s lax immigration policies toward Muslim refugees, or as pro-women activists have called them “rapefugees.”
